Esperienza eccellente sotto tutti i punti di vista

Esperienza eccellente sotto tutti i punti di vista. Posizione in pieno centro, a due passi a piedi dalla Basilica di S.Antonio ("il Santo"), da Prato della Valle e dall'Orto Botanico. Camera ampia ristrutturata da poco, arredi nuovissimi e (nel nostro caso) terrazzino con vista sul centro storico. Pulizia ottimale. Prezzo da due stelle, ma struttura da quattro stelle.

Il checkin va fatto in una struttura separata (hotel Casa del Pellegrino), ma ciò è chiaramente specificato nelle condizioni di prenotazione e viene ribadito via mail. L'hotel Casa del Pellegrino, comunque, è distante solo qualche minuto a piedi.

Consigliatissima!!

A pochi minuti da Prato della Valle e dalla basilica del Santo...stanze pulite e confortevoli... peccato che nei distributori delle bibite non ci fosse la possibilità di prendere anche del caffè...ma tutto sommato la struttura è consigliatissima!!

Great location and comfortable modern facilities

Reception area and room were spot clean and very comfortable. Location is fantastic, right beside the Botanic Garden and Duomo, in a quiet residential street. Room and bathroom were very spacious for a single (easily equivalent to the size of a double room in other hotels). Check-in is to be done at another hotel a few minutes walk away, hence there is no staff on site property - but there is direct phoneline if need to contact them. I did not book breakfast but assuming that it is taken at the other property if booked. There is a vending machine available in the main hallway area. Overall great stay and very comfortable facilities

Light sensor in the room was a bit temperamental and would switch on during the night so got awaken a few times.

The hotel was clean

No tea or coffee making facilities. Exhaust fan in bathroom didn't turn off and was very noisy. A lot of traffic noise fun the street. Very bright in room even with lights off.

Its a comfortable modern stay in a good location

The check-in is at a separate hotel so you have to walk with your luggage to this property - no staff on site. This isn't very convenient especially if you arrive late, the weather is bad or you have a lot of luggage. Having someone at the property to check you in would be ideal.

The hotel was great, with extremely friendly staff. The rooms are quite large, with an excellent bathroom and very clean. I expected based on google that the place would be a few minutes out of the center, but in fact it's right next to the Iconic square of Padova.

The check in process in which I had to get the key 300mts from the Hotel. Considering the guests are traveling with luggage, it’s a hassle to find the key from another location.

the room are nice, but no services.

the rooms were nice.

the reception is about 500 meters from the room. there are barely any services at the rooms. no coffee or tea, no ability to deposit bags. only after complaining bitterly, they allowed us to leave the bags. this hotel is as expensive as a 5 star in padova. at this price they should provide services.

Great place with a view!

We were very pleasantly surprised with our room - get room 21 if you can, as it is by itself on the top floor and opens to a large private deck with a view overlooking the nearby basilica! Fantastic!

No breakfast in the building - you have to go to the main hotel nearby (also where you check in) for it. Plenty of places around for that, though.

Good value, nice room, no staff present

Well designed comfortable rooms, located next door to Botanic Garden and St Anthony Basilica. The restaurant on the same street, Al Bersagliere is wonderful.

No staff present except for the very nice cleaning lady. It is necessary to go to another hotel to check in and resolve problems.
