Thoughtful friendly staff, who went above and beyond to accommodate us!

If you are looking to stay near Mexico City Airport look no further than courtyard by Marriot Mexico! The staff went above a beyond to make our stay comfortable and make us feel well looked after. From suggesting to organise us a shuttle to the other airport to upgrading our room because it was our first stop on our Honeymoon! Shoutout to Carlos for the beautiful grazing platter also!! While we only stayed one night it we are looking to stay near the airport again this will be our choice! Clean, friendly staff (its the small things that count) MUCHOS GRACIAS! PS. The food at the restaurant too was awesome!

En el Restaurante, muy bien montado por cierto, La atención del mesero fué MAGNIFICA, y la calidad de los alimentos de 1A. FELICIDADES!!! La ubicación Excelente, el acceso desde el aeropuerto muy cómoda. La atención del personal de Recepción, amable y expedita.

avisamos que eramos 4 personas y así contratamos, y que 2 llegariamos tarde (1/2 noche), sólo pusieron 2 toallas para baño, temprano tuvimos que pedir telefónicamente las 2 restante. La factura no la hemos recibido aún, 3 días después.

Good for one night. Practical.

It's an airport hotel. Good for one night, directly connected to the airport building. Super practical, and generous breakfast buffet. Did the job.

The room looked a bit tired, you can tell that the hotel is not new, but it was still very correct.

Súper cerca del aeropuerto., está adentro del mismo, muy limpio y cómodo . Fuimos solo 6 horas entre nuestros vuelos y nos ayudó a recargar pilas, un lugar limpio, con comida deliciosa y personal excelente

This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel. We'll definitely stay here again!

The hotel's location close to the airport is so convenient for catching an early morning flight. We loved the comfortable beds, quiet and clean room. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Ideal for a 5am flight

The location is superb, you don’t have to physically leave the airport. Wee bit hard to find if you are not familiar with the airport. Very professional staff. Room was a good size. Ideal for 5am flight.

Shower head either needs cleaning or replacing. Half the jet holes wasn’t letting any water out. Made for a very unpleasant shower.

Nice hotel with a great location connected to terminal 1 of the Mexico City airport.

Location, comfortable bed clean rooms

Restaraunt service was extremely slow, in fact our order was forgotten until we complained after 35 minutes.

Excellent place for staying before or after your flight

It has a bridge to get to the airport. For checkout you don't need to do as other hotels. Just put your key card on a box. Free coffee on the store.

Beautiful facilities, clean, a little pricey but nice stay adjacent to Mex city airport. Loved!

Right next to the airport. You will need to know where you are going as the airport is behind the bus terminal area in terminal one. Beautiful facilities, comfortable room, nice dining area for breakfast in the a.m. The beds were soft (which is hard to find in Mexico) and extremely comfortable. Our room was a suite with kitchenette, sitting area and separate bedroom. Bathroom had a tub which was a gift after hours of travel! My only complaint was due to travel we couldn’t stay longer. A bit pricey for an overnight stay but I would stay here again without a question!

Keep in mind that you are staying at a property adjacent to the airport and not in the “pretty” section of the city. Having said that, the room looked over an alley and across the way I could see the airport terminal. So not much in the way of “view” but I had my curtains closed anyway so I could sleep. As far as view, going to the outdoor dining area in the morning makes you forget you’re at an airport. Lovely! We didn’t eat at the restaurant as reviews were mixed as to food quality and high cost.

Superb

Conveniently located with a bridge that crosses to the airport terminal 1. This made it easier to take a morning flight.

The shuttle fills quickly in the morning, and there’s one every 20 minutes. However, we took the metro bus at airport gate 7, and were able to make it to terminal 2 without issues.
