Churn House is a wonderfully presented barn conversion lying amidst the sweeping countryside of Dorset, in the village of Dewlish. All on ground floor, it plays host to four bedrooms, two super king-size doubles (zip/link can be twins on request) and two doubles, sleeping eight guests altogether. There is also a bathroom, shower room, kitchen/diner and sitting room with electric coal-effect fire. Outside is ample off-road parking, a private patio with furniture, a shared enclosed courtyard with barbecue as well as a shared heated outdoor pool, games room with table tennis, pool table and table football on-site. Churn House offers something for everyone in a charming part of the country.
Amenities: Oil central heating with electric coal-effect fire. Oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 x TVs, Stereo/CD, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire/stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Ample off-road parking. Private patio with furniture, shared enclosed courtyard with barbecue. Shared heated outdoor pool (open 15 April - 15 October), games room with table tennis, pool table and table football. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.8 miles, pub 0.2 miles. Note: This property has a security deposit of £150. Note: By prior arrangement, catering can also be provided and the games room can be converted into a conference room
