Muy feo y altamente insatisfactorio

La ubicación está perfecta.

Cuando llegamos al Check in, después de haber confirmado el día anterior, nos informaron que el hotel estaba cerrado por temporada baja. Pero olvidaron decirnos con anticipación.

Very bad hotel

Not much, location was okay.

NIGHTMARE, worst hotel ever because of the following reasons: - noisy rooms, loud AC and refrigerator, thin (non isolated) walls - no clean bed linnen/ emptying the bin / brushing the floor in a 3 night stay - 100 cockroaches crawling around in and outside of the rooms, killed at least 5 of them - wild racoons trashing up the hotelyard/swimmingpool, keeping you awake in the middle of the night - every picture shows kitchens on the website, but not all rooms have one - when it was raining, the room got wet. All the water ran down the ceiling and walls, it soaked our stuff - we got scammed with the payment on arrival, online payment was not possible and they only wanted cash. Out of nowhere they put 45 euro extra on the total (fixed) price, accordingly all taxes for 3 nights... Other guest had this same issue

Bello lugar, pequeño pero lindo y comodo

Las habitaciones a pesar de ser chicas están bastante cómodas y tienen todo lo indispensable para ser cómodas.

La alberca estubo en mantenimiento esos dos días q estube ahí y mi plan era entrar un rato y no pudimos hacerlo nadie. Cabe destacar q éramos 6 personas en 3 habitaciónes y había más ocupadas.

Nous n’avons pas pu aller sur l’île d’holbox pour cause de mauvais temps, d’inondations, de tempête et il n’y avait plus d’électricité De ce fait, ne pouvons pas vous donner un avis sur cet hôtel.

La ubicación es inigualable, la Suite es pequeña pero muy acogedora, todo muy limpio y confortable.

Creo que lo único sería que deberían dar más amenidades como papel higiénico.

Pésimo hostal y mala atención

la ubicación

la habitación muy pequeña, la atención pésima, además habían ratones en la habitación y no nos dieron solución. Pedimos cambio de habitación y no se podía, nos ofrecieron devolución del dinero de la última noche para usarlo en otro hostal eso fue a las 22 hrs, cuando volvimos con una nueva cotización de otro hostal y a pedir la devolución del dinero, el encargado había desaparecido, no contestaron el teléfono ni nada, así que nos tuvimos que quedar con el ratón acompañándonos Al otro día hicimos nuevamente el reclamo y nos dijeron que lastima y listo. Nunca más en este alojamiento

No se puede hacer check in antes de la hora, al momento de pagar cobraron más de lo establecido por booking al momento de hacer la reserva, el agua de la piscina estaba fría.

No me hospede ahí y no voy a pagar nada!

No es para nada lo que anuncian! No deberían ustedes de tenerlo en su página! No nos hospedamos ahí! Tuvimos que buscar en otro lado. Prometieron un bungaló con dos recámaras y dos baños y no era ni cerca de eso. Muy mal! Malísimo! Quítenlo de su página!

La gentilesse de la personne en charge du ménage

Arnaque au taux de change, fixe a 18$. Trop bruyant, pompe piscine et ventilo clim toute la nuit, bruit de la rue. Chambre trop petite encombrée par une enorme tv qui ne fonctionne pas, un mini fridge qui génére de la chaleur. Sol non fini donc pieds toujours sales, travaux encore en cours. Chambre au rdc sans fenêtre. Trop cher pour ce qui est proposé

It all depends of what you are looking for. We wanted something cheap … we had it but we couldn’t ask more.

When we arrived the door for the bathrooms was broken but they directly suggest to change us the room. But we preferred to stay in the wood bungalow

You can definitively hear EVERYTHING from EVERYONE (street, bar, restaurant, other room) One person were watching a movie we were definitively watching with him. Same a restaurant close to the hostel were having a live performance, we felt it was in our room. The isolation is in wood so you can hear everything. Which was funny and fine for us as we stayed 2 nights and we didn’t pay much.

La ubicación dentro del centro, es muy cómodo poder estar en lis bares y restaurantes, pudiendo ir a tu habitación en cuanto lo desees

No hubo buena atención, me sentí fuera de #HolboxVibes Mi habitación estaba "limpia", encontramos 1 ratón en mi equipaje, cucarachas "por el calor" y claramente no estaba fumigado el lugar después de una tarántula Nos quedamos sin agua 2 de los 3 días... literalmente lo ocupamos, para lo que es, dormir y dormir fatal en esas camas X el concepto es bueno, pero les importa más el $, "por que ya debes salirte por que ya entra alguien más"

Nice surprise, great for shorter stays.

Great location, nice people. You can leave your things there. Sufficient room size. Big fridge, big shower, wardrobe. All clean.

Pool was empty, Wi-Fi little slower, little bit loudly speaking staff in the evening.
