Disappointed with the noise around the pool area

Size of the rooms. Cleaned every day with fresh towels daily. Cooking facilities were good.

Around the pool area there was a lot of banging and drilling going on due to part of the hotel being refurbished. Although we had an email to say it would be going on, we didn't realise the noise would be so bad. So what should have been a relaxing time round the pool wasn't! Jet2 customers were offered compensation for this. So booking this holiday independently via Booking.com has put us at a disadvantage in that respect. Had we known the noise was going to be that bad, we would've gone elsewhere. I frequently book via Booking.com and have never had reason to complain before, but this time it's different. We were very disappointed and feel it spoilt our holiday.

Lovely friendly hotel

Good location , very clean and well maintained. A small cosy hotel with very friendly helpful staff . Nice bar area and lots of sunbeds . Small mini market in the bar area was useful although there are shops and a supermarket in walking distance.

No aircon in rooms may be an issue in the height of summer . A buffet brunch is offered all morning but my personal preference is I would have liked the option to just get a lighter snack in the morning.

Íbúðin mjög rúmgóð og góðar svalir, sól allan daginn (C309), rúmin góð. Þægilegt að hafa gym á staðnum með allskonar tækjum. Fínn sundlaugargarður🙂

Það var oft vond lykt á klósettinu á morgnana ☹️ Aðeins uppámóti að labba heim, sigur í en ekki mjög bratt🚶‍♀️🦵

Family friendly budget hotel

Big spacious rooms, close by to local pubs, Restaurants and supermarkets, friendly staff, nice little pool bar and shop, lots of sun beds which people didn’t have to wake up early for as they were locked up until 10am which was really nice

Through no fault of anyone’s there is quite a few ants about, however each room does have a can of spray which does work and it’s not really something that can just be fixed. We did have a slight issue in our room, a piece of the flooring around the kitchen tiles had become loose which we didn’t notice until it scratched my toddlers leg when they were crawling around however the hotel couldn’t be more apologetic and it was fixed before we even went back to the room 10 mins later, we were also given free drinks at the pool and late check out on our last day for free due to this.

very clean. modern. entertainment not very busy which is good. quiet in evenings. food okay. wouldn’t go all inclusive but for a day I got the Buffett which was nice.

Good hotel on a budget

Very comfortable bed and pillows, spacious apartments, staff nice, wifi was working all good for free, bus station close and quiet few small supermarkets for a quick shopping Nice walking park behind the hotel Santiago 6 shopping centre in walking distance about 1 km

Blind was broken, the celling fan in the bedroom was noisy when was on, location quiet a bit to walk down the beach, need to pay extra for the safe, atmosphere in the restaurant somehow a bit miserable, toilet button was half broken too; however in total good stay for the price

Lovely and clean , very spacious apartments , staff amazing very friendly. Kids entertainer was very good with the children. Only downside the pool area was a little dated. Lots of bars restaurants nearby . Las vistas beach about 25 mins walk

It was fine for the price

We could walk to the beach

I had to mention the fridge that was old. Not working properly and leaking. The coffee maker was also broken.

Low quality

Nice staff, except the girl at the reception which told us that we cannot cancel the all inclusive formula.

Terrible food. The all inclusive is not really all inclusive, since just cheap things are included, not even the bottle of water at the bar was included. I won't advice it. Better to take just a hotel room and go in the nice restaurants in the city. Room was not appropriate to a 4 star! Bad smell in the restaurant and at the pool.

Really enjoyed our stay and would return!

Excellent value for money. The rooms are huge and have everything you need, we cooked a couple of meals in our room. The location is great, a short walk to a 24 hour supermarket and some local bars. About 15/20 mins walk is the beach and lots of amazing restaurants. The staff were always friendly and helpful and the place was spotless.

The pool is freezing (not really much that can be done about that though!) We never ate at the hotel so can't comment on the food at all.

Good price and large apartment

Large apartment with balcony. Good price and good position, closed to the center (12min by foot) and quiet place.

We were in two (couple) and there were two different beds, only closed one to each other bit with separate bed linen. I would have preferred a unique bed linen. We discovered that on wednesday and on saturday the room wasn't cleaned.
