Breakfast was great. Beds were made and ok. Room was small for two people.
Very low pressure in the sink and the shower. Shower door didn't close properly.

The staff was aggressive and not polite and kept asking about room number for everything

The staff were nice. The place was ideal. The swimming pool
was nice
The food was horrible. My partner got sick twice. The beach
was horrible (thats outside of the hotel’s responsibility).
throughout the hotel there was a smell of sewer everywhere.
And the beaches were not cleanest. The hotel in my opinion
can be a little more transparent about the state of the beach.
You come here because the beaches.

Not much
The staff at reception are SO cold and unfriendly ! This place, to me, is like a factory of groups coming for holidays, hence it totally lacks spirit. You furthermore have to do, what feels like a 1 km, in order to reach your room. This place is just too big for nothing !

The food was great, the staff was friendly. The rooms are renovated, nice and clean, the ladies who clean make a nice decoration on the bed which is also comfortable. The mini club for children offers a lot of activities, the animators are great.
Lack of space on the balcony for towels and bathing suits that need to be dried. The only place where I could put the towel was the chair, on which I could not sit. Slipped on the floor because of something spilled in the restaurant, next to the waiter's cart where they have cutlery, not next to the food, my son slipped and fell on the floor, the waiter who saw it started laughing

The hotel looked grand, had a nice looking swimming pool although it was too cold for us to go in, the rooms were clean and big.
We actually had a very disappointing stay here.
To start with: the beds were single beds, even though we were a couple. Apparently, all the beds in the hotel are single beds, and when we asked for double beds, they just put them together and covered it with a single duvet. Needless to say, as the night progressed, the beds separated and it wasn't comfortable.
The food: Very bland, repetitive continental food. If you don't buy the all-inclusive package, they don't even offer you water during your entire stay in the hotel, making you pay for everything.
Amenities: The hotel looks to cut corners at the weirdest of places. It looks grand and majestic, but upon closer inspection, they have made compromises when it wasn't necessary. No bathtub, cheap plastic chairs in the balcony, no water kettle in the room, no air conditoner (THIS - the hotel only has centralized AC, and although we were visiting during a cold season, we needed cold air in our room, which wasn't possible since the AC was only blasting hot air during those months) etc.
Service : the saddest highlight of our trip was the staff at the reception. Their lack of professionalism was mind-numbing. They did not inform us of what all amenities there are in the hotel, what is our package that we paid for, what can we do during our stay.. and when we did ask them to provide us more information, they informed us we had an all-inclusive package, only to to tell us later that we didn't have an all-inclusive package and asking us to pay for the wine and water we ordered during the dinner saying ours wasn't an all-inclusive package. While they eventually ceded, we had to fight them - which is something we definitely expected to avoid during a trip. They kept implying that we were trying to cheat them out of a meagre amount. This argument lasted over two days, and thus, was an overwhelming unpleasant experience.
