£150 one night
Really horrible and run down
Clearly used for asylum seekers etc, so you have to feel sorry for them getting this place.
Microwaves in rooms, no bar or lounge area, no breakfast facilities, dodgy taps, cruddy furniture, terrible carpets everywhere, rock hard beds, clean sheets though, staff ok, ut wondering why one receptionist felt it was OK to walk around with no shoes on. Oh, and to eat their lunch while you are checking in. Location great as really close to main high street and free parking. Oh, and the oldest towels and bath mats I have ever seen.

location was great. walking distance to Cheltenham centre. the bathroom was clean. comfy bed.
so expensive. the room smelled of smoke and damp, and the bed was broken. the bathroom was tiny. mold on the sofa. staff were quite rude. they took a copy of ID on arrival?

Its cozy! Its also 10 minutes away from town and the beds are quite comfy :)

2.0
Good location and very helpful staff
My shower didn’t work, luckily they were able to change my room for my second night.
No free parking. They advertised as such but very limited spaces so really unlikely to get free parking. Public car park was close by but added £20 to the cost.

The only thing I liked about the property was that the rooms were warm and the location was great.
The wifi was non existent and the free parking also was nonexistent. Parking was mainly taken up by staff, so we had to pay for parking elsewhere.
4.0
Quiet room with a microwave and a fridge, which were a nice touch.
Staff were lovely and helpful.
Comfortable bed.
Common areas were a bit shabby, especially the stairs to the first floor.
Limited parking (that was full by 5pm).

Room was basic and needs upgraded

Great location, easy to walk into the main high street. Good take aways near the location. Centrally located.
Access to a fridge.
Rooms are still being upgraded. Once completed they will be good.

Building was run down, no chair in room

Overall decor was very poor, bed was very low and uncomfortable. Front door kept getting slammed which shook the building.

nothing
dirty carpets on stairs, landing etc

The location wise is good as it closes to the down town.
The property a lot of wear and tear. The ceiling was damaged and the room very dusty. My room not been tidy up as been told. The towel not been changed at all. Very disappointed.

Id like to say it was cheap but it wasn't. It was well located and has free parking, tats about it.
This place is living in the dark ages and hasn't been upgraded or updated since then. When my wife and I walked into our room we both started laughing in disbelief and my wife said in jest "I wonder where we collect our drugs from"... It literally looked like a crack den and I would urge people not to stay here.

Beds were super comfy. Cosy rooms, good facilities. Parking available too
Little bit of noise from traffic

No shelves or anything in bathroom to put your stuff, very uncomfortable bed.

Good location in centre of Cheltenham
Advertised parking but did not specify that limited spaces on first come first served basis which only found out after booking with no cancellation. Had to pay extra for parking
