From arriving at the property, Bianca was incredibly helpful and got us checked in quickly.
The apartment was beautiful and comfortable, and felt very homely for the duration of our stay. The staff that came to freshen up the apartment were friendly and efficient.
The property offers three separate pools to make the most of, all of which capture the sun perfectly.
The location is brilliant, just a 10-15 minute walk down to the harbour and with many restaurants within just a 5 minute walk.
We would definitely stay here again!

The choice of having 2/3 pools to go to was really good, the location of the apartment in general was also good, as well as feeling safe and almost at home for the duration of our stay.
We didn’t interact with many staff as it was an apartment however I would like to give a special mention to Bianca who handed us our keys, but also met our needs throughout our stay and made sure we had the warmest welcome, as well as thoroughly showing us everything we needed to know upon our arrival making our overall stay as sufficient as possible.
Maybe if someone was present every 2 or so days just to come collect any rubbish that would have been excellent, but that would be critical to say it was a must.

Always really helpful staff and very nice, clean apartments.

Location is great but depends what you are looking for. Easy to move around if you rent a car like us. You do need a car for nearly everything which is fine.
Do not come over the weekends as you have limited support and no one to show you in. Other than that, nothing really worth mentioning. We got what we paid for.

Great area, good price, and great facilities and terrace. Not super modern apartment but to that price, in this area, with this views it was perfect.
Nothing really but if you are looking for a super modern apartment this is not for you.

Very friendly staff. Great view.
The apartment was damp and kitchen chairs had lots of mould growing on them. It felt very unhygienic and we only stayed one night out of 4 that we pre-paid for because we couldn't bear it. Staff didn't work at weekends so no-one to discuss it with but it wasn't something that could be quickly fixed. The fact they would let people stay there with mouldy chairs and broken lamps told us all we needed to know. We travel a lot and this is the first time in many years we've been so surprised at how badly presented a property was.

nice quiet private pool area, pools could do with being heated in October as water was so freezing cold only children in the pool&they got out shivering cold.
bed needs new mattress protector covers&mattress in double bed room,
some areas need cleaning where wall meets marble floors in living room(rusty colour here),fitted shower rails for shower curtains,
curtain on patio door for night time.
Some art on walls on entrance halls&better lighting to come on at door not have to wait to get to lift to turn a light on.

Spacious apartment with fabulous sea view. 20 minute walk to Puerto Banus and lots of restaurants and cafes even closer. Comfortable beds and blackout blinds in the bedrooms
We were travelling with a small baby and there were only steps down to the exit which was very difficult. The ramps stopped at pool level and did not continue to ground level which is very odd. Staff were only available for a couple of hours on weekdays. Also it was very difficult to figure out the parking - signage needs improvement

Very nicely decorated. Great views and in a great location.
No hairdryer. Dodgy curtain pole that would fall if opened too fast. Strange smell in elevator. Besides these it was amazing.

Once inside the apartment, all was well. The setup was nice and the terrace was really lovely. The view was great!
The kitchen was very well stocked with necessary dishes/utensils and some condiments.
The size of the apartment was very spacious and nice.
A set of nice towels were found on each bed.
This is where the facility needs work. The fact that the check-in office is only open 1100-1400 and not on the weekends resulted in much frustration. The arrival and check-in information could have been MUCH more specific. When we were told to find the security guard, he was nowhere to be found. Once I called the office phone number, she told me he was on his way. 15 minutes later, we went looking again for him and miraculously found him. He handed us the keys and walked away. There was hard to read writing on an envelope that gave us very hard to understand directions on which garage to park in. Once the guard helped us to get to the garage, we then had to find our apartment. This was again a very big challenge.
The way to improve on this would be to write out specific directions to include Block Name: Mezquita (for example), go to Portal 4 (for example), your apartment is on Floor 1, door D for example. Just spelled out very specifically. Without anyone onsite to navigate this confusing apartment block, this is very much needed.
The other challenge is the accessibility of the entire apartment area. This could also be shared somewhere. To get to the pool was a very long walk, down ramps, stairs and lots of uneven ground. For anyone with any kind of mobility issues, this should be noted.
The railing to go downstairs was a bit wobbly.

I am unsure of the ladies name who was on reception and helped me throughout my stay, but she was extremely helpful. She helped me on various occasions, but in particular on my final day I had a small accident in my rental vehicle that meant it was no longer driveable. I had no help and needed to get from marbella to Gibraltar airport and also make arrangements for the hire car to be taken. The receptionist on her day off kindly sorted everything for me, she arranged for a breakdown recovery through the rental company and asked for them to send me a taxi that took me to the airport free of charge. I would definitely stay at the apartment again just based on how helpful she was.
It was a little confusing on the first day as when I arrived my Google maps took me to the security/reception office. The reception was closed and the security officer didn't speak English. I tried to explain I needed to park my car and also needed directions to the apartment. I was given a small map which was confusing, but after phoning the receptionist she said she will ask for the security officer to walk up and show me, other than this I had no issues.

Apartment was lovely, very spacious, clean, lots of facilities and great location near shops, supermarkets and Puerto Banus round the corner. Pool areas also very clean and peaceful. Lucia was extremely helpful and kind, always there to answer questions or offer help when needed. Would definitely recommend.
