clean rooms and friendly staff

clean room, friendly staff, in house secure parking,

interior design art deco but not user friendly. Poor lighting in side room, electrical outlets/plugs are not conveniently placed. Toilet crammed, breakfast area crowded . average breakfast .

Highly recommended stay in Malacca. We will be back!

Spacious family room with 2 king sized beds to accommodate our family was perhaps the best thing. The room had air conditioning as well as a fan which was superb for the hot weather. Ample parking and walking distance to some restaurants.

Providing glass water bottles instead of plastic ones would be the way to go. More charging points for gadgets.

Unique design, comfortable rooms, good location. The cafe downstairs had great coffee too!

Parking spots fill up when there is an event. Breakfast was a little pricey.

A pleasant stay at Rosa. Will come back again next time.

The concept of the hotel is retro and hip. Nice touch to the decor. The location is awesome. Easy to get to town and attractions within minutes by car. There's also a cafe next to the reception. Breakfast spread is decent. Enough to keep you going for the day. The bed and pillows are comfortable.

No window grills. Was a bit worried about security but my stay was safe. Can be dangerous for adventurous young kids though. No swimming pool but who cares if you're there for shopping and good food, you will not have time to hang out at the pool anyway 😄

Very pleasant and comfortable.

Great deco and interior for hotel lobby, cafe and room. The hotel and room was clean, aesthetically designed and smells good. staff was friendly and helpful. Ample parking space, privacy amongst guests and not noisy at all. Very fast lifts and easy check-in/check-out process.

Bad Experience of Hotel Stay!

The manager at the reception was inconsiderate and totally unhelpful. I requested a slightly late check-out at 1pm as i need to go out and afraid could not come back on time due to heavy traffic during CNY. My request was rejected without any due consideration. It was on a weekday and the manager simply gave an excuse that the hotel was fully booked on that day. Please don't treat your customers like a fool! Subsequently checked a few hotel reservation websites and they showed there were plenty rooms available. The manager even said that there will charge for late check out. It is not a matter of money but the customer service shown was really terrible. This was my first time stayed in this hotel. With such bad experience, it will definitely be the last!!!

ROSA MALACCA STAFF"S PROVIDE EFFICIENT SERVICE AND FRIENDLY STAFFS . ROOMS ARE PROVIDED WITH GOOD WATER HEATER, IRON , HAIR DRYER AND ELECTRIC KETTLE ALL IN GOOD WORKING CONDITIONS . VERY CLEAN HOTEL . WE HAD A JOYFUL STAY IN ROSA HOTEL FOR 3 NIGHTS . THANKS ROSA STAFFS . KEEP UP GOOD WORK. 👍

- The bed mattress is good for spine - The room is spacious

- The waiting time for check in is long (waiting for 2 turns took about 15 min) - The corridor that walking to room lack of ventilation and smell from toilet / sewer - The room is dusty caused sneezing a lot - When we enter in, the room was stuffy and smell bad (from toilet/sewer)
