We loved our trip and it was so nice being right across the street from the chair lift. Mammoth is so beautiful! We will cherish our memories.

Both upstairs and downstairs bathroom shower/tub drains were severely clogged, resulting in standing water that would not drain. Called Vacasa, but issue was not resolved. Gross and very disappointing.

Great unit, close to the lifts. Would stay again.

Was very hot while we were there and not having air was difficult along with carting everything up the stairs with an infant. Would be really nice to have an elevator. Overall we has a wonderful time!!

We had a wonderful vacation! The condo was clean, quiet and easy to access. The 2 upstairs bedrooms were a bit warm, but thankfully the owners provided fans. Otherwise everything was perfect!

We loved our stay in this comfy condo. We were close to shops, restaurants and had access to all the amenities which was great for our family of 5.

We loved the location of this property with close proximity to the slopes.
The property managers tried to address our minor problems, however, it would have been better to not have any issues.
Issues were the tvs didn’t work and the pull out sofa wasn’t clean.
Fortunately, we didn’t absolutely need the tvs but…

Great location
Great location and perfect for our family. My sister was in the condo across the hall. The only drawback was the high price.

Great location near eagle lodge/lift
Location was key for this enjoyable stay. Was able to walk to the lifts across the street. Check-in process was a little difficult with no instructions before check-in time and no response to messages, however, we were able to figure it out by the time we got there.

Nice Condo
Clean, well located, nicely furnished. Would like earlier check in, later check out and a electric car charger.

My family of 5 adults and 2 kids stayed in this place for a long weekend and it was as good a place as we could get last minute.
Pro: Walking distance to Eagle, lots of space, full kitchen with utensils, 2 parking spaces
Cons: We had minimal supplies and we were expected to get more on our own [1 trash bag, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 paper towels] When you have 9 people living in 1 place for 5 days that goes by very quickly - they should have the supply closet open/available.
There was no place/entryway to put skis, so had to drag them to the balcony in fear of ruining carpet
All the furniture was very used - couch was uncomfortable, and leather peeling off on the edges of larger chair.
We booked last minute and price was good for 7 people - if the price is still right we would book again in the future.

Great but parking problems
We were not able to get the 2 promised parking passes. We called the # on the fridge and they said that they would call and then drop them off on the following day. Did not happen.

Relaxing summer vacation
This is one of the nicest condos we have stayed in when we come to Mammoth. Kitchen is fully stocked and the toiletries were a nice inclusion. The condo is decorated very nicely, the bedrooms are large and sitting on the balcony listening to the wind blow through the pine trees is very relaxing. The only thing I would suggest for improvement is to provide more sleeping pillows for the beds. It was a minor point in an otherwise lovely stay at a great condo.

Hey guys,
Having received this and made my decision to come to Mammoth base on it::
Hi there,
At
Vacasa, the health and safety of our guests is our number one priority. With your upcoming vacation in mind, we want to make you aware of the additional steps we are taking to mitigate the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19).
Between
each stay in a Vacasa home, and across all our regions and offices, our local cleaning and maintenance teams have deployed enhanced cleaning procedures, in line with
World
Health Organization (WHO) and
Health
and Safety Executive (HSE) recommendations. For more detailed information
about what we’re doing to help preserve the health and safety of guests like you, as well as additional resources, please visit our
website.
We
are monitoring this situation closely and deploying specific policies with guidance from the WHO,
Center
for Disease Control (CDC), and
travel
advisories. As the situation evolves, we will continue to share important
information with you as it relates to your upcoming trip.
I expected an extra clean space for myself and my family. Unfortunately, quite the opposite is what we experienced. This all culminated with me sleeping on old spaghetti from some long ago guest in the pull out bed. When you publish a policy it is important to follow through on it.

Great location comfortable home.
We truly enjoyed our stay at the Summit as we walked to the Eagle Lift and then at the end of the day we enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. We also enjoyed the western - mountain theme.

Very comfortable, cozy and well-appointed. Would stay here again with our family. Great that we could walk across the streets from the slopes.

Great time. Walking distance to slopes
All went smooth. Only bummer was hit tub was not clean. More of a condo association issue than an owner issue, but we weren't going to get in it

Great location and nice and clean
This place was so incredibly centrally located. It was a very short walk to Eagle Express (chair 15). The 3 king beds were so nice too! There are 2 parking spaces so we put our 3rd car at the village. Very fun, we will be looking to book here again next year!

Great Location, Value, and Hosts!
The place is in a great location and is easy to access. There were quite a few stairs to get there but it was well worth it. It is fully stocked with all kitchen appliances/dishware we needed. Hosts were great and were quick to answer my questions.

Perfect Mammoth Condo
High-end large 3-bedroom condo steps away from the lift at Eagle Lodge! Very clean and well-kept. Nice furnishings, very comfy for a family. Updated baths and kitchen. Really enjoyed the ease of this condo. Parking place included (instead of paying $30 per day to park at Eagle Lodge). Eagle Lodge location is nice and quiet and less crowded but just a mile drive to the Village for fun restaurants. Highly Recommend!

Well stocked condo in a great location.
This condo is in a great location, right across the street from Eagle Lodge. It was wonderful not to have to drive to a lift each morning, and it gave each person in our group the flexibility to return to the condo at a different time.
The condo itself was well stocked and comfortable, with everything our party of four needed. We would definitely be happy to stay there again.

Perfect location and we had everything we needed at the place. Thank you for letting us stay. Would love to come back soon!

Walk to lifts
Scott and Susan have an incredible place there in Mammoth. It has three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms, a really nice family room and up to date kitchen with all the necessities. It is beautifully decorated and we had a wonderful time. It felt like home. The place is a short block walk right to the lifts. There is a place right there to rent skis and purchase lift tickets. We did not have a car so we road the shuttle trolley and buses down to the village and town. It was so very easy to get around, the buses were easy to catch and ran in a timely manor. By far one of the nicest places we have been too....We loved it!!!

This condo, in an older complex, is located in a quiet residential area close to a few large multi-story lodges. Beautiful, tall pine trees are plentiful on the property. The Summit is conveniently situated near shopping (groceries/Vons), restaurants, and fast-food places (Carl's, Domino's). These units are accessed via inside stairwells, so be prepared to climb several flights to your rental.
The unit was clean, comfortable, and homey. There was ample seating in the family room and dining room. The kitchen was well-supplied with utensils, dishes, and newer appliances. Bedrooms have TVs, sleeping for two, and plenty of storage. WiFi was easily accessed.
There is a communal gas grill, but we didn't find barbeque tools, so we improvised. Some guests might appreciate, and need, instructions for the appliances. The small balcony, which seats two people only, overlooks a grassy area with a few chairs near the outside grill.
Mammoth Lakes is a perfect vacation location for the outdoor enthusiast. Our family of three, plus our one dog, had a great time hiking, biking, and enjoying nature in this beautiful mountain paradise.
2.5
We have stayed at many condos in Mammoth, and this is one of our absolute favorites!
This condo is in the Grand building, the closest building to chair 15 (Eagle Lodge). There is underground parking, and the exterior of the property is well maintained. If you are a skier, you can easily walk to the lifts in the morning and home for lunch.
The inside of this condo is gorgeous! There are beautiful mountain decorations (better in person than in photos), and everything is comfortable. The dining table could easily seat 10 persons, there is a foosball table, the kitchen is well stocked (pans, pots, blender), and the beds are actually comfortable. The layout of the condo is perfect for our family (grandparents, parents, 2 kids). This is even a pet friendly unit.
We found the owner very nice and helpful-we would recommend this condo to anyone.
