Decepcionado.

Localização do Hotel. Ressalto o atendimento sempre atencioso e prestativo do Iuri, que se desdobrava para que as coisas acontecessem.

Serviço de arrumação de quarto sem rotina, deixando sem toalhas de banho no dia da chegada, deixando de arrumar camas, recolher lixo no primeiro dia. No segundo dia, só houve serviço de quarto depois de várias reclamações para a recepção. Também houve interrupção da água quente, tendo que tomar banho gelado.

Bom café da manhã Boa localização

Atendimento da recepção lento demorado e ineficiente Telefone no quarto sem funcionar (pedi várias vezes pra consertarem e não consegui nada) Barulho no quarto absurdo … noite e madrugada. Quarto da frente com sacada (12o andar) era barulho de algum gerador … não dava pra identificar.

La atención de los recepcionistas fue increíble; muy amables todo el tiempo. Las habitaciones muy cómodas, grandes, el baño igual.

Deberian tener una nevera o algo para vender productos básicos.

O telefone não estava funcionando para contactarmos a recepção ou sermos avisadas, mas de resto tava tudo bem

O hotel é bem localizado, bem próximo ao Teatro Amazonas. Os funcionários são gentis e educados.

O prédio está extremamente deteriorado. Tudo muito velho e mal cuidado. Estão claramente tendo problemas, pois qdo chegamos não tinha nem toalhas nem fronhas no quarto. Fomos informados que não haviam entregado da lavanderia. Osso aconteceu no terceiro dia de estadia também. Acabamos optando por mudar de hotel.

Boa dormida próximo ao Teatro e Mercado Municipal

Cama e travesseiros confortáveis, toalhas e lençóis limpos, atendimento dos recepcionistas da noite (Márcio) e da manhã - muito solícitos e gentis - excelente recepção.

Café da manhã bom mas o preço cobrado (R$40).

Very good

The room was nice and the Pool. It is only a 5 minute walk to the square with nice restaurants and music.

The gym was super small and there aren't that many weights available.

Hotel Saint Paul is a excellent value for money

The guys from the Front Desk are wonderful, well trained and give information all day long, answering all kind of questions. The pool is nice. The beds are confortable and clean. The shower is strong.

Can’t beat the price for comfort and location

AC worked great, no bugs, great location. Walking distance to town center with restaurants and small local shops. Safe area. Checked in at 3 am with no problems! Can’t beat the price! Didn’t take advantage of the breakfast as we slept in. Great food from a street vendor on a corner about a block away.

Location of the hotel is perfect, close to main square in Manaus and loads of shops, pharmacies, main theatre etc.

Sewage in all hotel doesn't work properly, so flush sometimes is not working.

Good hotel for this price. I booked for 2 people, and we got a 3-person room with a large bathroom and a balcony. Cleanliness ok. Beds comfortable. Air conditioning ok. Breakfast included, continental buffet. For a hotel with a swimming pool in the city center - nice - but just for short stay.

No possibility to make coffee, tea, no welcomeing free bottle of water. Sheets were too small and did not cover the mattresses completely. Breakfast, a few products were missing, the juices were of poor quality, and making toast was a miracle. In the corridors and common areas, the air conditioning seems to work to the max and it's cold, and then you enter the very old elevator, where there is no air conditioning - it's easy to catch a cold The sauna smelled bad - later I found out that the saunas in Manaus have such a smell because of the wood used. The pool is unserviced. There were literally 4 sunbeds next to it, and the rest have to make do with chairs.

Hotel in general is ok. But wi-fi never worked inside the room

I stayed at the suite, the most expensive room in the hotel and wi-fi never worked inside the room despite the fact that I claimed at least twice a day for 3 days
