Hotel clean, friendly staff, convenient location, when window closed no noise from traffic

Room is on the smaller side, but what we expected. Only just manageable with two large suitcases. Cosy fit.

地理位置好，紧临大门地铁站，过两个马路就能到JR站，羽田机场乘单轨列车直达；员工高效且亲切，早上七点到达酒店放下行李，晚上回来的时候行李已经帮我们搬去房间里啦，真贴心。

Great place to stay and great location.

Hotel was only a couple of minutes away from Daimon subway station and five minutes away from Hamamatsucho station which is very convenient. Room was small but very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful place such a good place

Easy to get to the main train lines close to supermarkets reception was friendly and happy everytime.

Typical small rooms Japanese hotel

Hotel’s staff is the best they have, well educated and very kind. Welcome coffee at their (narrow) lobby.

Their own cars parking lot was full and all other options are extremely expensive (ie. about 100$ for one night only at a Times managed place nearby hotel)! Very small room (even if fully equipped, but really limited space - quite common in Japanese hotels) with old and partially scratched furniture. Very important: remember to call in advance (may ask hotel’s staff for help) at any desired restaurant in Tokyo, otherwise you’ll easily (they have prepared reasons always) be kicked out - even young Japanese waiters would do “their best” to ruin foreigners’ lunch experience there!!! Mainly tolerated expats in Japan are German, Italian and somehow Brazilian and Argentinian, easy to understand the reason!

Convenient before or after Haneda airport.

Nice room and not too small. Great view as well. Window can be opened to get some air. Nice and quiet area.

Functional, good location

Japanese business hotel efficiency - everything is as expected. The room was adequate and amenities were good. The bed was comfortable. It had different types of pillows to meet your comfort.

My floor looked like housekeeping central in the day (not sure if other floors were like this). There were towels, trolleys, vacuums sprawled along the corridor space, making it look very untidy. There is only one lift for the hotel, which may have also contributed to the messy looking floor. Also a noticeable sharp smell of urine from the toilet when I checked in. It wasn't as noticeable during/after a shower, but still there. However I was just there for 2 nights and would be out and about, so didn't bother to raise the issue.

Good location close to transit

The location is great. Close to the Tokyo Monorail Express to Haneda and close to the subway to Haneda and the city.

Rooms are a bit small, and there are no facilities, restaurant or breakfast room.

很喜欢，温馨，交通便捷，距离东京塔的city walk非常有魅力。

地理位置非常靠谱，从A2口出来，走三分钟就到了，路过times的停车场，一个透明的玻璃门就是了。再来的路上，就会看见一个family mart，非常齐全的选择。我们遇到问题，当天下了大雪，酒店很热心的提供了暖气的设备，孩子们的裤子鞋子全都湿透了，我在房间里开了最大的温度烘干裤子加取暖，忘了电压负荷的问题，烧了一壶水，结果导致全屋子断电了。服务员热心的服务帮助，非常的耐心。由于断电，还临时提供另一个房间供我们使用，但孩子们睡觉了，就简单冲了澡，但真的很有意义。想表示非常多的感谢，对我们在东京的第一站给予了相当温暖的帮助。希望我们能很快再回来，还会选择这里。

残念だったこと…

お部屋の清掃は行き届いていました。今回は孫の受験で宿泊しましたが、bedメイキングもこちらの都合に合わせて頂き良かったです。

お掃除道具が廊下に置きっぱなしだったことと、外国人のお掃除の方が日本語ができないのはまだ許せますが、あっても挨拶もなかったので、たとえニコッと笑顔でも返してくれたら…と残念に思いました！そして、ホテルの造りが独特で、廊下が吹きさらし状態だったので、とても寒く感じました！

Disappointing second stay in Hamamatsucho

This hotel is a budget-friendly option in a nice location, especially if you need to get around quickly (e.g. the monorail to Haneda airport is a 5-10 minute walk away). The JY and JK lines nearby provide excellent connectivity to plenty of tourist attractions. Staff are friendly, too. The nearby dining options, plus the Tokyo tower and its nearby temple are a great way to spend the time while staying here. The room itself was fine. As is generally the case in Tokyo, it is quite cramped, but in this case I found the layout was quite good. The desk and WiFi are great in case you need to use your laptop for a bit to plan the next day.

I've stayed in this hotel previously. While before it was a great stay, the room I got on this occasion was not well cleaned, and clearly worn down, which meant the comfort was not great and severely disappointing. The interior design is utilitarian and nothing fancy, with an open inside courtyard. This isn't great for noise dampening as you have noisy exteriors both on your room's windows and doors.

駅から近くて、便利。快適に過ごせました。

チェックイン前に、荷物を預かってくれて、運んでくれた。JRや地下鉄の駅に近くすごく便利。コーヒーサービス、アメニティが揃っていたのでたすかった。

ほかの地域でよかったので利用したため期待しすぎた。加湿器がなく部屋が乾燥していた。飲み水の提供と、案内がなかった。東京タワーが部屋からみえると思っていたが見えなかった。

Puede ser bastante mejor

La verdad es que nos decepcionamos bastante. TOKIO era nuestra ultima estancia y después de haber estado comodamente en Osaka y Kioto, pues las expectativas eran altas, ya que fue el hotel mas caro de nuestro viaje. Teniamos 2 habitaciones porque somos una familia de 5 y la habitacion triple era una cama de 150cm, imposible para dormir comodamente. Esta bien ubicado cerca de la stacion de tren de hamamtsucho. Las almohadas y cama no eran lo mejor pero las vistas si, teniamos desde la ventana la torre de tokio. No tuvimos desayuno, pero camino a la estacion habia un bar super bien para desayunar. Un solo ascensor

Las camas demasiado pequeñas para 3 personas (150cm) y la de 2 personas 140cm.

Happy stay at Mystays Hamamatsucho

Away from the popular districts like Shibuya, after a long day out can come back to a more peaceful area and unwind. Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly, that's a big plus point.

Facilities of the hotel is basic which I understand for this price point. However, maybe can add a few more vending machines for food options.

Expectional hotel with fantastic service and facility at a great location!

We spent 4 nights there and enjoyed it very much! - Super convenient location, 3 mins to the hotel if you use exit A2 at the Daimon Station - 15 mins WALK to Tokyo tower and Zoji-Ji Temple (we can see the Tokyo tower from our room) - Lots lots lots restaurants, convenience stores around - Facilities are clean, with nice essentials and amenities - Staff are friendly and speak good English, always great us whenever we passed the front desk; 24/7 front desk is very convenient - Free coffee machine at the reception area, which is life-saver for us! - Daily housekeeping is fantastic! Even though they don’t change the sheets for sustainability reason, but they always make the bed, clean the room and bathroom, take out the garbage and provide fresh towels daily —- we feel it is just the right amount of housekeeping we need.

Overall great stay!

Hotel was close to both Daimon (metro) and Hamamatsucho (JR line) which gives you access to all the major parts of Tokyo, v convenient especially if your itinerary is mostly in the east Tokyo! The room also came with everything.

No options for breakfast :-(

Decent size rooms and toiletry for its price.

Nowhere to stay to have a chat with friends. On the second floor there were 2 tables with 4 chairs but this was a smokers’ place.
