Home away from home

Loved everything about Teach Cruachan. Quiet, peaceful B&B.. Home away from home. The hosts Roisin and Michael were lovely, chatty and helpful. Spotlessly clean rooms. And the breakfast was great. Would definitely stay again.

Ideal location on Achill Island

Roisin and Michael were very friendly hosts. When we arrived Roisin offered us a much appreciated pot of tea and biscuits. We stayed in a spacious upstairs room with a sea view. The cooked breakfast was really good, especially Roisin's homemade bread. The unexpected treat was to look out at Dooagh Bay and see a pod of dolphins swim up and down while we ate breakfast. Our hosts gave us good information on local dining options and on various walking trails. It's a great location from where to visit the many sights on Achill Island.

perfect for a weekend getaway!

lovely family run b&b. Michael and Roisin were so lovely and helpful. The breakfast was gorgeous and we rented electric bikes from the property which was very handy. Gielty’s restaurant is a 2 minute walk which has lovely food and cosy atmosphere.

very beautiful and cosy place, the host were superb, excellent location, comfortable bed, the room nicely decorated, giving you the beach vibe. And delicious breakfast in the morning. We loved everything about this place. Definitely will be back.

Excellent Location Can't ask for better one. Lovely breakfast and exceptional hospitality. Rooms are very nice and beds are very comfortable. Our kids didn't want to go back home. Great place to stay. Highly Recomended.

Róisín and Mícheál were brilliant, location is brilliant. Breakfast felt like been at home.i would definitely recommend staying here.

The accommodation was great, a litte bit of a small room, but this was made up by the warmness of the owners and the peaceful atmosphere.

Had an amazing time 💙

I liked the location, the room was spacious and beautiful decorated, had lovely ocean view as well as cliffs view. The breakfast was delicious and the host very kind and helpful. We were able to rent bikes, which was great. I really enjoyed my time here and I would love to come back next year 💙

The property is beautifully situated. Our room was clean and cozy with a great ocean view. Roisin and Michael are great hosts. They make sure that guests feel at home. Breakfasts were delicious and the beautiful view from the dining room made the meal even more pleasant. We will definitely stay in Teach Cruachan B&B if we will on Achill Island in the future.

Absolutely stunning.

Absolutely stunning. Our 2nd tome staying here, it simply cannot be best. Roisin & Michael are so so nice. Beautiful food and the place is absolutely spotless. Cannot recommend this BnB enough- I’ve a feeling we’ll be coming back summer after summer.
