Covered parking place (restricted number, CHF 5.--/day, booking 3 days in advance), public parking places 40m from the house. Restaurant 100m, bus stop 60m, railway station "Locarno" 1 km, beach 80m, tennis 400m. The house is situated in front of the public swimming pool. Ideal for water sports lovers: surf or sailing 300m; fishing (with permission). Golf 500m. The apartment Doris is on the 4th floor.
ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE on SUNDAY is NOT POSSIBLE
Apartment of 1½ rooms (approx. 30m2) for 2 persons. Cosy furniture with sofa, dining table, queen size bed (160cm, with new mattress), satellite TV, free WLAN. Separate small kitchen with two cooking plates, refrigerator, microwave oven. Bathroom with shower/WC. Balcony with garden furniture and lake view.
