Traveler Beware. You will not sleep at this location, as lovely as it is

The bathroom was newly remodeled and huge; fabulous. The room was spacious with a clothing rack and a large wardrobe with a key that locked so you could place valuables in side. We had the great fortune to bring with us +70* weather and took the Ferry to Lenno & Bellagio - 1:30 going and a hydroplane returning in only 25minutes. There is a market right across the square for you to pick up essentials and the street fair was within 5-10 minutes walking distance from the unit. All of which were a major plus.

Unfortunately the room faces directly overlooking a square that houses a bar “100 Lira” that remains open until past 2am EVERY morning and be forewarned you will not be able to sleep at all during your stay. The host Stefano was a great communicator BEFORE we arrived and then left the day we came to Como assigning his duties to someone who did not speak any English, except to demand Tourist tax in exact change and to make sure we left first thing on the morning of our departure. He didn’t help with our bags. He was rushed and if first impressions are everything, it appeared to us that this man hated his job and made sure we knew that. It was advertised we had a private entrance to our “suite” and yet in fact we shared the entrance with two other rooms. For a Bed & Breakfast, where was the breakfast? On top of which we waited at the train station for 45 minutes for a taxi to arrive and when we shared these issues with Stefano, he did not address any of these problems during our stay, just brushing them aside.

Localisation proche du lac et du centre ville . Tout à pied. Accés facile , en toute sécurité. Accueil personnalisé et petite attention locale dans le frigo avec petits gâteaux.

On the doorstep of Como

Stefano was a great host! Really made us feel welcome and helped us to find local places to eat. The apartment was across from Como Lago station and the Ferry Terminal, so super convenient! The room had a charming look. The bathroom was spacious and really loved the large and deep free standing bath! Stefano was kind enough to let us leave our bags after check-out so we could explore Como before we headed home. We only managed to spent a day in Como so will definitely be back!

Ubicación increíble, a la orilla del lago. La habitación muy bonita. Stefano es muy agradable. El baño es precioso. Tiene nevera, cafetera.

El edificio no tiene el mejor aislamiento, hacía un poco de frío, por lo que han colocado un aire, pero hace bastante ruido. Cama bastante blanda.

Really beautiful place to stay.

It's a really beautiful place just near the lake. It's located close to all the iconic places and transport stations. And it's so aesthetic! The host was very nice. It'll be cool to come back there in summer.

Don’t hesitate. You won’t regret.

This is a B&H in a small apartment building. It is very nice and the owner was very helpful. He was out when I arrived on short notice but his boy helped me park my car in the nearby parking spots with blue paint. The parking was about 11€ /24hrs. The apartment is right at the shores of Lake Como. Greta restaurants nearby including some small cafes with wicked pizza.

A little complicated to find but worth the time.

Cozy and good location

Very cozy. The bathroom is awesome with two huge windows and You could see the lake from there . Owner friendly and helpful. The location is very good , because it’s right next to the lake and when we returned from the lake trip the ferry stopped in front of the BB’s building . Also one of the train stations , Como Lago, is 1min walk from the property . Another one Como S. giovanni not so far away, maybe 20 min walking

Maybe a little bit cold in the bathroom , because it was december . But everything Ok in the room

Stephano was a great host, talked us through everything. He left a bottle of bubbles as a Christmas gift( so thoughtful)

Everything! It was spacious , clean and was close to the lake and lots of places to eat!

Could be a bit noisy at night due to venues below.

Un primo soggiorno a Como coi controfiocchi

Camera e bagno ampi, luminosi e molto curati (in bagno, oltre alla doccia, una bella vasca). Arredo antico e letto con belle lenzuola. Stefano, il proprietario, è discreto, gentile e premuroso. Siamo stati coccolati: pur non avendo la colazione è possibile farsi del tè e del caffè e nel frigobar sono disponibili acqua, coca cola e pure una bottiglia di prosecco.

(A voler trovare il pelo nell'uovo) il profumo eccessivo nell'ingresso/anticamera comune, all'interno dell'appartamento e l'aria viziata nel vano scale condominiale. Ma in realtà siamo stati molto bene. Davvero dieci e lode!

Stunning room and bathroom in an excellent location with a lovely host.

Everything about this place was incredible. The location is right on the lake and a short walk from the train station. The room itself is gorgeous and the bathroom is exception. I can’t wait to come come. The host also provide a lovely welcome section of snacks, coffee, water, Prosecco and juice. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Excellent location just steps from the lake and docks, funicular, wonderful cafe’s, bakeries and restaurants. Host Stefano was super kind and attentive, stocking the room with Prosecco for us and treats for our toddler. Stefano even let us borrow his own stroller when we asked if there was anywhere we could rent one and checked in with us daily via WhatsApp. The room itself was also exactly what we were looking for: comfortable bed that fit my wife and I as well as our toddler, huge bathroom with shower and gigantic bathtub, parquet floors and black and white tile that evoke classic Italy and AC for those who need it. A+ overall experience will be staying again next time we make the trip down to Como.

Amazing room near the lake

The room was nice and stylish in the very center of Como. Just a few steps from the lake, a bus station (good for a Bellagio trip), one of the train stations and some bakeries and restaurants. Wi-Fi is good. The bathroom is modern and very spacious. Stefano is very welcoming and had some drinks and snacks for us in the room. Thank you!

It was quite noisy at night due to restaurants just under the windows, so you should sleep very tight or bring earplugs.

A wonderful stay in Como.

The room was well decorated and very comfortable. Stefano is a lovely host, and attended to our needs, ensuring we were happy with everything. There was a mini fridge, with complementary cold beverages, complimentary snacks, and tea and coffee available in the room. The bathroom was large and beautiful and great water pressure. The air-conditioning worked perfectly. The location was excellent, close to the Migros grocery, restaurants and the waterfront, and easy to find. We walked from the main train station, but it is a bit over a kilometer just FYI. And best of all, there was a lift to get our luggage up to the room. Highly recommend this lovely accommodation.

Perfect place in the heart of Como!

The characteristics of this room is beautiful! the bathroom is huge with a extra large bathtub! the bed was comfortable and we were left some yummy treats and champagne! Check in was a breeze and the restaurant’s recommended were beautiful!

Everything is organised to the very last detail!

Perfect location in front of the Lake and next to the old city! 2 minutes from the Train Station (Como Lago), 1 minute from the Bus Station, 5 minutes from the ferry boat! Variety of restaurants, cafes, bars just around the building. Beautiful neighborhood, an apartment that you feel safe, modern bathroom and very comfortable room. Extra free treatment with some basic for breakfast. It was a perfect stay in Como! Stefano is so kind! His hospitality is unique! We would love to come back one day to Como as well as to Stefano's apartment.

If you want to stay in the center of Como, it is the best option. Just next to the lake and very comfortable.

Perfect location, great bathroom and very comfortable room. They even thought about the kids and put some snacks in the room. You can feel the Italian hospitality in this place.

very good location and friendly oner

the location is perfect, just opposite of the tran station. The restaurants just down of the house. The oner is very friendly and check in is easy. The room is quite big. The bathroom is nice and modern design and comfort. The surrounding there are many monuments places. The lake is just outside of door. The ferry boat and bus staton is just few minutes away from hotel. I will be sure come back to stay this house again. I am sure I will visit Como again. It is my second time visit Como.

Weekend night is noisy outside. Too much restaurants and bars are downstair.
