Lage. Das Schild, das ein 5 Sterne Hotel ausweist, ist immer noch angebracht. Das zeugt von Humor.

Personal wirkte eher unmotiviert. Beim Check-in konnte an der gesamten Rezeption nur 1 Stift gefunden werden. Zimmer alt, Matratzen entsprechend

Atendimento dos profissionais da noite Não possui itens de banheiro (sabonete ao menos) Não veio com tapete de chão no banheiro Ar condicionado não mudava a temperatura e era fraco pro quarto. O ar central não funcionava.

The staff is very nice and tried to help as much as they could. The location was good but the quality of the room does not worth the money.

The bathroom was driping water from the roof, the bathroom was disgusting and different from the photos, and the floor was not quite clean. I had to ask to change to another room because it was so bad. Breakfast has some nice and bad days. There is a bit of noise from the street.

No water in the shower. No water in the pool. Alivator not working. Took too much time to check in.

Needs maintenance

The staff was friendly.

The faucet in the bathroom were leaking. Towel had holes in it in one room. Light switches were broken in one room. Door to shower were broken. Bathtub wasn't clean and needs maintenance.

The hotel is near the center, very close to everything. It was very clean, and very spacious. the pool is small and not very clean, people kelt their food and trash everywhere. the breakfast was good and has a lot of choices.

Disappointing

Near the main square. You can walk to restaurants and shops.

Don’t use the Wi-Fi. Your IP address is routed to China so all your information is being taken. Luckily I had a VPN. They charged us because our bath towels were dirty. Do they not have a wash machine? They have bad sheets on the bed that come off so you end up sleeping in the mattress like thousands of people before you. The staff are paid very low wages. Our air conditioner was leaking water for 3 days. The pool is very cold.

worst experience I had in a hotel. worst food I try in a while the room smelled really bad the bed is awful in the photo is the ceaser salad I’ve ordered. it was mushed bread bad chicken and no salad… ridiculous

Centric, very nice hotel, with great views, good staff, and nice rooms.

Room views were amazing, very large room, comfortable temperature. Amazing rooftop.

The bathroom ceiling was bending, almost falling, and the tap & shower were leaking all night long. (Room 414)

The location is very good and the price was economical. The breakfasts are excellent!!!

The place is in disrepair and badly in need of maintenance. The rooms are not well cleaned and we had issues with our sink and air conditioner while we were there. To be fair, however, management resolved the issues fairly quickly. I would stay there again.
