Heating came on when wasn't needed but no instructions to turn it off

Beliggenheten , og at det var representant tilstede da få vi kom
Deilige senger, flotte bad hyggelig kjøkken
Litt rått i kjelleren, slik at sengetøyet ble rått, og ikke varme på badene

Stunning views, furnished and decorated to a high standard
Couldn’t find a large kitchen bin for rubbish

Great apartment - spacious living area with wonderful views and very centrally located.
Small stuff like the QR code that gives you all the information you need is not up to date with the WiFi code. The TV is not WiFi connected but could be. Really minor stuff that didn't impact our stay but it would make life easier then having to search for a solution.

The apartment was gorgeous. Everywhere was so clean and well equipped. he view was amazing! It was the perfect stay.
There was nothing we didn't like.
4.1
Location close to the where we needed to be. Parking on site but had to ensure prebooking. Housekeeping staff kept in touch before the stay to get everything settled as booked via 3rd party site.
There was a stain on the rug, a significant amount of dust on the lampshade above the bed, a very noticeable mark on the TV screen during viewing (also cables hanging down underneath) and mould in the shower. We have photos if you require them. The cupboard for clothes is ridiculous as the hanging depth is not even long enough to hang a shirt without it laying on the shelf that is fitted. This left a big space below with no drawers or anything to put stuff away other than the suitcase with all our clothes in. The plastic chairs just not in keeping with a room of this price and no cushions on the sofa. Plus why have a plastic chair in the bedroom area when there isn't enough room with the bed and the box; latter surplus to any requirement other than to keep some spare towels. Better to have a small set of drawers.
We appreciate that some of the features of an old property such as this, needs to be kept, but one of the wooden shutters got stuck so we had to jiggle it a lot to get it out of the wall to close them over. We even had to move the large wooden box feature to close them on the bedroom side. Once this was done we felt unable to have any windows open during the evening and night. Because of this, the newly painted door smell permeated an airless room, which meant we did not sleep well so we eventually got up and left at 05:00 to return home to Cornwall. It felt like a bedsit not an apartment - certainly not worth £208 for the night.

Property location is excellent. Neat & clean.
Nothing like that.

Location, clean, quiet
Front door to apartment didn't lock but that could be due to us maybe not turning it correct way.
4.1
Excellent location, beautiful view from the living room
Mirrors and oven not cleaned 100% but other than that it was great

The location is good.
The view and the bed are fine.

All the small details!
Cupboard smelled a bit weird.

Everything from the location, size and decor was outstanding. I have to call out the staff who we super friendly during the booking process and to assist when at the property. I have stayed there twice now and will certainly go back again
I cannot find any fault

It is well located.
I was a bit disappointed with the apt itself. I was originally set to stay at apt 2 but because of a long let extension, ended up being allocated apt 1b. That would be fine if this other apt wasn’t located outside of the main building, in a place that was originally built to be a garage. Because of that, it was very noisy (which is awful if you are a light sleeper), bright (even with the curtains) and cold (heater doesn’t do much). The leveled bathroom floor (very cold by the way) didn’t help either, as the water ends up spreading throughout the room (remembering that the foot towel didn’t get changed so it was soaked from day 1). The apt also didn’t have any lock from the inside, only the digital password from the outside (uncomfortable since I don’t know who knows that password and the frequency that it is changed). There are no windows that open for fresh air (which is good when considering that you are facing the street), only fixed ones (completely transparent for any one outside to see). All these complaints were made soon after I arrived but they simply said that I was advised of the apt change beforehand. My answer was that being in Plymouth for the first time (and in that property), it would be extremely unwilling to make any kind of claim because I would have no reference to base my claim on. The pictures on Booking.com that made me choose that place were one, and what I got was a completely different thing. My complaint isn’t with the unforeseen but with the apt I was allocated to and its characteristics described above.

bed very comfortable but too small for us.

Filthy absolutely filthy, staff incompetent and rude

Elliot Terrace is an historic building in a fantastic location overlooking Plymouth Hoe. Free parking and easy access to the City Centre, Hoe, and a short walk down into the Barbican made it a great choice for us. The information sent in advance was clear and fairly comprehensive. The apartment (1a) had all that we needed, although we only really used it for somewhere to sleep - it was basically a base to explore the coastal part of Plymouth.
Footsteps from the apartment above were easily heard in our apartment, as was the toilet every time it was flushed.
4.1
Open plan and modern apartment with brilliant facilities and personal touches.
Was hoping for a view of the hoe/sea from but unfortunately only had the view of the street. this could be mentioned on the website so people are aware they won’t get the best view as I was disappointed.

Hard to park, no space guaranteed

Apartment was lovely although a little chilly in the evenings. The location was great, very close to Plymouth Hoe. The apartment was compact and tidy with an excellent shower room. The house keeping guy was friendly and helpful. I can imagine it being a lovely place to stay in the summer.
±check in was a disaster. My booking hadn’t registered on their system so they didn’t sms the door codes. When I phoned there was either no answer or I got put through to a wrong number. I had to contact Booking.com in the end who were going to relocate me when eventually the codes came through.

Better pre-arrival check; there was no T V controller (it was on factand in the sbovevapartment) and the teaspoons were not visible
- they were in the dish washer but we did not know.
Heating worked better than last year.
Otherwise everything was OK.

felt all a bit sticky and tired

lovely property in a really good area, close to the sea and the city.

Unfortunately there was no view. The bed was comfortable and the location was OK
Wifi wouldn't connect and the heating was a bit hit and miss. The bathroom heating went off and didn't come back on until the day we left and the bedroom heating didn't work at all. Perhaps some instructions might have helped, likewise something to help with the TV.

beautiful apartment with amazing views
the room upstairs having a bath in the room is a bit strange as family sharing so would not be used .

Perfect location with a view of the Hoe. Our dog particularly enjoyed people watching out of the huge windows! Spacious apartment, tastefully decorated. Had everything that we needed for our short stay. Each contact with the property has had a speedy, helpful response.
Unsure whether the toilet in the apartment above was a macerator, but it was very noisy when it was flushed at 5am!

Location, view, Andy the housekeeper most helpful.
Management wouldn't help us in any way when, due to the Queen's funeral and our son's graduation being moved to a different date we wanted to cancel our booking. they wouldn't even consider a credit to be used at a different time. having said that Rachel in the Torquay office did try her best but the powers above wouldn't oblige.

Everything perfect
Forgot to provide baby crib for me.

shaky start as we did not stay in the one we booked . however finally upgraded to apartment 1 ( dog friendly ) This is mayflower duplex suite . it was 4 bedroom which we did not need but it was the lounge / sitting area that made it . beautiful large windows overlooking the hoe and the sea . Location is everything and wow !! The housekeeper was excellent and answered immediately even when we had a panic at 23.30 when we encountered a stiff door! teabags and coffee , coffee maker . lovely big fresh towels . Bathroom essentials Thank you so much ..
the bedrooms were downstairs and the kitchen . Actually this was fine as we spent most of our time in the living room ( upstairs with the view ) but I am just explaining about the stairs downstairs to the kitchen .

The foldaway kitchenette area was amazing & so practical. Included full use of pots/pans/crockery/cutlery/mugs/glasses & everything you need! Inc fridge/freezer. Plenty of hot water for showering. Right in on the Hoe seafront, perfect for ourselves & our dog. Loved the morning & evening strolls along the front, so relaxing. A breath of fresh air!!
Pillows were alittle bit uncomfortable & unsupportive, although that's just personal taste.

we had to move apartments as the one we booked had been mis-sold it had filthy windows no view just looking into the street. not worth £250!!
