The property is located really well in the historic center and if you want to get around downtown. The room was spacious and super clean. The stuff was very nice except for one receptionist who ruined the whole experience when we were checking out. You have to leave a deposit for any damages and you are not allowed to leave without them inspecting the room. However we were already late for our flight and were asking him to hurry up and he then stubbornly resisted doing anything at all. Then we said we are going to leave in order to catch the plane and he said he was going to call the police. The cleaning lady checked the room at the end and everything was ok, we got the deposit back but unfortunately this bad experience ruined the otherwise nice stay in the hotel.
The streets around it were quite busy and the air quality was really bad, definitely worse than in other parts of the city we visited. Other everything was great - except for our check out experience as already mentioned.

Modern, clean and comfortable beds in a good central location. Close to the zocalo, Bella’s Artes and many museums.
Staff were friendly and helpful and the doormen/bellmen were extremely helpful and courteous.
Buffet breakfast was included but was on the heavy side. The coffee was mediocre

Staff was nice, great location, security guard, Ernesto was very helpful.
There were no currency change and no amenities like pool, massage parlor and the gym was closed most of the times.

Location is excellent. Clean and comfortable rooms.
Noisy in the evenings. The gym could have been maintained better.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I even came back a few days later for the last leg of my trip and the receptionist remembered me. Super clean rooms, comfy, solid beds. Convenient location for city center attractions and a metro station a few blocks away for easy access to the rest of the city. Cool design too.
Coffe is pretty mediocre but it's mexico city, just go outside lol.

We had a terrible stay here. The facilities etc are fine but the free buffet breakfast ruined the entire experience. It is the only thing I ate that morning and it gave me bad food poisoning. I should have known from the fact it had clearly been left out a while.
I was very ill all day and when I told the reception staff they were incredibly rude. No apology was offered whatsoever. One staff member said it’s probably because I am not used to spicy Mexican food. The other one just stared at me and said “what do you want me to do about it?”
They could really value from learning about customer service. I would not recommend anyone stays here, it was a really bad experience. I tried to get in touch with the manager afterwards, but I’ve been completely ignored. Do not stay here!

Let’s start with location – excellent spot, 5 minute walk from Zucalo, 10 minutes from Belles Artes, and basically in the center of the historic-center. So, that’s good. Be aware that around 5-6 PM most places close down and there is little activity in the evenings in this part of town. However, very easy to take Uber to Roma or any other part with more nightlife. Place is quiet. The room and faculties (other than lack of window) were good. Place is quiet
I didn’t read the “small letters” so I got a room without a window. Maybe some other people don’t mind it – but I really need natural light in my life. The room and faculties (other than lack of window) were good. The Gym was close basically the entire time we were there. There is a restaurant in the first floor but service is slow and the food is average. Breakfast is served in the same place Buffet style. Buffet consist mainly of cooked food, with lots of meat and little vegetables. Finally the for the staff, I’m sorry to say, even after 6 days, didn’t know my name or my room number, and were polite but not “friendly”. The only exception was Luis the “bell boy” who was able to provide some information on excursion around town -thanks!

Good location, breakfast was OK.
l1st room had terrible smell. Next room was good, but one night heavy thumping from room above
Would have liked better choice of breakfast food British style, although i managed to have fried egg, but no poached egg.

Great location, modern and new facilities, clean room, great design, excellent breakfast.
The hot water in the shower is a bit slow to start.

Nice facilities: interior design of hotel is beautiful. Rooms are typically comfortable, though some of them only have indoor views.
Location in the historical district: the street itself is quiet, only a few blocks from the action.
Service: in general, staff does not have a customer-oriented attitude and seem to prefer hiding behind "rules".
In particular, they failed to deliver the breakfast we had paid for. Opening the dining room at 8am is too late a breakfast for customers with travel arrangements. Refusing to provide a partial refund added the insult to the injury.
Spotty internet in one of the rooms. Fitness center was locked
