Clean, basic and normal apartment.

Some minor issues like freezer door not staying in its place.

Curtains dont work:D, a bit of work to get them to cover the window.

Disappointing

The room is small and very hot although there is an electric fan. Would like to open the window, but it’s facing the street. Must also close the blind in order to keep privacy. No garden like described. Very basic and modest first floor apartment in a residential area.

Apartments are ok, with pretty much what you can expect. New furniture, recently renovated and central location.

Well, we had bad luck or the owners are still struggling with running the business. First there was confusion with obtaining the key to the other apartment as we had received wrong instructions (we had a booking for two apts). After a phone call this was sorted, but the helpful staff was confused about the location of the second apartment. I was in another building across the road, which was a bummer as we had expected to stay with our friends. The other apartment was ok, but the one across the road was very hot, with no fan, not entirely clean (toilet, coffee maker), and smelled of cigarette smoke. I contacted the property the following day, but they still haven’t gotten back with a reply. For this price in Valkeakoski, you would expect more.

Disappointing

The comunication with the owner was easy. I told them the apartment was dirty and they sent a cleaner but the result was not satisfactory.

The apartment was not very clean. It was old, the windows were broken and the toilet was tiny.
