Brand new, clean, comfortable. Really helpful and friendly staff. Great communication.

Not the prettiest location, building. But not too far away from the more central areas (10mins walk).

Great location but pricey

Great location just near the main bus depot. Easy to walk to old town and beach. Room was cleaned daily.

Noisy as we were facing onto a public court yard area where people were shouting at night. Water machine for drinking water ran out daily so would have been great if it was refilled more often. It was extremely expensive considering it was not a hotel.

lovely little place just need to sort the WiFi

the staff are lovely and helpful, the room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable.

WiFi was terrible, I work online, fortunately I booked for the weekend. I wouldn’t have been able to stay there if it was during the week. not the hotels fault but my room backed on to a square which had a lot of male refugees standing around and a couple of them decided to shout and sing really loud at just before 5am Saturday morning for a good couple of hours resulting in no sleep.

Perfect location for train travel

Until we disocvered that the train system in Northern Spain leaves much to be desired, we had intended to take day trips from San Sebastian. The room was literally next door to the station. The room was small, but clean and we had no issues with anything.

The room was pretty small.

I am a foreigner who travel to Spain, I don’t know the hotel didn’t offer cleaning kit, such as toothpaste and toothbrush…. It takes me some time to find them in the supermarket. I wish there are some notice if possible. Cuz At some other hotel, they offer cleaning kit. But this not, but I don’t know before arrival.

everything new,clean, modern, quality. Easy access, perfect for railway stations. we were upgraded free of charge attention to detail was perfect with coffee, cakes etc A brilliant stay

Clean, comfortable, modern rooms.

Room modern, very clean and comfortable. Reception were friendly and got back to messages (including those through the Booking.com messaging system) really quickly. Location very handy for bus/train station and 15/20 mins walk from Old Town. It is off the town centre though.

More coffee/tea options would be good - I'm British so like black tea and can put up with instant coffee! Reception is not staffed for long. OK it's a minor thing but the lift is so slow.

Really warm welcome from the reception with extensive information on where to go and what to do. Also very clean and fresh rooms, maybe the cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in.

Great location and comfortable, but very expensive for what it offers.

Location perfect for exploring on foot. Helpful staff.

Not much sound proofing from other rooms. Would be nice to have tea/coffee facilities in room rather than in communal hall area.
