Un appartement bien situé à Navigli.

L'appartement était correct. Bien situé dans un quartier très vivant, quelques pas du canal et plein de restaurants et bars juste à côté. Lit correct, un petit balcon.

Le systeme pour entrer dans l'appartement n'était pas trop evident. Il faut 4 CLÉS. Ce n'était pas un hôtel, c'est un appartement. Pas de bar, il faut trouver un café pour le petit déjeuner. Ni la salle de bains ni la chambre étaient nettoyées, seulement un changement de serviettes.

Weird at every turn

Great location, central to restaurants and public transportation.

Basically everything else. The pictures in the listing paint one picture but the actualities of staying, present another. There is little care and attention to detail in this property. The towels are threadbare and ratty, there was nowhere to hang them, the coffee machine was in the bedroom, to enter the property there are FOUR separate keys, each with their own nuisances in opening them- hence after a big day of travel, trying to get into the property akin to a “choose your own adventure”. The real kick in the pants is the aircon, or the lack thereof. Tepid at best. We left the doors open at night, which was fine, apart from the fact you’re directly above restaurants which are open till late. This hotel has all the fundamentals, but nothing is executed well.

A little corner of paradise in Milan

Great room and lovely building in Naviglio Close to canal in a lively part of town but room was very quiet. Close to train station and tram for easy access to town. Duomo and Scala only a 20 minute walk for explorers Host was very friendly and provided restaurant and bar recommdations Comfortable bed, fast WiFi, many restaurants and bars nearby

Amazing, comfortable and relaxing.

The beds were very comfortable. It was a very secure place and we felt safe! Our balcony had a nice view of Naviglio and it was overall very relaxing.

Great location, simple but nice and clean room, mostly hotel amenities but not quite

Very clean, great location, spacious room, nice decoration, quiet, easy to get into and staff helpful with early check in and keeping out bags until we left late. TV had internet and apps like Netflix.

For the price I think it could have a few more amenities to match the boutique vibe they’ve done so well. Would be good to know how to contact staff who rightly aren’t on call all the time. There was an extra tax/cleaning charge when checking in which is always annoying but booking probably didn’t make that clear enought

L'emplacement du studio dans un des quartiers les plus animés de la ville. Le métro à 100m qui est vraiment un très grand plus!!

Recomendo a estadia no Zebra Naviglio.

Da localização, perto de bares e restaurantes e agradável para passear à noite. Tem uma estação do metrô a somente 50 metros de distância.

Não dispor de café da manhã, embora tenha cafés nas proximidades. Falta de cabides no banheiro.

Un ruido muy molesto parecido a un transformador en marcha que no cesó en toda la noche.

Badly managed and quality of service super bad

The place is in a good location and the room size is not too bad.

Where to start, the stay was horrible on so many levels, and the service was so unprofessional. The fan in the toilet was so loud and we couldn’t sleep both nights because of it, we tried to contact the service but no one even replied and just ignored all our messages, not even for an apology and there was no at the facility there to help us. The toilet door also was broken and we had to fix it ourself, they also charged us extra for cleaning but there were spider webs on the ceiling and just changed the towels without doing any cleaning. Overall the service and the quality of stay was super disappointing.

everything simply perfect!

We had an amazing time in Zebra Naviglio! - Giovanni was extremely friendly, enjoyable and reachable 24/7 via WhatsApp. - The flat is very comfortable and big. The Highlight was the extra storage room and bathroom with shower after checkout. - All in all, you feel that everything is well organized and we definitely come another time. Very stylish apartments with private living room, bedroom, and bathroom. Great location.

This property is not, in fact, a hotel. Beds/bedding weren’t as comfortable, and there wasn’t a dedicated person in the lobby to assist with any inquiries.
