Loved the convenient location, beautiful views, and cozy, clean condo with great amenities. A fantastic place to stay!

Great location and very clean with great amenities. 4/5 due to a hard bed and no air conditioning or screens for outside air.

Short walk to town, and to well run Telluride Sports with rental equip and Lift 7. Market close too and has prepared breakfast and other meals. By river path. Entrance is to bedroom.

The condo worked out great for two of us. It's cozy but was clean and nicely upgraded. The location near chair 7 and the Gondola was really excellent. Also a short walk to downtown Telluride. All in all, a very nice place to stay.

Arrived at this wonderful spot right on the San Miguel River just a few blocks from downtown Telluirde and all this area has to offer. Noticed water dripping from small refrigerator and water covering kitchen counter. Found refrigerator had not been closed by cleaning crew due to the misalignment of the door and the force needed to do so. Kitchen faucet was constantly leaking. Got welcome email from Vacasa asking if things we alright and responded with issues. No return response from Vacasa! Called their hotline next day and two different people came to look at situation and left with nothing fixed. Emailed again, response came a week later asking if it had been fixed (it had not). Gave up and just wrapped a towel around the faucet and slammed the refrigerator shut each time after opening. This is a really nice small condo, perfect for two people in a perfect location, but I hope the owners are aware of what a poor job Vacasa is doing in managing their property.

This is in a great part of town. Loved the location. The room was okay over all. The good: location, view, and price. The bad: the bed needs to be replaced (very badly), the bathroom is very very small, the washer and dryer have to be plugged in one at a time, and the a lot of the information coming from Vacasa is out of date about the room.

This condo had a perfect location! Great balcony to sit and sip some wine with a serene view. Plenty of towels and great instructions for property use. 100% would book again.

Everything was in good shape, the beds were comfortable and the room was nice. The only thing that could have been better was the table ware. There were only 3 forks and the plates were too tall for the dishwasher.

Right on San Miguel River and trail. Close to Gondola. Clean and well furnished.

This is the fifth time we have stayed at the Viking and this unit was great.
The location is perfect and unit had everything we needed,…including a washer and dryer
Would stay again

Overall. This is a nice property, in a nice beautiful location, for a reasonable price. But, the bed is just hard. There is no mattress pad and no cushion to it at all. I'm sure some people like a really firm mattress, but we don't. I would like more people to put in reviews about the firmness or softness of the beds so people could make an informed decision. It's very hard to relax for the weekend when you can't get a good night's sleep.

First, the location is fantastic, right in the heart of Telluride and a few minutes walk from everything. The unit was also clean and relatively well equipped. A couple downsides: the unit is dark. There are no screens on the windows or a screen door to the back patio, so to let in fresh air you also end up letting in bugs. Not a huge deal. The bed is right next to the entry door, which is a little odd and if you want that window open while you sleep you would hear the foot traffic that would be on the walkway inches from your head. Overall, fine, just nothing special other than location.

To start on a positive note, the location of this unit couldn’t have been better. Beautiful views, lovely creekside access, walking distance to everything. The building complex has nice amenities - pool, jacuzzi - and is well manicured. The unit itself has beautiful wood work and makes you feel like you’re in the mountains even when you’re inside. Negatives were also significant starting with the biggest - Vacasa, the management company:
- unit not clean on arrival - hairs inside bedding and visibly dirty sheets. Sink dirty. Used hair tie on floor indicating floors not clean.
- incredibly poor response by Vacasa. Never came to reclean the unit. We stayed up until midnight washing sheets and cleaning the unit ourselves. That was a first!
- we requested a fan prior to arrival as it’s been warmer than usual. There was a broken fan in living room. We asked for a replacement and were brought another broken fan. Day 3, a working fan was brought., though it came in a box and we had to assemble it.
- Vacasa responds quickly to texts, but does not follow through on anything. With their exorbitant management fee, you should expect service, not just being placated. The owners are being taken advantage of, and I’m sure they are unaware.
The only negative to the accommodations themselves are that the mattress is collapsed. The refrigerator is fine, but plan ahead that it’s a mini-size.
If you are the unit owner and want more details, contact us.

Great place for ski-in
Near lift 7 and very convenient since it is on the end of the building. Bed was a little hard and the pillows weren't great but for the price this place was super!

Great Location…but…
I hate to leave a less than great review, so let’s start with the best feature. The location was great! Just a short walk to lift 7, worked out great for skiing. Now for the less than great…when we arrived the main tv and fireplace didn’t work, there was no parking pass left, the pull out futon couch was terribly uncomfortable, the king mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable, the kitchen cabinets were a disheveled mess, the closet was a disheveled mess, and if you were the third person to take a shower, your shower ended ice cold. Someone came the same day I called and fixed the tv and brought the parking pass. Then the tv stopped working a day later (I didn’t bother calling back to have it fixed again). Someone walked me through getting the fireplace fixed and it worked out fine. I would not rent this condo again, it needs a lot of TLC.

Telluride Horror Show Stay
This property was fantastic as our second time visiting Telluride! It is really close to a few different Galloping Goose (town transit) stops which makes getting around really easy! It’s across the street from the bar There… and Siam Thai (tip: order one level of heat down for spice than you normally do!) as well as a liquor store. The property itself was very clean and has a great shower and a comfy king bed! I loved that it has a dishwasher and washer/dryer as well. Loved the fireplace and balcony too! Would definitely recommend this property for anyone, but keep in mind it is on the smaller side and really only fit for 2 people, 4 max if you sleep on the pull out sofa. We had such a great stay, thank you for everything!

This unit was in a beautiful location on the river. It was close to downtown stores snd restaurant and the gondola. The unit was excellently furnished and the check in was easy. Would stay there again.

Loved being able to walk to all restaurants and the market. The creek out back and walking trail was lovely

This place was lovely, excellent location and with an awesome river view, walking to all, 4 min walk to gondolas, and close to all restaurants, next to walk side river which is fantastic. The apartment is on the second level, no big problem but be aware if you have any limitations. All is clean, a lot of towels, laundry full equipment, Sofa-bed at dining room very useful. Kind of small but enough for a family. Love this place!! excellent directions and well communication with the manager.

Great location, no washing machine.
Beautiful setting. We could hear the river running outside our door. On day 4, I started to laundry and realized it wasn't hooked up and it was a European model that needed to be adapted. The property manager was able to let us use a another condo's washer one day. (We stayed 14 days.) We were offered no compensation and I had to talk to 3 different people and explain the problem. They knew about this a week before our arrival and gave us no warning. We didn't get what we paid for.

Location is perfect, nice place
This is a small condo- 2 adults and 2 kids would work fine... right on the river, across from a liquor store, restaurants, etc. Close to down town... We parked our car when we got there and it didn't move for the next 3 days as we could walk where ever we wanted. Responsive management as well. Recommend!

This is a convenient location to the heart of the town. And close to ski lifts.. I loved sitting on the Back deck overlooking the stream. There is an oven that I used for roasting a chicken and sautéed vegetables on stove top. The snow melted and we were able to ride our Mountain Bikes. We had a lovely time and this room had everything you need. NOTE: the town of Telluride is a ghost town the day after Easter.

Small but excellent
We had two adults and one teenager in our party. The place is small but we loved it. Things to improve, a coffee grinder would be helpful, the washing machine door needs fixing, no combo is provided for the ski lock. Parking was still iced over and was a pain. Dishes, towels, bedding very good. Overall, very, very clean.

Great location
Very clean, hard mattress, no coffee maker, tv instructions inadequate to make tv work- contacted support who was very helpful and gave good instructions, wonderful location on creek, nice little deck, more instruction about check in process necessary, e.g. no person-to- person contact- go to the condo, there is a lock box ON THE DOOR, (2 others that are not), type in the code and you are in. Purchase a coffee
maker for the condo and a mattress topper, improve instructions and you will have a 5star property.

August 2020
The unit was mis-represented in the photographs. The front door opens directly into the small bedroom, barely enough room to get in your luggage. It is NOT a full kitchen. The refrigerator was less than half size and the freezer was not operational. Bathroom linens and toiletries were excellent.

Great for the price.
Great location, good price. The room was a little hot even with the heaters turned off. The room itself was great and had all the amenities you need. The location was perfect too.

Very comfortable condo in great location near everything including ski lift
Condo location is great very walkable to all of telluride main town - restaurants and shops. Skiing - there is a ski lift two blocks from the condo that’s very convenient. There is also the gondola (free and connects to mountain village) about four or five blocks from the condo. The ski lift two blocks from the condo we used every day. There is a good blue run that you can take to get you back to lift at the end of the day.
The condo was very comfortable for two people and well appointed. Best points - comfortable king sized bed with plenty of extra pillows and blankets, tub, washer and dryer in unit and kitchen with oven. Note that the condo has a small sized fridge (no real freezer aside from small frozen are for ice cube trays). Parking is outside - one spot available.
Highly recommend this condo for folks!

Cozy and Great Location!
The best feature is the babbling brook and nature trail in the back. Everything is walkable (including the grocery store) and loved the kitchen and fireplace. The Wine Mine and Siam are literally across the street.

Overall a good place
Checking in was a bit troublesome. A couple items need to be addressed. The microwave is missing a button, the shower/tub needs fixing and the kitchen sink. Overall a good stay and I would stay there again
