Il personale era molto gentile e la struttura pulita. La stanza non era molto spaziosa. Il letto era comodo, abbiamo dormito bene. Dall'hotel puoi raggiungere il centro del paese a piedi in poco tempo.

Small, easy to find. Convenient parking. Simple but pleasant breakfast.
Rude staff greeted us on arrival. Very dated property 1980’s style, in desperate need for refurbishment. Plug sockets hanging of the wall, stains on the carpet and curtains.

Room was clean and close to town.
Air conditioning was not good. Room is a bit tired, but was fine for a night. I would not book again. Keys, remote and a/c control were all in plastic bags. Nothing in the room...cups, coffee, etc. I don't feel like I ask for much but I did search for a room with A/C and it did not stack up.

Sweet little place, in a good location especially if you have a car - free parking but only a short way down the hill from volterra. The staff were lovely - very friendly and welcoming. Air conditioned rooms. Clean.
Breakfast could be improved but this is a minor niggle.

The room was big and quiet and bathroom fantastic. Very good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Free parking
Not really a dislike but be aware that it is 10 to 15 min walk to old city

Good value for money and close enough to walk and visit Volterra

Excellent breakfast!
Ideal location: 5 minutes walk and you are in the historic town.
They cared about our comfort: because of the unusually cool and wet end-of-May weather, they started the central heating in the rooms without asking.
There was only 1 comfortable chair in our room.

It was much better hotel than I thought it will be. Ideal place to stay if you want to see Volterra, very close to centre and restaurants.
Room, bathroom all clean and works properly.

Beautifully quaint hotel, located in the Volterra countryside. The staff extends themselves above and beyond...
And the rooms/facilities are impeccably clean.
Within walking distance of Volterra historic city.N
Absolutely nothing!

Parking, 15 min walk to town centre, room has a fridge and TV some English channels
9.0 / 10.0
On site parking, clean room, friendly and helpful staff, easy to walk into the centre but it is all uphill and may not be suitable for some people.
No coffee in room only tea. Breakfast was not the best we've had. Savory options were limited

We had a very large room. The air-conditioning worked very well. The room was clean and very nice. There was a small pool, which was pefect for a cool down. The hotel was located outside the city's wall, with a free parking lot, and after a 10 minute walk you could reach the gorgeous city.
Our room didn't have any shades.

very close to main attraction

The room was big and nicely clean. The bathroom was clean with many white towels. The location is good really close to Volterra town, 10 min walk max.
The hotel didn't answer our mails about late check in or transportation, we wrote many times before our arrival without any helpful answer just to contact information office. There aren't many taxis or buses in town, you have to hire a service in advance otherwise it's impossible to move. The staff in the hotel doesn't speak english so that was huge problem.

The breakfast was very rich and qood quality, and the premises where we had the breakfast were really intimate.
The bed and the bathroom were cosy either.
In fact the city center is approximately 15 minutes by walk from the hotel, and in every cases we had to climb up on the hill. I guess that booking.com's information was not absolutely fair.
However when I asked the receptionist how far is the city center from the hotel, she gave me a little impertinent answer, hint at my corpulent body...
The staff's English is weak, despite of the information on booking.com.

The location of the hotel was very good----just a couple of blocks below the gates to the city of Volterra.
All was good.

The hotel was nice, bit older, but clean. The receptionist Eva (hope I remember the name right :)) was really sweet and helpful. You can have a breakfast for 5 EUR per person which is worth it, breakfast was good, ham, cheese, yoghurt, fruit, bread, cakes etc. Room was fine. The hotel is close to the city centre, max 10 mins walk.
The hotel is little older, so the rooms and facilities are a bit used. But no major problems.

Not all the employees could speak very good english.

Good value for money! The staffs were kind.
The receptionist wasn't there before check in time and the hair dryer was not functioning. The swimming pool was in renovation.

Pool is a bit small, not good for swimming.

Friendly staff, modern hotel, good breakfast.
Bar and restaurant closed when we visited. Walk to the centre of Volterra not long, but all steeply uphill.
