Sehr nettes Personal!
Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage!
Bett hat etwas sehr geknarzt.
An den Duschen könnten Wände angebracht werden, da es sehr in den Raum des Bades spritzte.

facilities, flexibility and friendliness of the personal. When I missed my dinner the receptionist called to ask if I was alright and offered help to get tea or other supplies. You don’t get attention elsewhere…

Lovely food, staff really nice, big room. Generally friendly ambience. Pool/sauna area great. Ideal location for ski area.
4.5
Breakfast well supplied.
The meals offered at Hotel Glemmtalerhof were too refined without succeeding. Recommend the chef "back to basics".
Service, mechanical without heart. All staff radiating a feeling of fear. Hotel Glemmtalerhof grossly overpriced. Building quality low, walls paper thin, all sounds from neighbors and corridor heard in the room.
Management absent. Unable/unwilling to take actions when a group of guests harassed us. Owner even defending the harassers, saying "I know this family, they have staid with us for years". Situation continued all week, so we had to take actions ourselves.
Stay away from Hotel Glemmtalerhof. The village is full of good hotels to stay at, to make sure you can enjoy the great skiing problem free.

Very cute and comfortable hotel. Great facilities and lovely hard-working staff (especially the guys in the restaurant). Convenient bar, lovely pool upstairs, great locker room downstairs and a terrific dinner menu. Rooms are very comfortable and generously sized. A lovely place to stay.

Breakfast was great at the hotel. The location was convenient in the city center. Clean.
Hotel was super expensive compared to the standard.
The waiter we had (from spain?) did not know a word german, did not know the menu at all - could not even tell if one of the main courses was fish or meat!
Too many loud dutch people at the hotel and partying outside at night.
The dinner menu was very mediocre - again we paid nearly 700 Euros per night so were expecting a higher standard at the evening meals. Rather a few good dishes, than many dishes with lower quality.

Fantastic hotel, perfect location with short walking distance to several ski lifts.
Really cool pool area with super view of the surrounding mountains. We had the best stay in our family room with balcony and mountain view.
Friendly and really professional service from the hotel staff.
We will come back!

Austrian hospitality at its best. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel at home. . The rooms are nice and clean, the beds are comfortable. Restaurant is tops and the crew there deserves a special compliment. Just like the bar crew. One big private ski locker per room in the cellar. Ski lift a 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Location is best in town (in centre of town but very quiet - car free zone). Car is parked in the public VIP parking garage. Big heated indoor pool and nice sauna and relax area overlooking town.

What an amazing staff! So kind and caring. I broke my arm and they helped getting the food to the room and drove my partner to the farmacy
Pool and wellness area were lovely and food was good!
Ski lift was very close.
All in all; would definitely recommend
