This is a superb location. Walkable distances to the beach, old town, supermarkets/stores and local bakeries. The apartment is spacious, light, equipped with stunning furniture and super functional. The step out balcony was beautiful and the bedrooms were well designed and comfortable.

Great apartment in fantastic location

Beautiful apartment in fantastic location. Wonderful host who showed us exactly where to go and eat. Comfy beds, ( one big and two singles) two bathrooms

Could do with a few more glasses, and one of the towels was ripped, but they are tiny things.....overall it was great!

San Sebastián has everything beaches, food, entertainment and the apartment just tops it off.

Brilliant location right on the centre of everything - lovely views, great parking. Wonderful helpful staff.

Perfect two room apartment in center of this special city.

Two comfortable rooms in a beautiful apartment in the middle of this great city. We walked from this central location to everything and got great recommendations on checkin. Do yourself a favor.

Wonderful Apartment

Lovely apartment, contemporary design, well kept, multiple windows for great air flow for comfort. Super location and everything you need is in this neighborhood. Host is gracious and very helpful.

great stay in the center

very nice apartment in the city center. very friendly host, easy to communicate with and easy to check in.

if it would have been hotter (during our stay around 28°, so no problem for us) an air-conditioning would be nice.

We loved the apartment and the city of San Sebastian

Andreas met my sister and cousin near the apartment with the keys and explained everything to them, while we went to park the car. The apartment was tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable and the location was excellent - opposite there is a Carrefour Express mini market, coffee shops and shops selling fresh bread and delicious pastries. Also opposite is a hairdresser and next door is a beautician. Easo parking garage, though quite expensive is round the block - but we were offered cheaper parking some blocks away. The location is very near to shops, Concha beach and the Old Town with all the tapas bars and restaurants.

Wonderfully located, renovated and modern in old San Sebastián

Our communication with Andrea was excellent - and the check-in went smoothly and she was very helpful and communicative on our way into town. If you are driving, you'll have to park in a loading zone on the street or find paid parking - not easy on a busy weekday. We opted for Andrea's suggested parking lot in a hotel about a 12-minute walk south, so we paid extra, but less than a public parking lot, and we had a key to the garage, so we could come and go as we pleased. It's worth the added charge. The location is great - a 10-minute walk to the beach, and near lots of good restaurants, shopping, and parking. A very safe and secure neighborhood too. This historic (100-year-old-plus) apartment has been totally renovated with modern windows, appliances, and bathroom.

The apartment is on the second floor on a busy street, so naturally, it is pretty loud from the passing traffic, lots of it commercial. There is no air conditioning, so it's extra noisy when the windows are open. However, this apartment has been completely renovated, so the windows are extra-special and when closed, it's fairly quiet.

The localization is perfect, I think 5min walk from the beach. Apartament spaceful, clean & tidy. The owner was amazing to help me arrange taxi company arrival for the whole two weeks (as I'm not spanish-speaker). Communication was great and quick. I recommend.

Great! Would stay again.

The host was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in slightly early. The flat has recently been refurbished to a high standard. It is light and spacious.

The location is approximately 10 minutes walk from the beach and the historic old town.
