About this bed and breakfast

This studio casita is a modern and contemporary design with attention to minimalist details that gives wonderful access to natural light throughout the day.
It features a queen size bed with luxurious bedding, a large walk in closet, full size dresser, full size bath with luxury towels and an
additional pull-out couch for either relaxing and entertaining or it can easily be made into a double size bed that will comfortably sleep two adults. It is a spacious, open floor plan with high ceilings and vertical shades between the bedroom and the common room which provide privacy when you are sharing the space with children or guests. Clear finished concrete floors provide wonderful warming radiant heat when there is a chill in the air. It also has a full size kitchen, that includes a dishwasher, coffee maker, electric teapot, toaster, french press and Italian espresso coffee maker, large assortment of dinner and glassware, and all appliances are full size, making any meal preparation and cleanup easy! The glass dining table and seating for 6 is only one option for dining. You may prefer to enjoy your morning coffee while sitting outside in your own private patio area while listening to the morning birds. With plenty of morning sun, it may be enjoyed almost year round. Your casita is equipped with high speed internet, Apple tv, and netflix,which can be enjoyed on an articulating flat screen tv. There is also a full size LG stackable washer and dryer in the unit.
All windows have blinds for those restful times when you need it dark and cozy.
Your casita is surrounded by colorful New Mexico gardens, professionally landscaped and maintained, and the property has a full time maintenance staff available if there are ever any items to be addressed. There is a wooden deck patio that has a full size BBQ grill and table, chairs, and an umbrella providing a comfortable place for entertaining or relaxing. You are only a 1.5 mile walk to the picturesque downtown historic plaza for food shopping, galleries, music and all the culture Santa Fe has to offer.

My daughter and I stayed here and had a very positive experience. The plants, flowers, and trees outside the large window in the dining area were very pleasant to view. Also, the space was clean, well decorated, and the location was great. I’d definitely stay here again!

I truly enjoyed staying here for 8 days. The casita is set in a lovely area next to the owner’s home, but is also private and very quiet. Floor to ceiling windows open to blooming gardens. Shades can easily be lowered for more privacy. It had everything I needed and wanted.

This is the third time we've stayed here because it is ideal for us when visiting Santa Fe. The unit is in a quiet neighborhood with good access to everything in Santa Fe if you are traveling with a car. The Plaza is only 15 minutes away. But most important, it is clean, comfortable and well appointed.

Florecitas casita was just perfect for our stay. The location is convenient-no more than a 10 or 15 minute drive to anything. We loved the peaceful setting away from the tourist crowds. The garden view is spectacular. We spent mornings in the outdoor seating area. Amenities were great and we had everything we needed. The space was impeccably clean and bed very comfortable. We would definitely return.

We were in Santa Fe for a medical procedure so comfort was imperative. Everything was perfect right down to the coconut shampoo. We've stayed in several Santa Fe VRBO spots and this was by far the best one. Even the bed was comfortable. Privacy and solitude, convenience, efficiency, cleanliness.

This stay was one of best of all! We loved exploring so many parts of Santa Fe and seeing so many galleries and fine restaurants. Zandra and Paul have provided a delightful haven in Casita Florecitas. It was immaculate and extremely well appointed. The design of the casita was well thought out and very comfortable. The location was very easily accessed and very quiet. In fact, the grounds contributed to such a relaxing stay. Eating dinner one evening while on the deck in the back garden provided a real opportunity to relax in the garden. Should our future travels include Santa Fe, we will absolutely make arrangements to stay at Casita Florecitas!!!

Absolutely amazing hosts and property!!! Listing is very accurate, property is well-maintained, extremely clean and private. We were close to everything we wanted to do—hiking in the foothills, restaurants, O’Keefe Museum and Loretto Chapel near the plaza, day tripping on the Turquoise Trail and Tasuque, Canyon Road, Museum Hill/Botanic Garden, Railyard markets. Highly recommend a stay with Zandra and Paul.

A beautiful spot, inside and out! Tastefully and thoughtfully laid out, very clean, comfortable furnishings. Amazing garden with a deck…the best part! Hosts were responsive to questions, prompt and helpful. Santa Fe was fabulous and this quiet spot was just what we wanted for our vacation.

We loved the house itself, as well as all the thought the owners put into equipping it with anything we might need. Lots of nice touches such as dimmers on the lights, condiments and kitchen implements, etc. We especially liked the deck and garden. The only area for improvement concerned the sheets on the bed when we arrived. They were clean and attractive like everything else, but 100% polyester! That might not be a problem for some people, but there is a reason why every hotel in the world uses 100% cotton by default. Fortunately we found cotton sheets in the closet so it was fine. Otherwise everything was wonderful! Thanks! We’ll come again!

Very nice property, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well supplied. Our one complaint would be that the shades did not go all the way to the bottoms of the windows, so that there was an awful lot of light that came in at night and in the morning. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and resolved a minor electrical problem very quickly. overall a positive, but not without that minor reservation about the shades.

The casita was comfortable, cozy, clean and efficient, lovely and private with walls of windows and outdoor space overlooking natural gardens and trees. Zandra is responsive, knowledgeable and kind. We appreciated the delicious coffee, and generous offering of eggs from the sweet chickens in the backyard and helpful local hiking tips. Easy, scenic 10 minute drive to the town square. Perfect and peaceful base for our weekend getaway!

This casita was just what we were looking for in Santa Fe! It’s beautiful and comfortable. The view of the garden is so gorgeous and relaxing. We cooked a lot of our own meals, and found all the basics available. The location was outside of the busy city, yet it was quick and easy to get to the downtown, museums, and hiking. We would highly recommend a stay here!

This is a very nice property with a lovely garden and very good hosts. It is quiet and peaceful but close to museum hill and other places in Santa Fe. We come to Santa Fe often and usually stay with a friend, but I would definitely stay here again.

Easy to get to off the highway, safe comfortable neighborhood. Everything nice and new in the unit. A little modern for my taste - couldn't figure out the fancy coffee maker, and there were no screens to leave windows open to enjoy the cool air - but otherwise very pleasant. Nice deck to sit out back. Owners live next door and keep chickens and we enjoyed watching them. We'll stay there again when in Santa Fe!

Totally our style! 100% comfortable and cozy! Windows everywhere and woke up to snow covered trees. Felt secluded and we liked that the location wasn’t near the busy Plaza (5 min drive) Natural alarm clock ( rooster ) and hens clucking added to the charm ( I mean it!)

Overall a pretty place. There are a few things that I did not like, though. The blinds do not go all the way to the floor so I wasn’t comfortable that people couldn’t see in, especially at night. I was never able to get the room comfortably cool, even with windows open and all cooling features turned on. Sofa is not very comfortable. Probably would not choose to stay there again.

We were here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed this stay. Indoors and out, this casita is perfect, stylish, unique and amazingly comfortable. The photos are good, but the space is even better than it looks online. The bed is so comfortable, I wish I could take it home. The linens are soft and such good quality. All the finishes and furniture are very nice quality and we felt like we we being spoiled. Relaxing spot close to everything we needed and was well equipped for setting up the computer and getting work done. Out the windows are plants, shrubs and trees and a lovely pathway, and chickens are sometimes visible through the foliage, in an enclosure beyond the path. It was just delightful to stay here and we felt so fortunate to have found it. Thanks Z and P for sharing your slice of heaven.

Really nice and new, energy efficient casita not far from Museum Hill. The path to the entrance winds through beautiful landscaping. It was very private, open and light-filled. Roomy enough for a single person or couple. Well equipped kitchen, bathroom, and laundry closet. The owner, Zandra, was delightful and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
