Customer service is incredible.

They’ve revamped the place and it’s so much nicer, the room I stayed in had its own microwave now which was very helpful. It was also clean.

You are doing great, keep going

All is okay, the environment, the staffs, the cleanliness, etc.. I may revisit any time I come to Accra.

It seems like they gave us different room in place of the room I booked. Because if I go through the details of the Room we booked I can clearly see the discrepancy. But never mind, all went well

The location was great, peaceful and yet close to everything including the madina market. The staff are SUPER NICE. Rooms are secure, breakfast was always on time ,

A couple of roaches in the room Saw two ,no big deal. just worried they will get in my luggage🤷🏾‍♀️. AND mosquitoes in the room 😕 Not the property itself, but The airport shuttle charges $20; I would say if you don’t have a lot of luggage, walk a few minutes to the road and order an Uber if possible ( about $4-5). OR see if someone can pick you up, even if it’s with an Uber.

It was nice and affordable, but with some downsides

I really like how affordable this place was and how kind the staff are. The place feels like being at your own house with your siblings around. It’s a really cool budget hotel to stay in Accra, and if all goes well, should be really good value for money. The rooms are big and they offer some free toiletries too, should you need them.

The facilities need some upgrade. The lighting situation in the living area, and the fancy furniture at the outdoor lobby needs some fixing. Also, which is my major feedback, is that there was power outage for over 24hours. The hotel had no alternative power supply option.

Nana's Holiday Let is awesome!

This is my go to place when I am in Madina. Nana's Holiday Let is always clean, the staff are professional and friendly. The price is affordable and I love that it is close to stores and restaurants. The owner gave me a gift for being a valuable customer which I thought was extremely gracious. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice place to lodge.

I like the security of the property, the stuff working there are quite friendly and respected. Always ready to sssist or help.

Great stay, great value!

After travelling in Ghana, and staying at different hotels, Nana's is definitely great value! This is the second time I've stayed at Nana'a and everything was great! Easy going, staff accommodating, polite and professional. Love them! Good breakfast, clean room, wifi and hot shower available and the location is good and not too far from the airport. If you're looking for a good place to stay, book with Nana's! Hands down, a great place to stay!

Easy going. No fuss. Staff helpful and accommodating. Wifi was working for the whole time we were there. Hot shower for the whole time we were there. Good breakfast.

Nothing much really. Value for money. You could see that the hotel could benefit from a little "freshening up' but that's minor stuff, and would not prevent me from staying again. So in all honesty, there wasn't anything in particular that I didn't like.

Nice location, the gust house is nice decor and chill out areas, air con good and nice walk out to markets and lively places.

As guests we feel we could of been taken care of better which is disappointing as its a lovely place. No room cleaning , fresh towels or toilet rolls, no bath mats and very limited storage space and wardrobes. have to pay for laundry to be washed, no ironing board. This place has the potential to be much better experience, but unfortunately it didn't deliver.

The boys were amazing and made my stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were very clean and everything was excellent.

I have zero complaints and I’ll definitely be back.
