Although condo styling is just average, unit has alot of room (bedrooms, kitchen, loft, den.). Kitchen was well stocked and works well.
Fabulous location (blue line stop out front, gondola in town 4 block walk)
Only bummer was sub par water cleanliness for jacuzzi on site

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. The space was clean, warm, and comfortably fit our family. Extremely convenient location, easy walk to the gondola/village. Would definitely recommend!

Condo was charming, convenient and comfortable for the two of us and 3 adult children. The location was excellent, right near the Village and gondola to Canyon Lodge. We had a wonderful time skiing, socializing with extended family (who were staying in another unit in the complex)and taking in the incredible views and beauty of the Mammoth Lakes area and Eastern Sierra. Property owners left good instructions, local info and a surprisingly well stocked pantry. We would definitely stay here again!

We had 5 people staying in this condo. We only used half of the sleeping accommodations. This condo is 3 stories! The kitchen has everything you need to be comfortable. It was quite a long walk to the Gondola and the village, about 15 minutes. It was snowing quite hard when we stayed so it made getting to the village a bit difficult. Also be aware that the parking is outside. We were lucky because we had a 4 wheel drive jeep. A lot of the other cars parked were stuck in the snow and we watched these poor people work for hours in an attempt to get their cars out of the snow! All in all I would stay here again, but would know that we could bring more people next time.

We were so pleased with our decision to stay in Alice's condo! The pictures on line do not do it Justice! It was the perfect size for our party of 6. The layout was great, its a three level unit, two bedrooms downstairs, the kitchen and living area on the main floor and a super fun loft and full bathroom upstairs. The two 7 year olds loved sleeping in the loft, watching movies and playing games and the teenagers shared the spacious bed room downstairs. The beds were very comfortable and there are plenty extra pillows and blankets available. The kitchen came equipped with everything you could ever imagine.
The village is a short walk from the condo, we did it multiple times with our 7 year olds in the snow, no problem! And it was so convenient to walk to the village gondola and take it to Canyon Lodge. Alice was very responsive and arrival and departure was a breeze! I would highly recommend this home for your Mammoth vacation!

This is condo is in a perfect location, walking distance to The Village where there are lots of eateries and shopping and a trolley you can catch to the lakes. We attended the annual Margarita Festival and had a blast. The condo was very comfortable with every amenity inside that you could think of, the owners didn't skip a beat when thinking of what visitors will need. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

Alice is super nice and the condo was great. Very close to bus stop! The only thing that bothers us were the hot water issue....the hot water runs out after 2-3people taken the shower, you probably want to spread out the shower time to avoid icy cold shower.
Otherwise, this place was awesome! Definitely will book again in the future!

Planning on traveling out of town with a big group and a handful of young kids? This cozy condo was the perfect place to go! The owners made it so simple and easy to literally step in and feel right at home. It is well maintained and with all the necessities of home. They even go as far as giving their guests an instruction booklet to use the "equipment" of the home (TV, WiFi, fireplaces, etc) and allowing you to use the community pantry (which by the way we added too =) Loved the fact that there was a "Ski Closet" outdoors to house and lock up our gear. The condo is situated extremely close to the village if you choose to use the gondola or approximately an 8 minute drive to Main Lodge. I would mention that if you have issues climbing stairs, this may not be the best place for you. We had a great time in Mammoth even with the dismal amount of snow. We would definitely recommend this condo and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Great Location, didn't get in the car once. Tons of space, fit 9 guys in the condo, no problem. Gonna rent the place again next year.

We had a terrific time in Mammoth and part of what made it great was the place we stayed. We were just a short walk to the Village. We even walked to the Village Gondola in our ski boots with skis because it was so easy but the shuttle stop is right outside the unit. Very convenient. The property was clean and well maintained. There was plenty of room for four of us to spread out in separate beds.

Had an absolutely fantastic weekend with my group at this location and we all agreed that it was perfect - location, amenities, and overall feel were out of this world. To give you all some more insight, I'll break the entire experience down:
Booking/Logistics: The owner was quick with responses to both my original inquiry and follow-up questions. Very straight forward and honest, which is is a must in my book. Next the owner provided a lot of pre-arrival information, which made my job as the trip planner extremely easy! Finally the rate for the quality of location (details below) was unmatched in value.
Location: The map really says it all, but the house is a short walk (7 min for our ski boot wearers) to the gondola which takes you to the base of the mountain. There are a number of bars and restaurants right in that same area. The village surrounding the house was well kept and the current neighbors were respectful.
Property itself: The cabin was the perfect place for our group. The three floors gave us the ability to have privacy and split activities up when we weren't on the mountain. The main floor living room had plenty of space for our group to congregate to talk, play games, and sit by the cozy fire. There is even a nice flat screen TV to watch cable TV if you're into that kind of thing (or if the big game is on!). Really appreciated the helpful book explaining how to use everything the house had to offer including games, a fully stocked kitchen (with spices even!), plentiful towels, toiletries in the bathrooms, and more. The hot tub and sauna are a short walk (maybe 30 yards) from the house and we had no problems with space in the relaxing tub. There was even a handy ski locker outside the house for all the gear.
Overall I couldn't say enough nice things about the place and the experience. If only it could have produced some more snow for the mountain! Which I think will be coming in time for next weekend already. Skiing/boarding was still solid though. Mammoth has done an excellent job with the snow they've got/made.

Let me begin by saying the owner is so accommodating!! Emails you right back, answers all your questions and gives you detail instructions upon arrival. The condo is in excellent condition….super clean, spacious enough for our family of 5 (easily can sleep up to 10), kitchen is stocked with all appliances and pots and pans and enough linens and blankets for all!!! We spent New Year's here and the location couldn't not have been more convenient. We walked to the village (about 5 minute walk) daily, rented our ski's/snowboards, ate dinner in the village and have to teenagers who wanted to get on the mountain earlier so would take gondola over and we would meet up with them! Felt really safe and loved the location! Definitely would stay in this condo again….

My friends (8) of us women, had an excellent stay, spacious and the location was indeed within walking distance to The Village. Loved the decor throughout and we were even left a "Welcome Basket" by the owner, which was very cool! There was an instruction booklet on how to use the heaters, fireplace etc and that was very helpful. The kitchen had everything you needed and more- everything was great! Definitely coming back again, can't say enough! Oh, there was even a nice book library, with kiddie crafts and games. We had a blast playing Nintendo upstairs in the loft too. Can't wait to return- thanks for all.
