Very large room, nice furnitures

A lovely quirky hotel in a former Spanish mansion built in the 17th century. Had lots of atmosphere and the rooms were large and the staff were excellent. The location is brilliant as you are just near the historic centre so easy to get to the Aztec, Temple and Cathedral and some brilliant, Restaurants, chops and chops
The lighting in the rooms was very low and difficult. We would’ve liked a kettle so we could make tea and coffee in the mornings.

ロケーションは良いです。朝早く出発で朝食が食べれないとお待っていたのですが、スタッフがbox に詰めてくれました
暖房の効きが悪い上に,シャワーの出が悪かったので,寒くて辛かったです

Good location, big rooms, comfortable bed, staff were very nice.
We were not notified the pool would be closed in advance so were disappointed not to be able to avail of the amenity, which was a big favor in our selection. AC unit was old and a little loud. Some noise from a private party of the roof one night.

Location was absolute close on foot to various historic spot.
We were obliged to ask the change of the room due to excessive noise of pumps of pool at top. Further more hotel flat is at 2nd floor where as there is restaurant at the main entrance and bar at pool
side . Toy have to be prepared excessive noise if you are planning to rest before midnight

the location and the ease of travel. The staff was polite and the food was very good.
The room was bad, the air conditioner was noisy and did not work, despite calling the front desk. the Front desk sent a technician and he apologized that he could not do anything. Room DT17 is adjacent to the kitchen and the spraying of roach spray was overwhelming. The room had no ventilation and opening part of the door was not an option for privacy reasons. The option was a pedestal fan which was extraordinarily noisy. For a family of 3, the room was disappointing. Typically, we rarely complain and understand that different countries have varying complexities and we adjust to it accordingly. However, as a premium hotel, it was shockingly disappointing.

This is a wonderful hotel - beautifully designed, fabulous, friendly staff, with excellent food and drink options within, great location + the rooftop pool.
The breakfast that was included was poor. It really wouldn’t take much to improve it - some better coffee, decent eggs and a bit of fruit. at the moment it’s barely worth eating which is a shame when everything else is so good.

Lovely hotel and lovely rooms with very high ceilings. the breakfast and rooftop pool area is amazing and a great calm sun spot away from the noise of Mexico City
the rooms were a bit dark, and the breakfast could cater slightly better for vegans. although they did adjust one dish to suit!

Very low value for the money. Our “Master Suite” room had no ceiling lights and minimal floor/table lighting for the space. The room was unacceptably dark because we had to fully close the blackout windows to block out street noise (both vehicles and blaring store music), to say nothing of evenings without daylight. Furnishings were made of plywood, and one end of the sofa seat tipped when sitting on it. Not a single drop of potable water was provided as a courtesy; all required payment. Front desk staff were generally aggressive and unhelpful. At check-out the hotel included someone else’s room service bill on our invoice and questioned me when I challenged it despite the obviously distinct other guest’s signature.

we booked this as a last night of holiday treat. I wanted something a bit special but not as generic and business feel as the Hilton. this hotel delivered. the decor and design of the property was beautiful. its incredibly Instagram photogenic and really well thought out. sitting in the heated jacuzzi at sunset was lovely and bougie. I love the multi stem trees separating the ground floor and first floor, the candles in the hallways at night and the general attention to detail. Lastly, I don't think the promo photos did the hotel justice.
I loved it. only small bits....
the staff were a little snooty until they realised you were a guest but I guess that's common for a hotel of that price. i don't have a lot of experience of that. I felt the restaurant downstairs wasn't really worth the money, the food wasn't amazing, the service was rushed and it was a bit packed in, freezing and drafty.

The staff were great and very accommodating.
Not having natural light was a strange feeling. There was no window in room, apart from in the door which was on a walkway, so people passing by could look into your room. As we didn't want people looking in on us, the room was always in darkness. Plus, the courtyard the room was on had a roof over meaning you didn't get much light even if the window shutters were open.
The room was quite noisy with buzzing happening intermittently. I had to wear ear plugs to sleep.

The air conditioner in the room did not work, which explains why they keep fans in the rooms. The room design is modern and pleasant, however functionality did not meet my expectations. The water in the shower was only hot, which I found uncomfortable as I needed to cool down after sleeping in heat with the air conditioners not working. However, after complaining about the heat in my room, the staff did offer to change my room but I declined since I was only staying two nights so decided to make do.

Beautiful building and clever design features - eg they manage to squeeze a pool in and extra seating; the rooms are small but have clever storage solutions. Breakfast was good and location ideal.
A little more natural light; also a slight sewer smell some mornings - wish this could be resolved. They also seem to let non guests use the rooftop area which meant guests were often unable to get a pool bed or seat - slightly annoying when paying extra for a place with a pool.

Size of room, wonderful breakfast.
Only one window in the top-tier deluxe room. Nearly no lighting in the room.

Big and comfortable bed, nice pool area
Extremely dark rooms and did not realise that there were no windows from the pictures. Felt like sleeping in a concrete box and rooms very warm and musty.
