About this house rental

If you have a passion for cooking, the chef's kitchen on the main floor will truly delight you. It boasts a top-of-the-line gas range, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, ample counter space, a bar, and an open concept design. For those who prefer grilling, a gas grill is conveniently located on the covered deck. The open floor concept seamlessly connects to a spacious dining table that comfortably seats 9-10 people. The living area offers a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and large windows that provide a stunning view.

Heading upstairs, the primary bedroom is nothing short of grand, featuring its own private balcony, a gas fireplace, a TV, a king bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a vaulted wooden ceiling. Just a few more steps up the stairs, you'll find a guest room with two twin beds and its own en-suite bathroom. Traveling downstairs, past the second living area, you'll discover another guest bedroom with a king bed, gas fireplace, en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub, and a walk-in closet. With each bedroom having a private en-suite, guests will experience a sense of privacy, comfort, and flexibility akin to staying in a primary suite.

To ensure an extra clean sleeping experience, this property follows the Triple Sheet Method, using two sheets to encase the comforter. The sheet-made duvet cover is washed between each and every guest.

For added convenience, a washer/dryer is available in the unit (detergent is not provided). An attached single car garage allows you to keep your vehicle sheltered from the elements.

We want to ensure our guests' comfort during their stay, and though this property does not have air conditioning, we have provided fans in each sleeping area to help keep you cool and comfortable throughout your visit.

The nearest grocery store is located 3.8 miles away in the town of Fraser.

Smoke alarm in master bedroom would start beeping at 5:00 am and then stop two hours later. It took two days to get it fixed. Refrigerator filter needed changed. Reported it but it was not fixed went we checked out.

We stayed over Memorial Day Weekend and typical Co had snow to 70 degrees. It's a beautiful, quite time to visit. The condo had plenty of space with large bedrooms and bathrooms. The second family room downstairs is helpful. We had a small group but appreciated the kitchen. There were plenty of pots. pans, utensils, etc. My 2 adult kids and I agreed we would happily stay here again.

Exactly as described. The views are stunning from this property. The size was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well stocked and met our every need for cooking. The unit is tucked away and very quiet. We had a lot of options and we are grateful we chose this property. It was absolutely fantastic. As a customer, cleanliness is paramount. This property was immaculate in cleanliness. We hope to come back some day.

We were so happy with this location and the ease of getting to Winter Park resort. The guys skied for a couple of days! We went to the downtown area for dinners and shopping. Very easy access and location to most things. Would stay here again and again!

We got snow dumped on us while we stayed and the management team sent a crew to shovel snow and offered to drive us. Only negative was the upstairs beds mattress was worn out a few years ago! Awful! We enjoyed the condo, especially the view! Very quiet neighborhood. We had everything we needed. The only problem we encountered was painters that came to paint the outside while we were there. They dropped paint on our vehicle in several places. Fortunately, we caught it quickly and were able to take it to a car wash. It would have been nice to know this maintenance was going to take place so that we could have parked in the garage or left the condo. It was very early in the morning when they started. Otherwise, it was great.

We can’t stop raving about our vacation! The management was extremely helpful and friendly upon arrival. The property itself was just perfect. It was even bigger than it seemed in the listing and the view is magnificent! We loved sitting by the fire with our coffee in the mornings. Everything was clean and there was plenty of space to spread out and relax after a full day on the slopes. Having a washer and dryer was critical for a successful trip as well. We will definitely rent this property every time we go to Winter Park! Best VRBO ever!

This place is very nice. I'd recommend it to anyone. The couch and love seat are little deep when sat on. Wish there was a TV in the downstairs bedroom, which is very nicely fitted with a king bed complemented with an excellent en suite setup.

We needed to extend our stay due to incoming snow. The view was AMAZING, the Christmas decor was perfect since we didn’t make it home, and it was super warm, inviting, and clean. On top of it, Charlotte was attentive and very helpful. Would love to book there again.

Nice property, just a few details that could have been a bit better. Decor was excessively Christmas in August would have been nice to have neutral casual everyday accents. Shower doors hard to close seem to sag, jetted tub in upper master did not work. Carpets seen better days. Didn’t seem the place had visitors for some time. Needed a thorough dusting, sinks and toilets needed cleaned. It was a quality property overall and would visit there again, but would definitely make sure the tub was in working order. 😁👌
