Good location. Fantastic service and large rooms.
Fruit selection at breakfast was limited and all fruit had the skin still on. Cut it off guys as I don’t want to waste my time every morning doing that!

One of top 3 star hotels in Osaka and even the world. I visited over 56 countries, and even the 5 stars can’t compare to Imperial.
No complains about the room itself, however the restaurants inside the hotel are expensive.

Un hotel muy lindo y bien ubicado
Me parece mal que te cobren extra por usar el gimnasio, nunca me había pasado. Demasiado formalismo

They are well prepared, the room is prepared as requested, smoking room and extra pillow. They front desk staffs expect our arrival according to the approximate arrival time as written in the booking. The most important thing is staffs are so helpful.
The bedroom and bathroom is too small for its class, slightly different from the picture showed. The sitting area is not so comfortable due too small. It's more suitable for short time traveller with less baggage, it's pretty hard to arrange the luggages and bags and get comfortable time to have a relaxing conversation in the room.

Everything! We loved the location for the beautiful view and the calmness although it seems to be a bit away from the city centre but it didn’t bother us at all and the shuttle bus service was convenient enough. Staff were highly professional and very nice. Room is big and comfortable. This hotel definitely set the 5 star benchmark in Osaka. We will stay here again for sure.

Professional, helpful and friendly staff. Room was a great size, clean and had all required amenities.
Felt a bit forced to go into our rooms in the evening by the staff in the lobby area. The staff kept forcing my partner and I to go upstairs when we wanted to hang out in the lobby.

Old school elegance all around.
Nothing.

La chambre, très confortable, la salle de bain spacieuse et super bien équipée
Le room service trop cher, mais coutumier des hôtels au Japon

The staff is wonderfull and so is the location and cleaning. Breakfast was good
1. The fact that you have to add money to entrance the Jim and the spa
2. They let us make reservation to dinner at 20:30 when they close the kitchen at 21:00 ...

Close to train station. Hotel and room was very clean. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Staff and concierge were friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations.

The Staff are very kind and the Hotel is Glamorous. Good location to access pharmacy, market and also the highway to go to other cities like Nara, Kyoto and even Sekigahara, as we did. Very good restaurants (chef style) at the higher floors and decent restaurant at the ground.
The hotel is old, some stuffs are a little old and, in my case, with some cracks (but clean and well manteined). The ground restaurant (where you also have a good breakfast) is limited on options and they insist on bringing the bill to you, and ask for signature, while you are eating. If you are a Lactose Intolerant or even Cow Milk Intolerant, that's not your place to eat, they simply don't have any options, breakfast or dinner/lunch. Other than that, in general, it's good and the food tastes very good.

Exceptional staff. The rooms are very nicely decorated and very spacious .The food was amazing .The only thing that was negative was that there is an extra charge to use the gym. But all in all definitely a 4.5-5 star hotel
Extra charge for gym.

The staff were very friendly and exceptional service, always there to greet you. The bed and pillows were great and I had a wonderful view of the river.
The pool could have been better and also you had to pay for it which I don’t agree with when you are paying £200 plus. This was my only fault with the hotel.
