An almost derelict place with clean room and toilet. Maybe it was decent 30 or 40 years ago, not now

I shall not recommend the hotel to anybody.

Nothing to say.

No TV. Smell from a former smoker in the room. Somebody had tried to perfume it away with flower spray. Room not really clean, except the bathroom/WC and the bed.

Don't go there unless you hate yourself and wish to punish yourself!

- Rooms are not sound-proof: you can hear any noise coming from other rooms, even if they are occupied by quiet guests. - Breakfast is not offered (despite teh fact that the website claims that they offer it). - The reception is never attended: this is a personless hotel, so to speak - Rooms (layout and pieces of furniture) are not just basic; they are shabby and in poor conditions.

Needs a lot of improvement

Quiet place

my room smelled of cigarettes, it was a super strong and annoying smell. There was no staff at all, you have to check in with a machine and no one told me about this. Someone who was walking by helped me and told me I had to use the machine, otherwise I would’ve just stayed outside the building.

Pleasant

Very old hotel pushed to the limit considering installation, furniture and equipment. First filling after I entered was spooky. Strange smell is present in the hallway. Room is small with really basic arrangement. From other side it is very clean and everything is operational and functional. Bed is comfortable and room quiet. Other guests can be heard in the room but it isn't worst then in other hotels. Area is very quiet and pleasant. Parking is available in surroundings and for motorcycle just in front of the hotel. It's unique experience.

Uncomfortable accommodation

Only the location is good.

There was not one time that could see the receptionist to tell them my concerns in the whole 3 days I was there, then the bed needs replacing it is very old and uncomfortable, also the pillow is them very cheap and uncomfortable ones. The other problem is that the bedrooms have laminate floor and you can hear everything from the other rooms and last but not least, I was not happy that my room had a connecting door to the other bedroom and it was only blocked by a wardrobe(it didn't make me feel safe).

Exceptional

Very good location, close to city centre, but on the other hand very calm surroundings. Room was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. If I will next time look for room in Frankfurt I will come back here.

Decent enough for a stay for our family of 3 in almost center location

Good value to price ratio. May be some door mats or bathroom mats were missing. Apart from that hotel room seemed to be quite nice and good.

This place is a horror. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this place for more than 20eur/night

The only thing that worked, was the responsiveness of the "emergency number" when you call.

It is difficult to access the building and get the key to the room. There is no staff, no instructions to the system and no light at night. My room had all bags from the trash and the cleaning products, that the cleaning staff left, pilled up in the middle of the room. The rooms are not numbered, so you have to try to open all doors to guess the right room (4th floor). The WIFI didnt work. The light in the bathroom didnt work. The bathroom smells baddly, very humid. There is no air conditioning (in a room that i paid at more than 200 Eur)
