Everything was good and as expected. Only two downsides: The room was hot and I couldn't leave windows open wide with shades flapping in the wind. And I got the last parking sport in the axillary lot moments before the guy behind me. Don't know what I would have done if I was 1 minute later.

quick overnight but nice
It was exactly what I expected. The room was small but nice. Communication with the staff was great. They were very helpful. Check in was very easy. Price was right for location and room type.

Tucked away in Telluride
Nice property. Difficult to find. Not enough close by parking. If you get a parking space and don't plan to leave town, park the car and walk. Telluride is walkable. Well priced for the area.

My husband and I recently stayed overnight and mostly had a good stay; however, we likely won't return in the future. For context, we are full-time travelers and have a good sense of quality for value, having stayed all over the world. Here are our reflections to help you decide if this is worth your stay:
PROS: very friendly and welcoming staff; the lobby has coffee, tea, and ice water; location is a relatively close walk to downtown & gondola; nicely cleaned and fresh-smelling; comfy bed/bedding; a really good sized bathroom; having overflow parking nearby is so helpful (since the on-site lot is tiny); an ice machine and one washer/dryer.
CONS: overpriced for this dated building and ultimate value; parking is cumbersome (but available, so yay!); check-in (4p) / check-out (10a) is off by most other hotels by 2 hours (usually always 2 or 3p check-in / 11a or 12p check-out); the front desk doesn't open until 9a - so no coffee until then (sorry early birds) and you just leave keys in the room if checking out prior; no A/C - super toasty in the day, evening cooled down (thanks for providing a small fan to make more comfortable); given there is no a/c, your windows are always open and it was quite noisy (at least our second-floor, corner unit was); no elevator and no luggage carts - when the parking lot is full (including the two loading / unloading spots) and you have to park in the adjacent lot and carry tons of items up to the second floor, trust me - it's not fun.
If you are passing through, on a budget and don't mind the above cons, it's an option. But check your other options as well.
Safe travels!

We only stayed in Telluride for one night so we didn't need much. The room provided what we needed but the twin bed was so uncomfortable. Barely slept and I can usually sleep anywhere.

Nice property. Available parking can be an issue.

The booking was misleading as to the layout and type of beds. Two twins, for two 6'3" guys, isn't very comfortable. For some reason, they were 1 ft apart when there was plenty of room to space them further. There was also plenty of room for two adult beds. Windows screech loudly when opening. Reception were friendly. Overall fine, but doubt I'd return.

Very Great Location
Check in was quick, room was very adequate, and the location is fantastic. Make sure you make to the bar/restaurant "there" next to this location. Go at 9:30 for drinks, otherwise you definitely need reservations.
