A 3* Hotel At Best

Location to get into Cheltenham was good, bathroom was ok and the shower was good

This was advertised as a 5* Hotel yet was very run down and dated in its decor and style. The stairs creaked and the windows were thin in that they did not block out the noise. Upon check in the lady was quite abrupt and lacked customer service skills. For us this was a 3* at best and we will not return. Very expensive considering how basic the accommodation and facilities were too

Disappointing

Beds were very squeaky and had to move rooms , the pillows in the new room were terrible and ended up not getting much sleep

Great hotel with a very good breakfast!

Great facilities, very nice room and provided amenities. Highly recommend the breakfast! Short walk to city center.

Fab stay

Great welcome from Becky on arrival. The upgraded room was a nice touch with excellent facilities. The location was brilliant just a short stroll to the town.

There wasn't anything to dislike.

The house is very well maintained, and it has a big parking lot with no additional cost (which was great as all our other stops didn't have parking in the premises).

The room was small, the bathroom which was spacious was almost its size.

Decent hotel in good location for city centre

Nice decor in room and throughout hotel. Room was small but comfortable. Bathroom was great with spacious shower, big wall mirror (great for those of us who are short-sighted as I could get right up close to it) and lovely complimentary toiletries.

Room was very small/compact on the lower ground floor with a small window, so not much natural light. Bed sheets had a few stains. Rain shower wasn't as powerful as expected and could do with more pressure. TV was small for the size of the room and had very basic functions, ie Freeview channels only and no streaming apps.

B&B that is advertised as a 5 stars hotel

The room was clean and the stuff was nice :)

The hotel is advertised as a 5 stars hotel, but it's more like a b&b - absolutely not 5 stars, probably not even 3. The room was tiny and cold and the bed was small and uncomfortable. The reception was closed after 10:30. The hotel is overpriced, we payed less for a better hotel (Queens Hotel) the night after with a better location in Cheltenham. They should advertise it as b&b and reduce the prices to make it a good deal.

Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful. The room was very clean and comfy. Staff were very attentive and friendly. The location is brilliant with only a short 10/15 minute walk into the town centre. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Alright

Really liked how clean it was and the bathrooms were nice!

The room was nothing like the pictures, small and dark! No service as we were underground and no natural light!
