Greg is such a wonderful host and he made us feel very welcome. He stayed in touch and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The condo was clean, spacious, and cozy. The beds were comfortable, there were extra pillows and blankets in case we needed, and the linens were soft and clean. There were plenty of fresh clean towels and washcloths in the bathrooms. The living room was perfect for hanging out and visiting. We had such a lovely stay here and will definitely stay here again in the future.

This property was just perfect. Away from the town centre but perfect for trails etc. Check in was simple and we had great communication with the owner. We stayed in the summer and the house was nice and cool with everything you would need for a vacation.

This condo worked well for our family. It was a great location to the Village for our teens to access the bike trail and ride around town. The first impression as you enter the condo isn't the best but the layout is actually very comfortable. The upstairs living area has an open feel and the large windows are very nice as most condos can feel so closed in. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable. Thanks Greg!

Great place! Lots of space and close walk to some woods. My dog really loved it. As for dogs and the great host Greg: like I mentioned it’s great for dogs but be mindful that there are a lot of dogs. Behind you across the street and in the unit next to you. With dogs comes barking. That’s is something Greg can not remedy no matter how great I found him as a host. Please book his unit it was great but keep in mind the dogs.

Planned a last minute family weekend trip. Chose this house and it was great. Has a nice balcony and very close to the village. For it being pet friendly it was exceptionally clean. No complaints on my end.

The truth is that I liked this property for myself and my family, we enjoyed a very comfortable and happy weekend, the property is very clean, cozy and ideal for resting and well located, everything is close, something very important that the owner of the house is aware of to any questions and available 24-7, the truth is I recommend this property, thanks for everything Greg

We booked the condo for a spring ski long wknd. It was super close to canyon and town was a short drive or walk. Parking was easy. The condo had most everything we needed for a wknd stay. The rooms and bathrooms were stocked well with linens extras etc. The kitchen had a decent amount of cooking essentials and space. The wood stove kept it cozy and warm. As previous reviews state the rooms can get cold, but heaters were provided and worked well. Greg was very pleasant and easy to communicate with and provided thorough and thoughtful instructions. Thanks!

Our family had a wonderful time. The location is a walk away from beautiful forest hikes. Not far from town. We were very cozy and comfortable.

We loved staying at Greg’s cabin. The location was great, we were able to walk to both eagle lodge and mammoth brewing. The forest area behind close to the cabin was great for the pups.

Overall, the property was a good value. The only nits is that it is older and a bit rundown. The showers were a bit wonky and the central heat didn’t reach all rooms. But there was an effective space heater in the front room that resolved that issue. The kitchen worked well and was just fine for cooking. But the owner is aware of the age of the property and priced it accordingly. So, we didn’t feel we were over-paying. The location was a 10 minute, safe walk from the village, but we didn’t pay village prices. I would recommend this property to a friend.

I stay was great the location very close to the village and grocery and breakfast. We took both of our huskies and they loved it. All bedrooms are downstairs with only one bathroom downstairs. Only thing I suggest is the give better instructions how to use the tv lol. They did provide a baby gate at the top of the stairs which was nice to keep the dogs with us not wandering the house. The owner also has a 4 bedroom in the same complex we might do next year.
Thanks Greg for a great trip.

Our family was very comfortable in this condo. The neighborhood is very quiet and there’s a great forest at the end of the street that’s great to walk the dog. The owner was very approachable and responsive to our needs.

Great location. Open concept in LR was nice. Some sound insulation would be helpful. BBQ handle was disconnected, I couldn't find the screws. Not much storage. TVs in bedrooms didn't work. One recliner was broken. Needed brighter lighting in dining room. Kitchen lighting burned out. Pictures online made it look like there were two bunkbeds, but there is only one. Living room could use some curtains.
Luckily, one guest cancelled so it was ample room for five adults and two children. I'd stay there again, just for the great trails nearby for walking the dog.

Housekeeping did not do a good job before we got there. Could see dog hair in the carpet. Faint smell of mold. Many of us sneezed and sniffeled the whole time we were there - even after taking our reliable allergy meds.
A little old and dated but functional. Everything worked including the BBQ.
The place was well stocked with plenty of dishes, mugs, cooking utensils, dish washer soap, etc. overall would say it’s a decent place but for the mold and animal dander (which could be fixed with some extra effort by housecleaning )

This property is lower priced that the typical 3 bedroom condo that is close to Mammoth Village. Our favorite part is the kitchen is fully stocked for pots, pans, dinnerware and flatware and we loved the Starbucks mugs. We hung out a lot in the condo so this made it great for cooking. There are some minor things that need fixing and we gave that list to the owner to resolve. It is HOT right now and there is no AC and no fans so bring your own or it will be intolerable. Also the bedroom with the bunkbed has the washer dryer so just take note as it makes the room even hotter while in use. I would not recommend using the top bunkbed as it is missing 2 supporting poles.

The property was great for my family. It was in a great location very close to the shops and brewery. The owner Greg was very helpful and provides all of the answers and information promptly!
We plan to go back late summer, hopefully we can get the same place again.

Three bedrooms downstairs made it perfect for a family with two young children. Greg was easy to contact and communicate with and the space was clean and easily accessible. Main living is upstairs and has a good size kitchen to navigate, along with large dining table. The two chairs on the balcony, along with the BBQ were in poor condition but we did not use them so it was not of importance. There is a lack of cleaning products so bring your own, but there are plenty of towels and the heaters work great! Hot tub was ready for use at any time. Heavy chlorine so expect to shower after. Overall, it was wonderful and we’d love to book again on our next trip.

This 3 bedroom 2 bath condo was perfect for our family vacation. We had a toddler so the upstairs family room/kitchen was nice for him to play. A nice quiet neighborhood to take walks & close to the slopes. Overflow parking was convenient as we had 3 cars. Private hot tub was nice after skiing too.
Thank you!

The property was great for my family on several fronts - comfortable, way to access, so close to Canyon Lodge and the Village. My kids had a phenomenal time for their first time to the snow. Mammoth and Greg did not disappoint. Greg was also very responsive to any questions we had.

The condo was so nice and had everything we needed. We loved the wood burning stove and tub! It was in a great location with a parking spot for our car. Greg, the owner, was very responsive and helpful. The kitchen was great for cooking, and the view was pretty. We had a lovely trip for our family of 3 as there was plenty of room for us. Highly recommend

Had a great time while we were there, the place was comfortable with great common areas. We had to clear off the hot tub but that was also enjoyable once we were able to get in! Unfortunately our trip was cut short because of an impending storm but overall it was a great experience.

This condo is a nice stay relatively close to the village and mammoth brewery. If you plan on walking it is a little trek. The condo had all the amenities for a great ski/ snowboarding trip with friends and family.
