We were a party of five visiting from New Hampshire. The host and apartment were terrific. The view of Old Town Quebec was outstanding. The apartment was warm literally and figuratively as it was 20 degrees Fahrenheit outside.
The apartment was very close to the ferry to Old Town for all the holiday sights and the holiday markets. This location could easily accommodate a larger family. Absolutely wonderful!

The house more than exceeded our expectations! It was beautiful and comfortable. It fit our group of 7 easily. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. It was minutes from the ferry, and the views were amazing! Highly recommend!

This home was perfect for girls' trip! we spent evenings on one of the three porches enjoying the view of Quebec City and the Qeeen Mary 2. The beds in each room were SOOO comfortable.
Only issue was that we were unable to find the Ferry passes that were supposed to be available for our use. Not a big problem as the ferry is not very expensive - just sorry we spent so much time looking for them.

This house was so beautiful and the view of the castle was lovely. We easily slept and cooked for 14 in the house. The house was immaculate when we arrived and check in was easy. The parking lot was convenient, and cleared of snow every morning. A few things to keep in mind, it is not a five minute walk to the ferry and it’s certainly not a five minute walk from the ferry. The walk to and from the ferry is very steep. Also, the stairs inside and outside of the house are very steep. Nothing in the house can be accessed without climbing at least one set of very steep and uneven stairs. If you have anyone with any kind of mobility issues in your party, this is not the house for you.

It was a very nice property. There were 4 large bedrooms, 2 living rooms, the kitchen was lovely. Two large bathrooms. Our favorites were the sunroom, the gold living room and the terrace with the BBQ. The view of Quebec City was beautiful. There is a small convenience store just up the street and the most delicious soft serve ice cream just around the corner.
HOWEVER...the damage deposit was very high for the property. The kettle did not work when we tried it on our first morning. We just boiled water in a pot for tea on the stove. Thought nothing more of it and after our stay, received a bill for a broken kettle. An expensive lesson for us in checking all appliances and reporting any and all deficiencies to the managers upon arrival. Also, review the ferry schedule and beware it is a steep hill down to the ferry terminal. It was also a long distance from the airport and a few kilometers walk from a large grocery store.
