The apartment is centrally located with a 5 minute walk to the centre of Kirkwall. The apartment is very comfortable and tastefully furnished. I will definitely stay here again.

Very well presented, comfortable apartment in a convenient location. Suited three friends staying for several nights, self catering some meals. Nearby the main street and supermarkets.
All good.

The single beds were a bit small for adults but we managed fine.. no complaints..

There was everything we needed in the apartment. We arrived late at night and really appreciated the heaters going, music playing and some lovely biscuits to have with a cup of tea. Thanks Sheena

Location good convenient for local shops and supermarkets. Good base for visiting various sites
Would be useful to have some coat hooks to hang up outside coats.

Perfect accommodation in beautiful Orkney! Really central and easy walking distance to the town, tesco etc nearby! Property very comfortable and immaculately clean with everything you need! I can't fault it at all. Just perfect!
Nothing, everything was perfect!

Lovely apartment with everything I needed. Would def stay again. The apartment decor was lovely and nice and warm. The host was very helpful and easy to contact. Very close to the centre of Kirkwall and a pub and takeaway just down the road. 3 supermarkets very close so easy to get supplies.
The only downside was the stairs but that was only because my 92 year old mother was with me, She managed them OK but could be difficult for others with a disability

Fantastically well equipped apartment with high spec kitchen and bathroom facilities. Very useful driveway for parking too. Very convenient location in town centre,
One small thing - needs somewhere to hang wet towels (and coats). And it’s very hard to find as the door is on Pickaquoy street and not on the street address (which is junction road) - this info should be given when you book. I only managed to find the place by reading other reviews. Once you find the door, the location is excellent.

It was absolutely lovely. The owner had music playing for our entry and had left a basket of local goodies for us to try. She also offered to meet us at the door if we wanted. During our stay one of the ferry companies stopped running and she messaged to see if we were on that ferry in case we needed to stay later. I have since had contact as we left items and they are sending them forward.
The place was great. I really couldn’t fault it.

the location is good for access to the City, ferries and public transport.
the rooms are good and having a lounge for planning the visit was great

Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Centrally located for Supermarkets, food outlets and Kirkwall centre 5 mins Walk. Excellent hosts couldn't have been more helpful with our stay.

Warm, welcoming and comfortable. Very clean, we loved staying here for a few days. Great central location and free parking right outside. Nice welcome pack which we appreciated - the only thing 'missing' was fresh milk which we suspected had been accidentally forgotten as everything else was so thoughtful. Friendly and responsive to messages.
The two single rooms don't have windows so no fresh ventilation - the roof lights are non-opening and covered with a blind.

Everything! The location, the clean comfy gorgeous apartment! It was fabulous!
A few hooks to hang coats and towels would have been beneficial but that is such a small criticism.

A well situated and well equipped apartment in Kirkwall near most of the facilities (Shops, Information centre, bus station etc). We were able to use both public transport (bus and plane) and car hire to reach our various places of interest though we booked these well in advance. We were made most welcome, the apartment was very comfortable with much local information provided. The shortbreads and other 'goodies' were very much appreciated too. The town itself is very interesting and St Magnus' Cathedral must be visited.
We wished we could have stayed longer. Some of the historic sites were closed because (we think) of the Covid restrictions, but the main sites were open provided they were pre-booked.

Great location, 2 mins walk to two large supermarkets and 5 mins to centre of town. Comfortable, clean and quiet. Kitchen very well stocked, shower brilliant! Had its own car park space, Chinese, Indian and fish and chips takeaways within 2 mins walk and lovely Italian restaurant 5 mins walk away too. Thank you to the hosts' daughter too for help on our arrival.

The property was spacious, warm, well appointed, with a comfortable bed and well located for shops and other facilities within the town and it had an off street parking space. The provision of walk books was very helpful.
There were no details of how to find the property, access to which is not obvious.
