Clean and comfortable, except there was no soap or toiletries.

The room was quite clean and tidy, and well made up. There was a fan in the room, though it wasn't very effective in keeping it cool.

There was no soap in the room at all. This meant I couldn't shower or wash my hands properly. Also, the curtain rail fell off when I opened the curtains in the morning. The door didn't shut all the way without a push, which made a loud knocking sound that might wake other visitors.

Extremely nice room for the price.

The corridors to the rooms are slightly run down looking but the actual rooms themselves are great.

Central location, adequate for short stay

Location. Room ok, adequate facilities.

Socket hanging off wall. Several flights of stairs. Key access timed so no slightly early check in possible. Having to watch video for car parking - did the job but another aspect of no human contact at all or presence on site - ok when things work as planned but stressful if they don't.

The room was very clean and well equipped. It was suitable for our needs for our stay. We arrived while the bar was still open and a member of bar staff was very helpful and helped us to obtain our room key from the key box.

There wasn't really anything that we didn't like. We were messaged by the hotel to explain the situation with reference to Staff onsite and the location of the hotel so we were well prepared.

Getting out of here as it's going down hill

Very unhappy this time piece of wood hanging from the bottom of the shower tray we have had bad ice and snow you would expect the heating to come on more than once a day we was absolutely freezing for the full 3 nights in the room there is a leaflet stating book directly for cheaper rooms so I gave it a call they wanted £79 for a Saturday night not even taking into consideration we had just stayed for 3 nights the place stunk of weed I kept hearing some baby crying and each time anyone walked past our door it would bang

Clean, good value, room only hotel

No breakfast provided and staff not on duty. Access is via text message and is a good system once used to it.

Not sure I'm entirely comfortable with a hotel not having night staff on duty in case of emergency. Still, I do understand the business model they are using. I probably just need to adjust my thinking.

once you’re able to get in when they send you a code, it’s very nice.

excellent fixtures and fittings.

the check in was a joke, waiting for codes to arrive for key boxes etc.

Cheap but not cheerful.........

Did nt like the stay at all sorry.

I do not expect to smell canabis every night the must of been coming from inside the building no staff present. These people need to manage who stays there and the drug issue. Would not stay here again for free!!!!!!!!
