Excelente ubicación, excelente trato, habitación muy confortable

La ubicación excelente, en el centro histórico de la ciudad, justo al lado del Palacio Nacional de Sintra. En los alrededores hay tiendas y restaurantes muy buenos. Las dos anfitrionas súper simpáticas y amables, el desayuno muy rico y variado y la habitación muy grande y confortable.

Excellent choice and location!

Excellent location in central Sintra. Only a few yards from a great restaurant. Very friendly, helpful staff. Very clean. Nice breakfast (just order ahead). We were here with young grandchildren. The staff was very accommodating and there was a place in the back for them to play. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Loved this place and it’s warm hearted helpful staff. Super friendly to my dog too. Would definitely love to hang around here a bit longer next time.

I would not recommend staying in a ground floor room as all you hear is stomping footsteps and creaky floorboards.

The room we had was a lovely large, clean and tidy room. The beds were very comfortable.

It smelled of mould and it was quite cold. We used the heat pump though to heat the room. The room is impossible to stay in if someone is in the room above. You can hear stomping footsteps and creaking floorboards the entire time.

This hotel made me feel like being at home!

Close to Sintra’s points of interest. The staff was so helpful, kind, they went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Great breakfast!

What an amazing beautiful Hotel. It was more like living in a cozy family house. Very quite, still in the middle of historical Town of sintra. The breakfast was absolutely great. We were the only couple that booked breakfast, so we had type of personal breakfast. The hotel manager was such a great person, always very helpful, very kind and joyful person. All the other staff also absolutely great.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The room was spacious and I had my own terrace and a soaking tub. The staff was warm and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious.

Highly recommend! We would stay again

Location was amazing! Right in the heart of a little historical part of Sintra. The room was huge by European standards with a king bed and beautiful bathroom! The property had a little courtyard with rabbits that you could feed. The beds were very comfortable and there were shutters to block out light! The concierge staff was very friendly and spoke great English!

parking in Sintra is difficult. We managed to find a spot somewhat close by to the property early in the morning, did our day tour of the town and then checked in which worked well!

Felt very comfortable, safe and welcome. Its close to everything and beautiful huge rooms. A step back in time. We love Isabelle's friendliness and ability to make you feel special.

It's a historic house renovated as B&B with just a couple rooms. Location is right in the center of Sintra. 5 mins walk from Regaleira or national palace. A lot of antique furniture and photographs are used in decoration. Rooms have patio when you can relax in the shade. Also hotel has 5 rabbits as gardeners to keep plants in check.

Bathroom was a bit on a small side, which is understandable considering it's a renovated historic house. Entrance to the hotel is well hidden and doesn't have signs. Palacio de Sintra sign is on the street above the green door to the hotel garden which is always closed. The actual entrance to the reception is in the small alley to the left of Fatto da Claudio restaurant. Some signs or intercom to reception would be nice. Otherwise it's hard to find.

Beautiful accommodation. Excellent location. Staff couldn't be nicer. Loved everything about the place. Wish I had longer to stay. Will definitely go back. I felt like royalty staying there.
