Accueil très sympathique.

Accueil du gérant, gentillesse et disponibilité. Emplacement de l'Hostal.

Le petit-déjeuner aurait pu être un peu plus copieux. La douche avec le rideau au milieu de la salle de bain qui est inondée une fois la douche prise n'est plus du tout d'actualité....

Sadly, the walls are very thin and we had a window above our door : we heard everyone and some people didn’t switch off the lights so we had to get up like 3 times during the night to switch it off.

Nice place to stay

The service and attention we received from the staff was outstanding. René and Noé were super kind, attentive, helpful and professional.

The room we were given was next to the kitchen so there was a lot of noise and it was almost impossible to sleep after 7:00 am.

Excelente localização.

A localização é excelente. Perto da Plaza de Armas e do San Blas, da pra fazer tudo a pé. Ótimos restaurantes próximos e serviços como, mercearia, lavanderia, pizzarias.

No banheiro subia um cheiro de ralo de vez em quando, se deixasse a porta do banheiro aberto o cheiro ficava todo no quarto. O café da manhã muito simples, com poucas opções e a acústica dos quartos são ruins. Eu fiquei no segundo andar e conseguia ouvir tudo que acontecia no primeiro andar.

Todo el ambiente era acogedor y cómodo y el servicio muy amable y familiar, todo el ambiente limpio, estaba ubicado cerca a los lugares turísticos de la ciudad de cusco, recomendaría a los visitantes como extranjeros y nacionales quedarse en este buen hostal y pasar una de las experiencias geniales.

Con un buen trato familiar y sentirse cómodo en todo momento y la experiencia vivida es lo más resaltable que pude vivir.

Peor de lo esperado

La habitación estaba muy limpia y el personal era atento

Los colchones ya estaban deformados. El baño siempre olía a cañerias. Y el desayuno no se correspondía para nada con la foto de publicidad del hostal. Se oía mucho las otras habitaciones

Das Hostel würde ich leider nicht weiter empfehlen, selbst wenn der Preis okay war

Die Lage war gut für unsere Weiterreise

Die Zimmer waren nicht sehr komfortabel und unser Fenster ging in den Flur, so dass es sehr hellhörig war. Unser Take away war leider unterirdisch, zwei Scheiben richtig trockener Toast mit einer Scheibe angetrockneter Wurst

mmmm no mucho solo lo reservé por el precio pero después modifiqué la reserva y me cambié a otro lugar...

las personas de recepción eran muy despistados, les pedia agua para té, no tenían, azucar, no tenían y en los baños se devolvía todo el mal olor del alcantarillado

Dificultades con el hostal

La ubicación.

La cama no era cómoda, el baño tenía mal olor, a pesar de estar visiblemente limpio y había mucho ruido de los demás huéspedes cuando salían temprano (4am). Después de dos meses de viaje, sigo teniendo problemas con la reserva de este hostal. Nunca me había pasado. Requiere más organización.

I like the staff and location.

I and my family had a lot of troubles with the bathroom. The hot water sometimes didn't work, and once we had to take shower at other hostel because it hadn't water. Also, there's a problem with the sink, and the bathroom always was wet.

Disgusting smell in the bathroom, rooms are not clean, beds are terrible, and breakfast is not good

The wifi was working ok and the location is fantastic. Other than that, there was nothing to like.

This was the worst place I ever stayed in. How this accommodation got its good rating is beyond my imagination. When we arrived, the lady at the reception tried to scam me and my partner into taking a cheaper and smaller room than the one we booked and paid for. After we refused, they tried to do the same to our friends we travelled with. After realizing that we know each other, one of us speaks Spanish and we would not accept a smaller room, they gave up. We then overheard them talking and thinking who they could give the smaller room to - they had probably overbooked. Concerning the room: When they finally gave us the bigger room we paid for, there were no towels. Instead, we found a lot of rubbish under the bed. The smell in the bathroom was overwhelming (like a mixture of sewage and old takeaway) which made showering and brushing our teeth nearly unbearable. We always closed the door immediately, but the smell was so bad (and even got worse over time) that even the room and our clothes smelled like it after a while. Moreover, on one day, there was no water, not even cold water! The bathroom was not that clean, and the floor in the main room was pretty dirty, too. The beds were terrible, I have never seen a mattress sagging so much as the one in our room. Breakfast was interesting. There was papaya and a few empty plates when we arrived (about the middle of breakfast time). Two people from the staff were cooking and watching some telenovela, while the guests were standing next to them waiting for food. Very curious. When they were done with cooking their eggs, they put some plates with cheese and butter out of the fridge for the guests and then left with their eggs. Apart from this, there was a bit of sausage and dry bread. Btw, the bread was dry and hard every single day, and tasted like it was the leftover from at least one day before. The "hot" water for making tea was approximately body temperature (I tried it every day and at different times).

WORST HOSTEL EVER

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

We checked in around 8pm and paid in full by card. We went to the room and tried to take shower and water didn’t come out. We went to talk to the reception and they said there’s no water around that area. We asked for a full refund then she just try to give back only the amount paid before the 5% commission for the card. We had to argue to get the full refund back and she was very rude at the end trying to get rid of us. They wasted our time when they could’ve told us that there’s no water when we were checking in. Terrible service and don’t recommend at all. Don’t stay here if you want to avoid troubles.

it was on a 5th floor and they didn't have heater, it was freezing cold and we had to sleep with our winter outfits
