La localisation et la beauté du bâtiment

Sur ta quinzaine de persoonel rencontré, seuls 4 avaient le sourire, c’est décevant. Les matelas sont très durs.

Zentral gelegenes schickes Hotel mit ruhiger Grünzone auf der Rückseite (rückwärtige Zimmer).

Zentral gelegenes Hotel der H10 Kette in der Innenstadt. Schickes Entree. Auf der Gebäuderückseite hat man eine grüne Zone gepflanzt, die sicher ungewöhnlich ist in dieser dicht bebauten Zone. Balkone mit Liegen laden zum Entspannen ein. Eine Bar und weitere Liegen befinden sich auf dem Dach zur Front ausgerichtet. Der Pool ist zum Abkühlen ganz nett. Abmessungen und Wassertiefe reichen aber nicht zum Schwimmen.

Unser erstes Problem war, wie laden wir in dieser verkehrsreichen Zone unsere Koffer aus. Es gab keine Halteplätze, eine Busspur mit mehreren Haltestellen direkt vor der Tür.

Great location, friendly staff, but the dirty room tainted overall experience

Decent room size, friendly staff

Room was very dirty upon check in, complained to the manager only for him to let us know that our room indeed had not been cleaned, due to some confusion with housekeeping and the guests that had stayed in the same room before us. Although it was extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable to be checked into a room that had not been cleaned, the manager did compensate us with free breakfast and a slight refund on our first night’s stay.

Good location. Good AC in rooms. Cocktails in poolside bar very good!

Rooms small for the price. Pool VERY small. Disappointed that a request made 4 months prior to stay to have rooms next to each other wasn’t fulfilled. Made things difficult with young family split over 2 floors.

Good Service and Location

Good location just 5 minutes to Plaza Catalunya, very good breakfast, rich buffet , very friendly staff, small but good Bar/Restaurant and fair prices not really more expensive than outside. Rooms also big and clean. So in total a 4 star which is near to 5 star.

complain at a high level: İn the bathroom could be more storage space like a shelf or clothes hooks. The rooms looking to the main street could be too loud for some people if you're sensitive. During our stay there was work on the exterior facade. We couldn't look out and in the morning the workers start their job. Well it must be done but bad timing for us...

booked this property for balcony. when we arrived renovations where being carried out. absolutely fine but should have been informed prior to arrival or told upon check in. disappointing as this was main reason for booking here

Love, love and love it!

I can be a bit picky. This place was fabulous, trendy and exquisite. The pool area is beautiful and the bar was exceptional. The decor is beautiful. I was so comfortable and the staff was beyond professional. I really can not say enough positive things about this hotel.

Amazing

First of all, the hotel is in an excellent location, very close to all the main attractions in the city, there is also a metro station across the road, the hotel is clean, the room is polished, meticulous and inviting, an excellent breakfast, but above all the reception staff is charming, helpful, tolerant and responds to every whim, which makes the whole experience amazing. Finally, I would like to mention here to praise Elfrin Canario, a lovely guy who is always at the reception, makes sure to welcome you with a greeting, and open the door for you when you leave the hotel, an incredibly kind guy who is fun to talk to, who creates a very pleasant atmosphere and is always right to help and assist in any matter, so thank you Elfrin 👌👌
