Casa con todas las necesidades con buena ubicación

La casa era grande, tenía todas las comodidades, está en una urbanización preciosa y la ubicación era perfecta. Hay un mercadona a la vuelta

La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. Una de las bañeras tenia pelos largos cuando llegamos y estaba sucia, uno de los bidets estaba lleno de papel higiénico pegado por debajo, los dos cuartos de baño estaban repletos de hormigas, a la terraza le faltaba mucha limpieza con lo bonita que es, estaba llena de telarañas y los maceteros que hay en los bordes de la terraza por fuera estaban llenos de colillas y basura. Los colchones de la habitación pequeña están pasados, se te clavan los muelles por todas partes. El baño grande estaba atascado, tanto el lavabo como la bañera, no tragaban el agua.También nos fallaba la llave de la piscina ya que no podíamos entrar pero si salir, y finalmente nos fuimos sin obtener una solución, solo pudimos acceder a la piscina una día porque nos abrió un vecino.

Fantastic Place!

We loved the pool view! The Palm Trees and how all the houses were white! that really gave the place a relaxing holiday vibe!

Apartment was well located and close to Port. Parking, we always found a space outside entrance. Pool and area was clean and nice (no loungers, bring own towels etc.) Staff were accommadating and very helpful Rooms were spacious. Windows had shutters / screens to keep insects out. Would be happy to stay again

Could have done with a kettle (we didn't ask for one), but we are tea rather than coffee drinkers. But we managed and were very satisfied with apartment.

Good value and spacious property.

Great location- near Puerto Banus. Spacious property overlooking the pool so we could watch the teenagers from the balcony.

The flat smelt a bit damp at the start of our stay and there were no loungers by the pool although the property provided 2 chairs and a small portable lounger.

Great place for a family break.

Great large apartment, nice development. Well maintained swimming pool. A little dated but clean and comfortable. Great communication from the team to organise the checkin.

The fridge needs replacing as the internals are broken. Kitchen needs some attention. It would be nice to have some better kitchen knives and larger glasses or plastic ones for teenagers wouldn't go amiss but if that's the only concern it shows how good the place is.

The person in charge of the property was very helpfull, on my arrival which was late at night, he took me too get some food. He is the main reason I would rent this property again.

There were no elevator only stairs and the towels were smell so bad and the covers of the bed weren’t clean

Relaxed and safe place to stay for a short break

V good location. Safe and friendly. I do yoga so the Radiant Yoga studio a few mins walk away was so handy and it’s possible to walk to the beach if you’re feeling active (30 mins).

Nothing not to like. Very quiet and pretty place.
