Renovated in May 2016 and November 2017 with all that encompasses a relaxing beach house in mind!
Colors inspired by the Ocean palette, plush pillows, high end bedding and easy but comfortable updated style: this 1700 square feet ranch house has no house on the other side of the canal for your utmost privacy!
In fact, across the canal there is nothing but wilderness and wildlife for your enjoyment! Furthermore the canal is deep salt water and minutes away from Palma Sola Bay! You will have at your disposal a new dock where you will be able to keep your boat in the water as well as a fish cleaning table
You will also be able to relax in the lanai under the covered patio or swim in the pool.
The house has 3 bedrooms: a master bedroom with a king size bed is equipped with a” Cloud Supreme Breeze Tempur Pedic mattress” for the best sleeping experience of your life.
In the 2nd bedroom the Queen Size bed is equipped with a very high end Postupedic mattress and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds with great mattresses and 3 inch very high end latex toppers for extra comfort. All linens and pillows are high end as well.
Completely renovated the master bathroom has a very large double shower and was redone to feel like a very high end spa .the 2nd bathroom is also brand new and has a tub as well as a great powerful shower and the 3rd bathroom has a shower.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The house is very clean, comfortable, well equipped and nicely decorated. The pool is lovely and the canal view is private and calming. The location is close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The hosts were great to work with. A great vacation!

Place was beautiful. It was just as described. Rooms were comfortable and we really utilized the pool. We rented a pontoon for the week and that was amazing. Having the dock to hook up to was great. Neighborhood was very quiet which was much appreciated. Could walk to Clam Factory for dinner or take the pontoon down the canal to it.

We really enjoyed our stay. My grandkids loved swimming in the pool and fishing from the dock. Close to the beach, grocery store, & restaurants. Owners were very accommodating and responsive!

We had a very nice time staying a week a Chez Izabelle. The property had everything you need. Nice location on a canal with easy access to Palma Sola Bay, intercoastal and Gulf waters. Would definitely stay again, and hope to in the future.

Perfect. A beautiful home with luvdecor and great location.
We loved our month at this beautiful home. So family friendly and worked perfectly for our family, including a senior. So close to Anna Maria Island, all amenities are handy. A fabulous owner who was very responsive to any questions. It felt like our home away from cold Ontario!!!

The home was very comfortable and the location was awesome.
The outside living area, the pool and the canal access were exactly what we were looking for. The guys in our party rented a boat and fished out in the canal, the women had a 10 minute drive to beautiful Anna Maria island and gorgeous beaches.
The hosts were very attentive and checked multiple times to ensure we were happy.
Cafe de Lorenzo is a must for pizza and Italian food! Many great seafood places.
We will certainly return!

The home was very comfortable and the location was awesome.

Chez Isabelle is a lovey, well appointed house with a pool perfect for small kids. In addition there is a lovely screened-in sitting area with a grill and integrated speakers. It was a perfect site for a family to relax and explore the lovely beaches about a 10 minute drive away. Easy access to restaurants and grocery stores, and Isabelle - the owner - was very responsive / proactive by email. Recommend for those that want a great place to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the Gulf Coast.

Home away from home
We've rented quite a few places over the years and this was one of our favorites! It's attractively furnished, and very well equipped, from the kitchen, nice hair dryers, grill, for example. The outdoor living space was our favorite area. It has ample, comfortable seating, pool chairs, and a outdoor table and chairs-- wth a shared porch area, and all under screen. The whiole house and grounds were very clean. The owners were very nice and extremely helpful. The Wiin Dixie Grocery store is about 5 minutes away, the beaches about 10 (depending on traffic), the Ricerwalk and Old Main Street about 15 and the Nature Preserve about the same. We enjoyed burgers at Skinny's, peel and eat shrimp, BBQ ribs and crabby balls at the Clam Factory, right at the entrance to the subdivisiion, brunch at O'Bricks (great $4 bloody Mary's,!),, and sunsets at the Fish Shack. We highly recommend Chez Isabelle for a peaceful getaway in Bradenton.

Paradise found!
Let me start out by saying what a fabulous experience this is been for us! We are a family of 5 with 3 children 14, 12, 10 years old. Isabelle and her husband were wonderful hosts! They are informative and the communication was great!
The house is absolutely amazing overlooking all the natural beauty Florida has to offer. We spent early mornings and evenings fishing, with the kids off the dock. The birds in the area are remarkable. We spent most of our days on the water where local restaurants can be accessed from their public docks. The boat lift is fully automatic and the dock has a water hose to rinse when you return. This includes a fish cleaning station. Relaxing in the beautiful in ground pool, cooking out and listing to music are just some of the ways to enjoy your time. Bradenton beach is very close to Anna-Maria Island… just go over one bridge and your there.
We live in Saint Augustine on the East Coast and we have never seen such a calm inlet. We took our 23 foot boat through the inlet into the Gulf with ease. We tubed with the kids all day. We saw several boats on their way to fish (I hear it is incredible) several times returning from the inlet dolphins played in our boats wake. (One of the coolest parts of our trip) All of this fun is fully accessible from your back door!
The house has everything you could want and need. You can easily make a casual meal for the patio or a gourmet meal for someone special. The home is VERY CLEAN and decorated beautifully in coastal casual...very inviting. The owners have thought of everything! I was completely impressed at how well the house and kitchen were stocked. The beds are incredibly comfortable, we slept great! In addition, everything you need is nearby, shops, beaches, Walmart, Publix grocery and fantastic bike rental on the island! If you want to make wonderful memories, this is your place!!!

Fish and Play all day!
Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. This house is right on the canal with a boat dock which is great for making it out to sunsets on the water by boat. We enjoy fishing a lot and caught reds, snook and trout inland and grouper and snapper off shore. Easy access in and out of the canal to long boat pass or bean point.
There are many local restaurants that are great for winding down and enjoying the food in a laid back life style.
The house is very comfortable and updated with beautiful art and comfortable living space. During the heat of the summer, the pool was a great way to cool off and to top it off, misters line the porch for a cool air sensation while reading a book in the comfortable outdoor seating . I would recommend this house for rental. The owners were very accommodating and made our stay very easy with all the necessary items needed for daily living.
Kitchen and dining area is spacious and fun to play games or cards at the large table.
This location is 5 minutes from the beach by car and easy access to Anna Maria Island as well. It is not too far from several malls and stores around the area.
Bed accommodations are upgraded with very nice mattresses making for restful nights.
Such a great time away with my family. I would highly recommend this property. We will for sure be back!
