Highly recommend this apartment. Spacious and great location and service

The place was huge and comfortable. The WhatsApp service from Antonio was amazing. The location is centred to everything, it’s fun to take a Voi Segway to explore as there are a few outside the building.

The shower water was not the hottest

Very unclear check in process; trouble with just getting inside the building

Property was very spacious with a large living, dining and kitchen area.

In the property description, they mentioned a 24 hour reception along with being able to store our luggage before our check in time. We had completed our online check in and advised them of our arrival time. However when we arrived 1.5 hours before check in, the door to the accomodation was locked. There was no responses to our messages and no response to the front door bell. After waiting for 30 minutes on the street, someone came out the door whom we assumed was a staff member. We requested for some assistance in getting access into the building, with some hesitation she asked if we had been in contact with the accomodation through WhatsApp. We mentioned that we haven’t had anyone message us and do not have their WhatsApp contact. We showed her our reservation details and she proceeded to call her colleague? After some back and forth (not sure what was so hard) she said that someone would message us and to just wait…. We waited another 15 minutes and finally got our check in details sent through booking.com to get into the building. Not sure what the whole online check in process was for when it provided us no details or connection to the booking. But definitely was a bitter way to start our stay. Our front door lock was also very finicky, we had to push the door so hard several times for the lock to secure. If not, with a slight push the door is opened.

Beautiful stay in Sevilla!

The property is well located, walking distance to top attractions. Outside the building is charming, and inside it is modern, well decorated, and very clean! We have used the rooftop sitting area, very beautiful at night watching the city’s life! We loved our stay and would return!

A spacious, bright and comfortable apartment. Very clean. Good aircon. Location was good- short walk to the old town and all the sights.

Nice location, horrible service

Very nice design, and excellent location.

Check in was horrible. They kept me waiting by the door for 45 minutes. Then they gave me the key to the wrong place, and later asked me to move out to a smaller place. Also I filtered properties with parking, but to my surprise, the was no parking when I arrived (center of Seville!).

Perfect in every way, nothing more to say

Easily one of the best apartments we’ve ever stayed in. We had a 3rd floor corner unit which looked like it had been renovated yesterday. Everything was spotless. The unit had four shuttered window/doors, each with its own Juliet balcony. The whole place was so bright and airy. Separate bedroom with sliding glass doors opening onto the dining and living rooms. Public spaces were also impressive. Did I mention the rooftop terrace that includes a cosy sun room ? To top it off, literally just across the road, the start of Sevilla’s old quarter and its myriad laneways. All the main attractions including the Alcázar are no more than 10-15mins walk. If all this sounds too good to be true.. check out the photos.

Are you kidding me.. nothing. Perhaps the street noise if you want to be picky (even though all windows are double glazed ! )

A bit of a let down

Location and. ASIC layout

Lack of basics such as cups and teaspoons. Initially promised reception then last minute told no reception. Automatic lights not working on entry. Messaged to say no cups and no response. Minimally furnished very definitely basic not luxury.

Beautiful city.

Beautiful appt in a very nice building. Good location. Nice welcome pack (coffee, tee).

First impression is unfortunate: the smell from the second bathroom. Just run some water and it clears up quickly. Street noise is audible but not a real problem.

Excelente alojamiento. Volvería a elegirlo!

La comodidad del depto. La ubicación. La decoración. La luz y ventilación. El baño, la cocina, la amplitud de los espacios. Su hermosa terraza y la cómoda lavandería en el ático.

Nos produjo cierto nerviosismo porque llegamos antes de las 15hs (check in) y no pudimos entrar pues no teníamos los códigos de acceso. Nos explicaron que no los brindan hasta que esté terminado el aseo del depto. Luego todo funcionó perfecto!

Basically everything starting with the building itself, the location, the convenience, the cleanliness, the safety and the nice staff ( we dealt with Cristhian who genuinely a nice young man that was happy to help with a smile )

Tolle Aussicht, ersetzt jede Rooftop Bar. Toller Blick auf die Giralda auch vom Schlafzimmer aus. Wir hatten das Apartment im 4. Stock. Achtung: zum Einchecken braucht man eine App (einfache Anleitung, alles vorher angekündigt)

This apartment is very nice and well located for Grenada's attractions.

Very nice apartment and very close to the old town and all the restaurants. It has a laundry on the top level and a roof terrace to enjoy, make sure you go to the top floor in the lift and have a look.

Communication around the keys and getting into the apartment was a little slow and caused a bit of stress on the day.

Traffic Noise a problem

Nicely laid out modern apartment with comfortable bed.

Not very clean on arrival, stained bed sheets, lots of hair in shower (reported on arrival but slow response so found clean linen on top floor and changed it ourselves), no tea towels, no dish cloth to wipe down surfaces, no sponge to wash up, no saucepans, no grill or oven only microwave but no microwavable dishes, no chopping boards to save the worktop being damaged, two small frying pans, only 2 small tea cups, 3 hangers in the wardrobe for 2 people, not enough toilet paper for length of visit, no instructions for anything and worst of all is the traffic noise, it is relentless, so don't expect to sleep that well. Very easy to drastically improve facilities at not much expense but unfortunately the traffic noise is a problem.

Spacious apartment, great location

Property in a great location. The apartment is comfortable and spacious for two people. The furniture is a bit old and smelly. Otherwise, everything else was fine. I liked the online check-in and the smooth access to the property. The staff is nice. I would recommend preparing an extra clean sheet to cover the sofa.

Upholstered furniture is smelly.

Fabuleux!

Appartement très bien placé, au centre de tout, Alcazar, la place d'Espagne, la cathédrale... moins de 15minutes à pied. Appartement très confortable, dans lequel on se sent chez soi, literie au top... et le rooftop vraiment superbe! Rien à dire, à part merci!

Central apartment in walking distance to everything

The property was very central and easy to find. We walked from there to all major attractions. Moreover, the apartment had a very luxurious feel about it and had all the appliances one could want. The staff was nice. There was some bars right outside to grab a beer or snacks and supermarkets too.
