Hôte très serviable et très souriante. Petite piscine très agréable. Possibilité de réserver sur place le soir pour le lendemain matin des tuk tuk pour la journée sur Angkor.

Great value for money

The staff were so lovely and the location was really good, the pool was perfect as the weather was so hot. It was great value for money. The room was fairly big and we had our own bathroom even though we paid for a shared one so that was great.

When we booked online it said that all the rooms had air conditioning which is true but if you want the remote to turn the AC on you have to pay an extra $3 per day which would've been half of the price of our room so we decided to just make do with the fan. Also during the week we were there the room was never serviced once so we had to keep asking for toilet roll and didn't get a change of towels!

Very good

We really like the hotel and the staff. They were really lovely and helpful. The ceiling of the room was very high so it gives lots of expanse to the space. The bed was not soft but comfortable. The pool is small but refreshing enough and they're cleaning it very often. Afterall we enjoyed our stay here and recommend easily.

I really loved the staff, the room and the swimming pool! They even kept our backpacks for a few days for us to go on the scooter without weight. They are really incredible!

Nothing even if something is not working they are fixing it straight away. They are amazing.

Little gem in Siem Reap

We loved our stay here. Tin was very helpful and was nice to talk to. All of the other staff were really friendly and helpful too. The room was huge and an absolute bargain! We slept really well. The Hostel is more like a hotel/guesthouse with lots of activities that they can arrange for you, we booked Phare circus (really good!!) with them and it was really easy. We rented the bikes for a cheap price and they were really nice to cycle. We really liked it's location, an easy 15 minute walk to Pub street (all flat and no hills). It was nice and quiet but still very close to the edge of the main tourist area (about 8 mins walk). The pool was really nice! It's not massive but is a really nice spot to relax with the beautiful pink flowers and comfy sun loungers. Even if we came back with a bigger budget, we would stay here again.

Perfect stay at Five Rose with great customer service

We had the best stay at Five Rose, out of all the hotels and hostels I booked on my trip Five Rose were the most responsive with communication and gave great recommendations. They arranged a tuk tuk driver for us to go around Angkor Wat on the day, which was ideal. The staff were very helpful in every way. We arrived in the morning after taking a night bus and they let us store our luggage and take a shower. Our room was even ready before lunchtime so we could check in straight away which was really convenient. The room was clean and large, the bed was comfy and the air con was good (a must!) The pool looked nice to have a dip in but we didn't get a chance to use it during our stay. I would definitely recommend Five Rose and would stay there again without hesitation!

Exceptional

Very friendly and helpful staff! Always tried to make us more comfortable (tea), some talking, we could book bustickets and motorbike at the front desk. Room was nice, we even got a free upgrade, pool was good to cool down in the heat of the day. Thank you for the very nice stay with you!

Wonderful!

Everything! Great location to town, markets and restaurants. The staff are so helpful and lovely to speak with. Da worked on reception and was wonderful! The room was spacious, very clean and water in-room. Price was reasonable and Wi-Fi was great. Overall, an excellent stay and I would definitely stay again.

Tv was a bit small but it worked perfectly fine.

I understand that covid Times took a toll on the business here but ive been staying in so many places in Siem Reap and only this one is so terribly innacurate with what is shown on the Pictures. Forget about the swimmingpool shown on the page, rooms (espacially walls) have seen better Times and should be painted. Receptionist told me they have plans to update the Pictures on booking.com. I do hope so cause for the time being its Just unfair to keep the Old ones. I paid 13$ for a room and have my budget been destroyed - no. Not at all. Can you have better options for less in Siem Reap - certainly Yes

good location with big room

the mattress was a little too hard for me and the room could be made a bit more cozy. the noise however was keeping us up at night until midnight and got us up before 7am. the room above us has wooden floor so we could hear everything from waking, jumping around and talking, laughing and shouting. the pool also looks different and smaller than on the pictures however you can still use it to dip and cool down

Everything went smooth

The location is good cause it's not too close the the bars so it's pretty quiet in the evening. They provide amenities. I didn't try the tv in the room by the way. Bring mosquito spray.

The bathroom is small, when taking shower it'll get the toilet and sink wet.

fab value for money

-pool -great location -super soft bedding, it was a dream -price

-as everywhere we visited in Cambodia you had to be sat on the toilet to wash your hair on the shower -make sure you tell staff about a 4am depart to ensure gates are unlocked

- good location - we could arrange transfer from the airport and all our Angkor tuk tuk tours (18 usd for a day) so it was very convenient - the room was okay, bit run down, overall clean and no insects - very friendly and helpful staff

If you’re looking for a cheap stay and friendly staff, I would recommend this place 😀

I cannot fault the extremely friendly staff who go out their way to ensure you feel comfortable. However, the room doesn’t have any natural light, fridge or a mirror in the bedroom. With a few adjustments this hostel could be extremely good value for money. If you’re looking for a cheap stay and friendly staff, I would recommend this place 😀

It is in SR and guesthouse manager was very friendly. I stuck in Cambodia for my money was stolen by Chinese criminals. After my former boss Xie was murdered last year Deng murdered my friend Jiang who tried to save my BF Mads and me. Because Chinese MI.3 owed me money, they were murdered. So here no one come to hurt me.

My friend was the Head of Chinese MI3 before he was murdered last year. This year I want to warn some of his army men to avoid Xu Ying who said she would kill people like me and MI3. But Deng, who murdered a man loved me after they murdered MI 3 army men more than 40 people the same name with my friend, sent prostitutes paid by national securety to a MI 3 man. CIA offered MI3 men a better job for a task about women affection. CIA should not told what Chinese MI.3 should not accept. MI 3 should not talk to CIA or the women from Deng or themselves.

Big thumbs up. I love this place.

The service here has been outstanding. I have nothing but praise for the staff: they have gone out of their way to ensure an enjoyable stay. The rooms are clean, the WIFI works really well and the beds are comfortable. The restaurant hasn't reopened yet, but they plan to open it soon. They have a full tour, transport and ticketing service for the Angkor Wat temples and for visiting other parts of the country. All my arrangements worked out as planned. I'm happy to give Five Roses a very hearty recommendation.

Time of writing: July 2022. It would be utterly churlish to write negative comments. This is a budget hotel in a country that had its tourism industry decimated by Covid19, so facilities and services are not yet back to normal. Please bear this in mind, because the folks at this place are working really hard to provide good service.

Lovely hostel in a great location

Really nice clean hostel, pool area and nice outdoor seating. Staff very kind we were picked up from the bus station free of charge, we then had the same driver take us around Angkor park and he was lovely. We were able to check out later to fit the time of our flight. Really great value for money highly recommend

Nothing of note. there was some miscommunication about our check out time so when we went to leave the owner was confused why we hadn’t checked out 4 hours earlier, but this wasn’t a problem in the end.
