The location is cool, surrounded by woodland and very quiet and serene.

Lovely hosts! Felt very welcomed since the first day. Great value for money, would definitely book again if needing to stay in the area

Good cheap clean accommodation

Nice location in the hills of Wraxall.
Spectacular view of Nailsea on a clear day.
Nice spacious rooms with a comfy bed. Tea and coffee facilities in the room.
Quite hard to find off the main road if not using a sat nav.
Driveway from main road very steep
6.0
Location & staff - didn’t mind sharing bathroom - room seemed quite small but expected. Think the couple who own place may be finding it difficult to keep up standards though my room was clean. Lovely grounds for rambling in
As indicated above - primarily it was the shared facilities - I was reluctant to put any foodstuffs in fridge (which contained milk that was off & smelled). Don’t really blame staff as I would assume it’s up to guests who use the fridge & cooking & washing facilities to dispose of/ wash items used & clean up after themselves

Room was spacious, nice and clean. Many windows with cirtains, so it was light inside, but you could close them for privacy.
2 huge spiders appeared in the room and it was difficult to see traffic when driving away

Very good service, clean property and very good staff.

Nice hosts, good location.
Dependence of comfort on other occupants.

Stayed in the mobile home. Very basic.wiith
all that you would need. Good size TV. Couldn't get all the channels, but ok. Comfortable bed. Nice view.
Small crack in the bottom of the shower, May need attention. Water pressure maybe a bit high. But ok.

It was clean and had everything we needed
Caravan is scruffy and dilapidated with broken windows, missing drawers in kitchen and bedroom and generally aged. The location is TRULY awful- basically on a building site ! Surrounded by rusting machinery and rubble. Access onto road through main entry / exit is absolutely LETHAL being on the apex of a completely blind bend on a fast road.
Thank goodness we were only there for one night !

Lovely place and a wonderful host family. Dinos wife kindly gave me a lift to Clevedon, which I am very grateful for and didn’t expect such a warm welcome. Will definitely be back!

The caravan was clean inside
The caravan was quite old and parked in what seemed to be a building site/quarry. There wasn't any wi-fi and the TV didn't work

Quiet, clean, peaceful accomodation and friendly service.

Extremely friendly owner, I stay frequently for work and find it excellent value for money.

Absolutely everything! If Dino were a woman, he would be "The Hostess with the Mostess!"
I've never met anyone who matches me in an overall sense of human dignity and values and then surpasses them. He is kind and generous and . . . just brilliant!
Difficult to get to without a car but after some delay Dino kindly picked me up from Nailsea Train Station.
1.0
The host Dino was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating.
The room was comfortable and clean.
The other guests were loud and intimidating through the night, loud TV and doors banging.
I had zero sleep because they were loud all hours. If it had been a peaceful stay it would have been lovely.
There should be a silence after 11pm policy.
The parking was awful as its really difficult to navigate the property in the dark and very awkward to drive out of.

The room was very pleasant and comfortable. The bed was nice and it helped having a sink/wash basin inside. The wardrobe space was good and there were teas provided. The host was very kind, friendly and welcoming. I was even helped by the host and a neighbouring guest when y car was stuck!
It would be nice to have milk pouches for the teas. The room got a little cold at night. The shared bathroom was okay but could have done with some handwash and air freshner considering it was shared by all guests.
4.0
Quiet location
Cleanliness: cobwebs everywhere, killed two mosquitoes, shared bathroom shower dirty- did not use!
Tired decoration: cracked basin, half painted wall
Expensive for single room with shared bathroom

The owner of Villacai in Nailsea, Dino, is a very friendly gentleman. He provided me with a lot of information ahead of our stay with him and made my wife and I very welcome when we arrived.
Villacai is located outside of Nailsea in a very secluded, peaceful area, surrounded by large and gardens.
It is well placed for visiting Bristol, Weston-super-Mare and the surrounding area and only about a 15 minute drive of 7.5 miles, from Bristol Airport.
We have since visited Dino to pick up a jacket my wife dropped, unbeknown to us, outside Villacai as we were leaving on 19th June and once again he made us very welcome.
There was nothing to dislike about Villacai.
