SAVE $$$ ON ENTERTAINMENT & ADMISSION FEES! My house MAY cost more, but the cost of entertaining adults and KIDS is a LOT. My competitors boring stuff is not enough to keep everyone happy for hours and days!
Sports Court/ Shuffleboard/ 4 Square/ CornHole/ Playground - CUSTOM shade sails & lights! MOST of My Competitors do NOT have lights, shade, or misters in their yards/amenities ...that means you will NOT be using them when it is hot or when the sun goes down! Spring//Fall - it can be HOT in the day, and the sun goes down @ 6pm SO, using the large yards you see in OTHER homes is NOT as realistic as you think. LOOK to see if there is shade over the amenity AND lights so you can use it on hot days or dark evenings.

SUMMER GUESTS- THIS home has a Professional Misting System!! Backyard area can be cooled with a click of a switchl! (What vacation rental offers this amazing amenity?) Summer in PHX without misters is not pleasant!! MY home has over a dozen SHADE SAILS OVER MOST OF MY PATIO/POOL/YARD PLAY AREA! Other homes that don't have shade over amenities & do not have night lighting, AND are NOT usable areas during most of the day!

OTHER VACATION RENTAL don't normally heat over 80, and pools MAY not be heated prior to your visit and the cost is subjective! I have a very reasonable heating cost I charge (125+25/day). ie: cost for 5 days is $250 Sept - Nov 1st- & Feb 16th- May (Min cost is $225)

I had a large group of adults at this property and it exceeded our expectations! I have never worked with a host who was this communicative both before, during and after check out. Vicki responded quickly to all of my questions and was available during our stay for anything that might come up. She also personally met me at the property for check in to make sure I knew how to fully utilize all of the amenities.
The house itself is so much fun and everything is in great working order! There was plenty of space for our group to spread out and all of the refrigerators were a great bonus for stocking lots of drinks and snacks.
There were plenty of extra amenities from condiments, to bedding to towels. All of which were in great condition!
The best part was that check out is super simple!
I would highly recommend anyone considering this property to book it. I know I'll be doing so again!

Oh Vicki! You made this trip so easy for us! It was hard to leave. Communication is key and you were the absolute best with it! The house is amazing! There were 24 of us and we still said “where is so and so” many times. It is so spacious. No one was ever bored here. We cooked every meal, but one and had everything we needed in the kitchen to do that, as far as kitchen ware, plus the grill and flat top was a great bonus for us to use. I will forever refer people to your house. Thank you for letting us enjoy your property! You have done and do a wonderful job! We enjoyed every single minute of our week stay there. Hope to see you again.

We are an MLS NXT soccer team and we were in town for MLS Fest. The house was absolutely amazing. Everything was clean and ready for us upon arrival. We have total of 21boys ages 16-17yrs. So keeping them all entertained and comfortable was our #1 priority. This house did not disappoint.
Per one of the boys there is so much to do that we needed more time do everything.
Vicki, was quick to respond to any and all questions we had before and while there. Would definitely recommend her home to any group, or families looking.
If and when we travel to Phoenix again, we will definitely be staying here.

This was a great property, with plenty to do for all ages. The arcade games were well maintained and easy to use. It was also fun to get outside and play shuffleboard and basketball. The pool was heated just right. The jacuzzi was wonderful and easy to use. The house was well stocked with sheets, and comforters and pillows and towels, robes, pots, pans dishes, spices, coffees and other condiments.
The owner was great, very responsive, helpful and generous (even offering to let us stay longer than reserved). We texted her with questions and she would immediately text back. The location is great, with shopping and freeways close. Very, very satisfied with our stay!

The property is amazing!
Picture any arcade with all games working all the time with a 90 degree pool, hot tub, putting greens, shuffleboard, tetherball, basketball, axe throwing, pinball, hockey - suffice it to say if your a gamer or have 9 kids like we did you will be in heaven. That's just the games - the home is stocked with everything and has machines to make barista type coffee, Top of line mixer Shakes, Grill Steaks, Pellet Smoke Brisket and on and on..Stopping because I know I will miss something. Did I say beds and TVs galore.....
And that is not the best thing about the property...That would be Vicki - your hostess. Doesn't matter your religion or not but I suspect you know the meaning of the words 'Saint' and 'Angel' - both aptly describe this young lady. Never obtrusive! Always responsive! Vicki is all about you using the property to its fullest and having a good time. It is so clear that she is full of joy when she sees that you are enjoying your stay.
Would book again in a heartbeat!
I know some might think this is a plant if I don't say something negative so I will. The only negative thing is that we did not book for longer!

This is a very unique property. If you are a small kid, or a big kid, you will love this place. Vicki is a most warm, hospitable and kind woman who is probably the best host we have ever had anywhere. We had family fly in from Canada, and friends locally, come together, with our kiddos, to surprise my wife for her 50th Bday. Vicki made it all come together with last minute fixes and help in a clutch. Just outstanding.

We just spent a fabulous 2 weeks at this property! We were a family of 23 adults and 4 small children. The entire family had a great time using all the amenities provided by the owner. The house was perfect for our group, close to grocery stores, pharmacy, etc. The kitchen is very well stocked, not your typical rental! Basically, all you need to do is buy your fresh foods. I can’t say enough about the back yard, it is where we spent most of our time and ate almost all meals outdoors. (You have your choice of 3 different grills in the backyard.) There are so many arcade games, board games, mini golf, playground equipment for the little ones, corn hole, shuffleboard, a basketball half court, large pool, 8 person hot tub and the list goes on!! No age group lacks for anything to do. Vicki, the owner, is truly more than a Premier Host. She is very quick to respond to emails, and if we had a question, concern, or needed something at the house, she took care of it right away. She made our stay PERFECT! We could not have found a better home for our gathering, and would highly recommend this property. We left with so many memories of a very special family time together.

The house is as described in the listing. We had a group of 18 with room to spare. Everyone said their beds were comfortable. There are games that appeal to all age ranges. The pool was great in the 100 degree heat. I never heard the words “I’m bored” all week! Vicki was very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommended.

Vicki was wonderful to work with and was a very attentive host. If we had questions, she immediately responded. The property is spectacular. You will always have activities to do. The pool was great during the day, and the hot tub was great for the evening hours. The location is excellent. It is just minutes away from Albertsons and Costco. I highly recommend booking this for a small company retreat or family get-together.

Our family of 16 ( eight kids and eight adults) enjoyed this property immensely! It truly has something for everyone. We all enjoyed the game room and pool. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the house is updated, clean, and safe.

My family had an AMAZING stay. We got home yesterday and my kids are already saying they miss the Arizona.
The house itself has so much to do. We left the home just one time the entire week. I had researched the area for amusement parks/museums, but really there was no need.
We spent our days lounging by the pool and in the huge jacuzzi. Our nights filled with video games and laughing at each others pictures on the Toy Story Pinball machine.
The host Vicki, is the sweetest. You can tell she genuinely wants you to have a great vacation. She has thought of EVERYTHING (no exaggeration) to make you feel comfortable. There are so many extras in the home.
Highly recommend this home for all ages but especially families with those hard to please 8-15 year olds that get bored easy. It was exactly what we had hoped for!

This property is absolutely fabulous! Vicki was such an amazing and gracious host. Vicki has thought of everything with regards to amenities. We could have shown up with just our clothes bc everything we needed was already there! Her communication went above and beyond and her graciousness is amazing. Our large family was so comfortable in the home, lots of space and the games! The big kids, the dads, and the little kids loved all the arcade games! The outdoor space is beautiful and comfortable. We spent everyday in the pool and every evening outside lounging. Honestly we didn’t even need to leave the house there was so much to enjoy. I just can’t say enough amazing things about this property. We would love to come back for another visit. I would give it 10,000 stars if I could :)

I have been coming to Arizona for 20 years bringing golfing groups of 4-8 friends and have been a VRBO user since its inception. I can say unequivocally that this is the best house I have ever had the pleasure to stay in. Why?
1. The attention to detail of Vicki and Matt is beyond compare. They are supreme in the area of personal service and one feels that they are trying to provide the best experience possible.
2. Of course, there is almost no chance of problems because this is the most well prepared and well stocked house I have used. Vicki has thought of virtually everything to make your stay memorable.
3. The place is spotlessly clean and we were to afford all eight people perfectly comfortable sleeping quarters.
4. The hot tub and pool were the centerpiece for us and we spent most of our evenings around the fire pit while watching one of the seemingly endless supply of smart TVs that Vicki has provided.
5. There may be some game out there that Vicki hasn't thought of but rest assured she will hunt it down and add it to the endless array of games she provides. We all wished we had come here when we were 10 years old. Kid's paradise for sure. Pretty much fun for an old codger like me.
6. If you like to cook or grill, this is for you. A brand new but fully seasoned Traeger Smoker and an outstanding outdoor grill were a great addition as Bob's ribeyes and my smoked baby back ribs were highlights.

We had a great stay at this home with our extended family. We were traveling with children ages 11, 9, 5, 4, and 3. The arcade games kept the 11 and 9 year old busy the whole trip, and the warm pool helped us tired out the 3, 4, and 5 year old every day. Vicki got the pool all the way to 95 degrees in January for us!!! This meant we could swim comfortably for a long time even on the days were the temps were in the 60s, and down to 50 at night sometimes. We haven't found any other rental houses that can do this with their pool. Vicki's new gas heater is awesome :)

Our family of 16 stayed here the week after Christmas. The weather was less than ideal but Vicky went the extra mile to help make the best of it, keeping the pool nice and warm. The big kids were busy playing the video games, pinball and tetherball. The little ones loved the putting green, connect four and small toys.
Bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with the essentials!

This was hands down, the best Vrbo that we have stayed at. We traveled to Phoenix with a college basketball team and there was MORE than enough room to spread out. Everything in the house, from the beds to the games, were top notch. The pictures do not do the house justice. On top of the amazing amenities, the house is FULLY stocked. It has EVERYTHING you need.
The best part of the house was Vicki. She was so accommodated and was a text away if we ever needed anything. We even forgot a few items and she mailed them back to us! This house was perfect.

We stayed at Vicki's property for 4 nights as we dropped our son off at GCU for the Fall semester. Her house was beyond what is even described. She has thought through every aspect of someone's stay to make sure that it will be stress and worry free.
The property was so much fun with games, TVs, pool and so much more. The best part of the stay however was Vicki's attention to all needs. She was easy to get ahold of and was there for anything we needed!
Oh and the shopping area Desert Ridge is close and has great shops, restaurants and live music.
We hope to get to stay again on future visits!

The owner meet us at property and went over everything. There is a ton of stuff to do. The pool is fantastic and the owner supplies way more than we expected including coffee, towels paper products and even seasonings for grilling out. Definitely plenty of room for just 5 of us. The kids had a blast swimming and playing all the games. Would go back to stay here if we're back in Phoenix. The misters by the pool we're appreciated during the July heat. Made it very comfortable.
