Zentral gelegen in Navigli

Sehr zentral gelegen im In-Viertel Navigli. Nur 20 Minuten Fussweg zum Dom und der Scala, mit guten Shopping-Möglichkeiten entlang des Weges. Mit der Tram kommt man auch direkt zum Dom. Voll ausgestattete Wohnung. Das Parkhaus ist nur 30 m entfernt, ist zwar mit 30 € am Tag nicht günstig, aber sehr convenient.

Stockflecken an der Wand. Offenbar gibt es Feuchtigkeit in der Wohnung, das hatten wir aber vorher schon gelesen und es hat uns daher nicht wirklich gestört.

Buena ubicación

La ubicación cerca de zona de restaurantes a 5 minutos. El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar un buen fin de semana.

Es un bajos a pie de calle y el dormitorio da a la calle y de noche se escucha la gente caminar y el paso de vehículos. El cuarto de basuras del edificio está al lado del apartamento con lo cual si un vecino deja la basura de madrugada, provoca algun ruido.

Perfect base for a group holiday

The apartment was absolutely brilliant, really spacious even with 4 of us staying there, clean and in a really convenient location - really close to the nightlife of Navigli and only a 20 min walk to the Duomo and other attractions. Paolo was a perfect host and could not have been more helpful and accommodating, both with answering questions before we arrived and during the stay.

Very nice property, very accomodating host, excellent for spending a few days in Milan

Very central property, very conveniently/centrally located. Checkin was very smooth, as well as checkout, conditions inside were very ok, very clean and with confortable beds. Host was extremely nice and accomodating of our late check-out at no extra price. Would definitely recommend and/or come back!

The apartment was very clean and stylish. It also has a substantial space for a family of 4. Pillows and beds were very comfy (even the sofa bed). The apartment was situated on a quiet road and in a convenient location for travelling to other places- there was a taxi waiting bay and a tram station nearby. It was also a 3minute walk away from pizzerias/ restaurants and Mc Donald's =)

Welcoming host

Walking distance to tourist attractions, groceries, self laundry. He let us put in the luggage early, air-condition, good shampoo and bath gel.

Some noise in Bedroom facing the street. Didn't accept taxes payment by credit card, no dryer. Zone pay for driving regular car. Nearby pay parking insisted to have the car key.

The location was nice. The apartment was modern as advertised with all the features you could want. The trash/recycle was sorted out for you which was nice.

Good apartments! Modern and clean. The bed and pull out sofa were very comfortable. Paolo is a very pleasant and caring host. We communicated via watsup and he responded quickly to messages. We also had extra towels, some food and water.

Great host, excellent location.

The host is extremely welcoming and takes care of all his guests. The apartment is new and stylish.

Although the apartment is situated on a quite small street, sometimes noises from the street may be too loud. Suffered a little during nights with people having fun outdoor in the middle of the night.
