Perfekte Lage zum Strand und zur Altstadt

Die Lage ist top!! Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Leider nachts sehr laut, daher nicht möglich mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen. Aber es gibt Schallschutzfenster und eine ruhige Klimaanlage. Gerne wieder!

Amazing location

Amazing location, really short walk to both the beach and the old town for pintxos. Lovely rooms, super friendly staff - really couldn't ask for any more.

Exceptional

Compared to other hotels in the area, this was much cheaper but I thought, “It’s only a base whilst exploring. It doesn’t matter if it’s not the best”. This hotel far surpassed my expectations. The location was phenomenal; not a stone’s throw from the beach and a similar distance to the the main bars and restaurants. Furthermore, Ana on reception was exceptional and couldn’t do enough to help my wife and I. Be it recommending somewhere to buy beach towels, suggesting her favourite pintxos places or just calling us a taxi, she was fabulous. The hotel deserves to be much more than 2* in my eyes.

Very good a/c that saved us in the hottest days of the summer. Position is superb.

We had a problem with the suggested car parking that made us waste about 1h and half in the hottest day (receptionist is very kind when it comes to give informations about the town and to say hello but when it comes to problems it is just up to you and didn't really like how she managed it...I did her same job for years and this is not the way). Mold inside the shower, huge terrace not maintened (just a table and 2 sits). Overpriced like everything in San Sebastian.

Great location to soak up San Sebastian and a very comfortable base.

The bed was very comfortable and the room extremely clean. A lovely, powerful shower and responsive air conditioning too. The little coffee dock was a bonus.

Great place at a perfect location in San Sebastián.

The room was comfortable and clean, the woman at the desk very knowledgeable and helpful. The location, just outside of the old town and right down the block from a fantastic ice cream place, was perfect.

Perfect accommodation from which to explore San Sebastián

The location was central to everything in the old town. Easy to walk to the beach and restaurants. The train and bus station are also walking distance. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable

Perfect base for a trip to a beautiful city

Wonderful location and very good facilities. Well designed room layout that made the most of a small space. Loved the patio area, although the weather meant I didn't have the opportunity to make the most of it. The pre-arrival process was very well handled, so I knew clearly what I needed to do (I was arriving after reception closed in the evening).

Outstanding hotel. Perfect example of a supposed two-star hotel that was better functionally than some five-stars I’ve stayed in. Perfectly fitted out bedroom - not huge but well designed with a six-foot bed. Things that some hotels get wrong were great here like lighting, shower. Great location a street away from the sea and just between the old and new towns. Perfect for both. Great restaurant below for breakfast - also good organic supermarket. Good coffee maker available 24 hours.

The location is great if you want to enjoy San Sebastian. The room is very clean and comfortable, is not big, but I didn’t need more and is has a terrace. The bed is very comfy and clean. The bathroom is great. The staff is helpful and nice.

A fantastic base in a great city.

Great location, spotlessly clean, and Ana, who greeted us, took extra trouble to tell us about San Sebastián, things to do, and places to eat.

Nothing really. Perhaps keep the towels for two days for environmental reasons.

excellent stay; quiet!

A quiet, clean room with even a terrace. Easy walk to everything including the stations of Renfe and Euskotren. Best of all was Ana. She gave excellent tips what to visit. I asked for Pinch tips and she had a very good list of the restaurant and their specials (that you have order because most of them are warm). They don't serve breakfast, but you can get it next door from 8am. It is easy to make your own coffee and tea.
