Has a bright and open, spacious floor plan -- which makes it great for families and friends getting together. Good for Wedding groups, Family fun and Corporate groups. Close to all Tourists Spots, Convention locations and Concert Venues. Walking distance to Vons, Target, Fast Food, Sports Arena(Gulls Hockey)and more.

Happy to find such a great property in the location we desired. Convenient access to both interstates as well as nearby grocery, pharmacy, and coffee options. The property was spic-and-span clean with enough amenities to make our down time comfortable. The upper unit's washer and dryer is not accessible from inside the unit - only from the garage - but it was a minor inconvenience compared to on site, secure laundry. We would definitely book again.

We liked the room. We also liked the balcony. We didn’t like the noisy beds, the laundry being in the garage, and the entry being almost all the way around the back of the house.

Love the layout and space at this place. We appreciated all the extra sleeping arrangements, linen and amenities that made our stay very convenient. Location is near many shops. Checking-in and out was a breeze!

Very nice home and terrific location. 10 minutes from everything. Also close to shopping and highways. Large kitchen and the house was immaculate. Three nice size bedrooms. Lots of room for parking. I would stay here again

The home was very nice and clean. The only issue we had were the beds. They were very uncomfortable. They also sounded as if they were filled with bubble wrap, every time you move, they made a lot of noise, so we all woke up throughout the night. I took a nap on the couch one day and that was the best sleep I had while staying there. Also, the people that rented the downstairs unit were very loud. They were drunk both nights and were outside in the backyard and in the front yard. One night they were arguing in the front. My son and husband had to go outside to ask them to be quite. Once at 3:30 am and another time at 5am. So with the exception of the beds and the rude downstairs occupants, we liked our accommodations.

From the momemt i booked till before we landed in San Diego Mark was great with communicating. His place was very clean and there was pleanty of room for my large family. It had everythig we needed for a 5 day stay. I strongly recommend this home for a short or evmxtended stay. The location was absolutely perfect. Our son graduated Marine bootcamp and it was so close. We stayed here due to a conference and this was the perfect spot! A friendly neighborhood close to downtown Convention Center as well as the beach. Great food spots around. The host was great at communicating and responded in a timely manner.

The location is good although right next to the freeway on ramp so it’s a noisy all the time, but grocery and several very good restaurants are within walking distance.
The property itself is spacious well-maintained and clean but you guys need to do some thing about that tv system you’ve got with the little rabbit ear antenna that doesn’t work very well.
The biggest problem I have and it was definitely not made clear in the description is the fact that the unit I rented has two flights up on outdoor stairs!
Having head both knees and my ankle replaced this caused a lot of pain and I struggled. Had I been informed up front it that the unit I was contracting for was an upstairs unit because the pictures specifically do not show that) I would not have rented this particular property as I spent a lot of time recovering from schlepping heavy bags and groceries up those stairs.
The washing machine is also out in the garage and you have to go up and down two flights of stairs to use it.
Also the garage for the upstairs unit - 2 cars will not fit in that garage.

This is a great place to stay, close to everything, the property was nice and clean. The owners were great with communication.

Our family stayed here over Christmas weekend, the host was in communication with us up until the day of check-in when they forgot to communicate any of the check-in details. After several in-app messages and calling the number listed (which is for someone who isn't associated with the property anymore), we had to wait over half an hour past check in time while customer service got into contact with the owner for access to the property. The owner offered us nothing in return for this, not even late checkout to make up for the time lost.
The property itself was clean and in a convenient location. Hopefully, they will be more on top of reservations and communicating with customers in the future.

We were staying for a wedding at marina village conference center. It close to sea world and the airport. House was nice and quiet. Overall the house was clean.

The property was not ready for us to check in. The linens and bedding are stained and don’t fit properly. The towels are stained as well. The back sitting area is pretty much useless because of the location being so close to a freeway on ramp.

Which will require the whole house to be tented for a few days to get rid of this issue. We received a call 72 hours before we were expected to stay here only to be told that the unit had been booked by four other families for the same week of our stay. Hopefully the family who were able to stay in the unit had a remarkable experience.

Great house with plenty of room. Our group of 10 with age range of 18 mos to 50 years old all had a great time! Perfect location…no more than 15 minutes from Seaworld, beaches, downtown, Midway, and airport! Highly recommend!

We rented a Suburban, which did not quite fit in the garage and the manager asked us to park in the driveway rather than leave the garage door open (no house access). Came out 3 hours later to a parking ticket. Apparently the driveway is part of the sidewalk and I obstructed the walkway. This would have been nice to know from the beginning... the remaining 5 days we just parked on the street. If you stay in the downstairs condo you will have room to park in the driveway.

Loved it!
We enjoyed our stay. The home was close to everything we needed and was very comfortable. Mark was quick to communicate with me to answer any of my questions. Would definitely book again if we’re in the area again!
